We had an urgent need to get a package delivered to the Atlanta airport during our sons layover. This was the only courier messenger service that actually answered its phone with an agent who was also wiling to send someone to the airport. The phone agent was very helpful, and the driver/courier went the extra mile to communicate with us to make sure the package was there ASAP and to set up a rendezvous point for the delivery. I am so happy with them and cant recommend them enough!

We prepaid for a delivery and We have tried multiple times to contact Mule 2 Go to obtain a simple copy of proof of delivery. None of the phone #s they have online work and any emails we get back are very generic emails. If we could give 0 stars i would, because we dont even know if our shipment even reached its destination. VERY poor customer service. I wouldnt use them again or recommend them to anyone

Where one shipper failed, Mule2GO succeeded. Our time sensitive shipment got hung up in Atlanta on its way to Jacksonville, FL, and Mule2GO was able to pick it up the same day and drove it the five hours to make it in time for our event. So easy, it felt effortless in their execution. Thanks guys!

I really can’t say thank you enough to both Alice and Alfonzo. They both were so kind, patient and flexible. When I called, I was in a real bind getting this very specific item to one of my clients (the original plan was to ship but this item was stuck in a FedEx distribution center and they werent releasing it). They were incredibly helpful throughout the process and put my mind at ease that this task, which seemed near impossible before I called them, would be accomplished without issue.

Quick and easy process to set up delivery and excellent communication throughout the process. Extremely quick response time and photos at time of pick up and delivery for confirmation. I contacted Mule2Go around 2:30 pm with my request to pick up my groceries and deliver some legal paperwork for court the next day and it was all done by 4:30 pm! I am blown away by how simple it was to get this taken care of from the comfort of my couch at a reasonable price! I highly recommend them and will use them again and again!
