I purchased a franchise through this company where I receive 100% of my proceeds and because of a dispute they are holding funds earned by me. I purchased a franchise through this company and their regional director Shannon smith for the past 3 years. This year there was a complaint against my franchise and Shannon told me she would do an investigation that was on April 26th since then she has not done any investigations as far as I know as she will not respond to communication from me. I forced to use alternate phone numbers to trick her onto the phone and she still will not communicate with me. We are under contract which states I receive 100% of my proceeds and Shannon Smith and Tru Tax and Credit still will not release my funds or the digital documents belonging to my company. From my experience Shannon Smith and Tru Tax and Credit is a fraudulent operation and Id caution anyone with doing business with them both as a possible franchise and tax customer.
