Worst warehouse experience of waiting three hours for them to attend me. Front desk experience was excellent. The employers around the warehouse messing around with fork lift while i was waiting for them to pickup my order.

My experience has been poor to say the least. I ordered a desk the 15th of the month. It was set up to ship out on the 16th. 15 days later Still hasn’t shipped. I called today. I couldn’t get an answer to when it would ship. I wish I would have ordered the item from another company weeks ago.

This company is extremely unorganized and it’s seriously sad. There is no reason for having to wait an hour for items to be picked from the warehouse when I call another hour in advance to get the items ready for pick up. I show up on multiple occasions and items are not ready but Atleast 3-4 warehouse employees standing around and cracking jokes. Also a lady that sits at one of those desks in the back that has an excuse every time but will never get up from her desk and ask why an order is taking an hour to be picked up.... it’s unreal. The customer service upfront is too good to be coupled by these terrible employees and horrible management in the back warehouse.

I purchased the carlton King bed and was very impressed with the quality of this bed. Also a DiningRoom table and white leather sofa. Ive referr my friends and family and we all have new furniture its affordable and nice looking.

Got here at 10 am. It is now 3 pm. I still dont have my 2 sofas I ordered. They are extremely short manned and not systematic at all.

Young black guys delivered my bedroom frame, charged me extra for they can put it together, they did not do properly nothing was screwed inn, the sticks under my bed gave out due to not putting the right screws in the right places, Ive tried reaching out to the guy that bring my furniture he never responded total rip off
