I received a subpar arrangement this morning which was supposed to be delivered by Mothers Day. The flowers aren’t fresh and even the water in the vase is dirty. The arrangement looks like leftover flowers from other arrangements. The arrangement isn’t very attractive because it isn’t symmetrical. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this florist. I called the number on the card and it was disconnected.

So...Im always on the go and usually the reviews are when the service/product is so bad I want to make sure noone else spends had earned money with a questionable business...I think there may have been some issues here but CURRENTLY I think they are working hard to ensure going forward they double & triple check to ensure they deliver excellence!I can understand the frustration so many have voiced in their reviews of this business, HOWEVER... while I cant speak to anyones experience and will not discredit the experience I am shocked at the response that is mentioned was received by some as I recieved instant help to make it right.My boyfriend purchased me flowers for my bday and yes there were a few hiccups, but they were fixed immediately WITHOUT any complaints, push back or negative experience. The initial bouquet had some concerns but again fixed with no problems.I am very quick to get annoyed when spending money an having a situation of what was paid for vs what was recieved. And the fact that my bf thought this went on with no issue in the middle of all he had goin on, I was not going to have him deal with this, soI spoke with the company direct rather than even goin to bloomflowers that used them for the order. In attempt to allow them to fix it.I honestly feel that this company should get an opportunity to get their rating back up. In the midst of the city being turned upside down, delivery drivers being short on demand, and a city wide decline in business, I can see the stress and personally attest to the stress a small business can face. In no way excusing less than amazing flowers, or service. But I think its fair to give the ladies a chance. My wonderful boyfriend got me flowers based on ‘designer’s choice’ which was a hodgepodge of random stems and broken greenery. Was supposed to have been delivered on a Monday but when contacted, said it will probably get delivered on Thursday instead. After several calls, they finally delivered them Wednesday night at almost 9pm. He also purchased a balloon which wasn’t included. When he complained, he was given a 50% voucher off another order. As if anyone would want to go through the debacle twice. For such a sweet gesture to get so lost in bad service and second-rate product, is a shame. At least they didn’t mess up the beautiful note that he wrote. His note was memorable. The flowers sadly, were not. I can’t imagine he called this florist directly but rather went through a large online retailer like FTD, 800flowers, etc. How then do you really know the quality you’re receiving based on who’s supplying the order? A little due diligence to bring quality florists in to their network would have been a benefit to both companies, customers and gift recipients. Most people do not complain about the quality of flowers they receive. That is the reason some companies use to their advantage to send out low quality while able to charge a premium. Who’s going to say “The flowers you sent me suck...”? No one. And they know it.

Atlanta flower market did the flower arrangments for my daughters wedding and they were so beautiful. That were fresh and on time. Communication was easy and she really saw the vision we had in our heads. 10/10 highly recommend!

Took two days to deliver instead of one. I thought I purchased a cute group of succulents in three small birchbark vases. But the recipient got the second picture.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Seems like the vast majority of the feedback on this shop is negative and I completely understand why. I purchased an extra large bouquet (over $100) and what my wife received was anything but!!!! It was embarrassing really, they should have been embarrassed to send this out of the shop. I can buy nicer flowers from Publix. Im shocked that 800 Flowers would use a shop with a 2.5 satisfaction rating to fulfill their orders! Ill never do business again with either of these companies and I STRONGLY suggest you dont either!!!

Erica was awesome in advising me and preparing a floral arrangement for my Moms grave site tomorrow. This is my Moms 1st birthday not above ground physically and I had no idea in selecting an arrangement. I was impressed that I was able to walk in and receive such wonderful service.

If I wouldve known this company was going to be the shop being used for FTD, I wouldve never purchased the flowers on seeing the other reviews.That being said, I ordered the Precious Heart Bouquet from FTD and received a bouquet that didnt look like the picture FTD had on their website.Thank goodness I ordered this through my banks (USAA) membershop and received a full refund.

Wish I could give this zero stars. Ordered a bouquet for Mothers Day, with delivery scheduled for the day before. Flowers never arrived, but I got a confirmation notice at 11:20PM on Saturday evening saying that they were delivered - obviously, when I went to check the door, no flowers were there. Seriously, they expect me to believe that someone delivers flowers at 11:20PM on a Saturday? What, and theyll sit out all night? Repeated attempts tp get proof of delivery were met with we dont keep delivery receipts here, so Ill look into it and call you back. Not once have they called back. My time is too valuable to waste continuing to chase them, so this review is my public service to everyone to stay away from this florist

ZERO STARS! After reading some reviews I wish the sender would’ve read them too so we wouldn’t have wasted the time and money on this horrible place! The sender sent me roses for my birthday that were never delivered. When I finally got a hold of someone about my order, the encounter went sour quickly. The lady that answered would find any reason possible to blame me for why they didn’t deliver my order. She told me “Well if the ****ing person who placed the order would’ve done it correctly, maybe you would have your flowers”. The “mistake” the sender made was not including a Suite number. Even though I explained numerous times that the building only has two suites and they both lead DIRECTLY to me. I gave them my same exact address with now one of the suite numbers and my deliver still never showed up. She was yelling at me how it was my fault that the Orthodontist (teeth) place they tried to deliver the flowers to was closed. It made no difference to her how many times I repeated the ORTHOPAEDICS (bones & joints) place I worked at closed at 9PM every day because that was my shift! For WEEKS, the sender and I called dozens of times, sent numerous emails and left many messages asking for a manager to call us back and we never heard from anyone til this day. It was like we grabbed a $100 bill and flushed it down the toilet. For the sake of your loved ones PLEASE CONSIDER ORDERING YOUR FLOWERS FROM LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!

We have tried calling multiple times over the course of a week but have not received a response. If you are having an issue with an order, call Bloom Nation and file a complaint with them. They are starting a formal investigation against this florist. Apparently there are multiple recent customer complaints.

The flowers were never delivered and the business NEVER responded to the numerous calls and emails regarding the flowers not having been delivered. Will report to BBB. This company currently owes my client, their vendor, more than $4,700 in service to which they requested, and never paid for. In fact, they were cut a check from filing an insurance claim, and claimed the insurance agent stole the check, however it was cashed (and timestamped) by the owner of this company. I would be careful doing business with this company, if this is how they conduct it. My client is now out of pocket because this company and the business practice they have exhibited.

I have to give it up to Erica and the Team at Atlanta Flowers. On multiple occasions we have received flowers from Atlanta Flowers and they were always the best flowers ever.Going into this shop is like a mix of Main Street and Modern Chique. My Wife and my daughter fell IN LOVE with the orchids. Cant say enough about the wonderful floral arrangements from this place!

I had ordered a centerpiece arrangement for my familys Thanksgiving and ordered a Fall-themed arrangement in the store. I ended up running late the night before and got there at closing hours. Erica was kind enough to wait for me and had the arrangement exactly as described and even added additional flowers and pieces to it for no charge! My family raved about it saying it was the best centerpiece theyd ever seen. Ill be ordering from here every time!

I was so impressed with the gorgeous flowers my husband recently sent me that I felt compelled to write a review for the yet another amazing creation Atlanta Flower Market has produced without fail. We have used Atlanta Flower Market for at least 5 years including for the most important milestones of our lives when consistent quality and special care are of utmost importance. I have also used them as a vendor in my meeting planning business as I know the product I order will be consistent and excellent, Upon entering their website I was upset to see the negative feedback written to discredit this fine business. As far as the review concerning dogs, I am the first one to admit that I am terrified of large dogs but they have never been a problem as the owners have taken them in the back if they begin to bark or make customers feel intimidated.. While the physical shop may not be fancy realize that this is a family run business AND most importantly the process of sending or buying flowers is usually not about YOU and should be on the recipient.A thoughtful buyer of a floral arrangement should be focused on making sure that the arrangement is beautiful, fresh and of excellent quality flowers that can be enjoyed as long as possible. If your own personal buying experience is more important I suggest that you travel a couple miles north and purchase the arrangement in a lovely atmosphere where you will enjoy the buying experience while, in a couple of days your recipient can watch them wither away and die. This complainer would not fare well in New York City where the best small retailers operate similar to Atlanta Flower Markets and the locals go to get quality. Toughen up sweetie! And how dare someone post an accusation of theft, without proof on a business website. This is horrible and damaging to the lives of these sweet family who runs this small business. For all you know that card could have been dropped in the parking lot! This is defamation of character and my husband, who is an attorney, will pursue all legal action necessary available against you until you have proof, remove this review and make a public statement of your accusation. Govern yourself accordingly!!!!! Third, life happens. To the person who was annoyed because of the unexpected emergency that caused the store to close one day your should be ashamed should be your biggest problem in life. As I said before, this is a small business who takes pride in their work but sometimes emergencies beyond control happen which, every now and then, slightly inconvenience others. The owners are real people and a tight family. Their business is not a mill or a factory and that is why their their products have that special care and touch. Whatever your needs were at the time resulted in a temporary and minor inconvenience and was not worth sharing your negativity which could hurt their business and the livelihood of this family. Shame on you. Karma will get you one day and I myself will never use anyone else.

I hate this place. They ruined my anniversary and Mothers Day! My husband ordered two dozen purple roses in a purple vase. It was even called Purple Passion. What I got was one dozen pink roses in a plain clear vase. He also ordered and paid for a bear, a balloon, and chocolates, and none of them came with the flowers. They called me before they showed up and ruined his surprise. When he called to ask for the correct order, they were nothing but nasty to him. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS!!!

This is the worst florist in the State of GA. The owner Erica will never refund you your money or will she even call you to help you get a refund.

Placed an order 4 days in advance for a birthday delivery. Item did not arrive on the intended day ( Wednesday) and I received a message that the item was delivered plus requesting to review the service. Was notified the item was not delivered by the birthday receipant. Both myself and the receipant had to call multiple times which only went to voicemail and emails which were not responded to for 3 days. I did not receive a response until Saturday after threatening to report to better business bureau and have my credit card company mark the charges as fraud. Mistakes happen but the lack of a timely response or offers on what they could do to rectify the issue is unacceptable. When the arrangement was finally received it was no where near what was ordered. The ordered arrangement was hydrangeas and Lily’s in shades of orange, yellow, and green but what was received was largely purple roses. I realize substitutions happen but typically they are at least in the same color profile! Felt like it was an episode of Nailed it, Florist edition with everyone but my bank account and pride in doing something nice for my friend laughing. Save yourself the embarrassment and find another florist.

I had an great first visit to this flower market. The florist Erica was friendly, professional, and amazing at what she does. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a love for classy flower arrangements, and any upcoming special occasions.

Late floral delivery and rude & sarcastic customer service repA company representative called me at 10 am on a Friday to verify my address, then later called at 2:30 pm the same day to tell me that their van had broken down and they would not be able to deliver (as promised when the flowers were ordered). That was NOT a problem at all, I totally understood but I didnt want my DIL to know the flowers were going to be late so I asked several questions regarding the type of flowers. The customer service rep was incredibly RUDE and unprofessional. I was very disappointed in her attitude and when the flowers were finally delivered at 3 pm on Saturday, even though they were lovely - they were not worth the hassle and the attitude of the employee greatly diminished my enjoyment of the gift. NOT a company I would ever recommend to anyone.

My boyfriend had ordered flowers for Valentines Day to be sent to my office and the delivery woman was so rude and refused to bring up the flowers. I had to leave a meeting to try to figure out where she was. After numerous times of trying to call the company no one answered or attempted to resolve the issue. This is a terrible company. I would advise anyone who is wanting to surprise a loved one with flowers to avoid this place like the plague. One star is too much for this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give it zero stars I would.I feel so bad for my boyfriend ,who is the one who purchased flowers for me for Valentines Day. To make a very long story short, the flowers that where delivered cost him $80 and what arrived was not what he ordered instead 10 deformed tulips where delivered, along with being in a different vase than ordered.Multiple attempts where made to get a refund from the company, unfortunately he was hung-up on twice...put on hold for over 20min...simply because they did not want to deal with the situation or give a refund.In the end they offered to re-deliver another vase of flowers for the next day...no refund. When my boyfriend denied the off and said he only wants a refund he was told then you cant be helped and hung up on....again.

My Bday order came from my brother whose a Marine!! When I got it the bear was missing and the flower arrangement looked liked it was put together by someones feet!! Called and 2 weeks later still waiting for the bear!! Pick another company!!!!

I went into this place to purchase flower from a year ago for V Day . On February 14th 2018 my order was NOT delivered to its destination. On the next day I entered into the shop I was not given a refund. To this day I have not received a refund from this store. I urge anyone to never purchase anything from this place. This is the worst florist in the state of Georgia.

Ordered flowers with scheduled delivery date which required correcting several times. The flowers were delivered a day late, and left with the incorrect business. The business closed early on two consecutive days and we were unable to reach them. Someone named Erica could not understand that the arrangement was even delivered to the incorrect zip code. She offered a 40% reduction on the next order. REALLY?

Loved my flower arrangement, flowers were long lasting and gorgeous !!!

My significant other ordered a dozen red roses for our anniversary and they replaced the order with an assorted mix without notifying him. They agreed to swap the order the next day if I left the flowers out. I called back to confirm and the new flowers never arrived. When I called back they insisted I had never called to confirm because there were no notes in their system. I had spoken to an individual hours before. I did not appreciate their customer service at all. The assorted flowers were beautiful but when someone orders one dozen red roses - there is a significance to this and replacing with a colorful spring mix is not a substitution.

Wish we could give zero stars. 1800-flowers uses this local florist to prepare and deliver. They took the money and confirmed delivery but it was never sent. Now they will not answer any phone calls or emails from myself or 1-800-flowers. As a result of THEFT because that is what taking money in return for no services is here- Atl Flower Market completely missed my friends birthday and had to spend over half an hour on the phone to get new flowers delivered half a week late. VERY DISAPPOINTED. It took the joy of the gift and celebration away! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worst experience ever with a flower shop. Everything about the flowers was wrong, and they forgot all of the extras I paid for. They were even stupid enough to call my wife ahead of time and ruin the surprise. When I called to complain, they were rude and the pig on the other end even called me a derogatory name. They dont care. Just look at all of the negative reviews! Even their own employees post bad reviews about them!

I ordered days in advance and they didnt deliver the flowers at all, they wont answer the phone or email. They took my money and sent me a confirmation email and nothing else.

My wife passed away and my company used this florist to send sympathy flowers. The flowers were already wilted and the roses were losing pedals when the arrangement arrived. Obviously the arrangement was not fresh. I agree, it is too bad the rating system doesnt have zeros. Do not use this florist.

I swear this place is magical. I think I may have seen a small unicorn nibbling on a hydrangea bush.Very knowledgeable and friendly, the lady who owns Wingards (it feels like an old southern home) helped us put together a herb garden centerpiece for a birthday present and took the time to find what was both on sale and fresh. They even potted them for us. They have a huuugggee selection of seasonal plants and flowers and pots and everything youd ever want for a garden, along with lots of adorable gifts inside. I hope people consider coming here before, say, Lowes. Maybe it was all the extra oxygen floating around, but I just felt happy. Lexington needs more places like this to make it more than just a generic suburb where people sleep and eat.

I ordered flowers from FTD for my wife’s Birthday. I got a call in the morning from FTD telling me that the florist (Atlanta Flower Market) tried to deliver flowers to my wife’s office and they couldn’t because they refused the flowers delivery. I verified that the company still allowed flowers to be delivered and nothing was had changed from their policy. The FTD representative told me that they would makes sure the flowers were delivery. My wife got a call from Erica telling her that they could not deprived flowers to her because the place of business did not allow them to deliver there. My wife told her that she had already talked with the head of security and they did allow floral deliveries. My wife told her that she had worked there for 16 years and nothing has changed and she had received flowers many times to her place of employment. Erica was rude, argumentative and downright uglyb to my wife and at the end was informed that they were not delivering the flowers today and that they would deliver tomorrow. Erica lied to FTD telling them she had attempted to deliver and the flowers were refused. Erica told my wife they had not even tried to make the delivery. Needless to say my wife did not get her flowers on her Birthday. Never use this florist who says they have been in business for 30 years. Obviously during the past 30 years they have not learned proper customer service. Erica needs to professional help for an attitude adjustment. Never Never Use this florist. Beware!!!! Horrible Horrible rude and nasty Erica will not send your order nor even think twice about being rude and ugly to the recieptant of the order!!! I called the corporate office of FTD to file a formal compliant! Pleas beware!!

So not only does this company have poor customer service they also call you if you write a poor review & threaten to sue you for slander. WOOOOOOW very professional ! So here is an update with this complaint ! This store was supposed to give my boyfriend a FULL refund for his purchase it has been over 3 weeks since this incident & he received a call from his banking institution advising that a Fraud disputed had to be placed on his account because this company never processed a refund. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY KEEP MY BOYFRIENDS MONEY THEY NEVER EVEB DELIVERED THE FLOWERS !!!! How dare you keep money & not send the customer the product ??? This has to be illegal & we WILL be looking into this ! & when you post comments about them the owner argues with you & calls you names. This was by far the worst experience i have ever had with a florist. I was ordering flowers for a friend for a surprise valentine day gift. First thing they did was call her insistently before she went to work even though i left SPECIFIC instructions of were to go and the time she would be at work. Then they delivered the flowers to the gift shop instead of were she was in the hospital. Long story short they ended up double charging me. I called five times and spoke to maurice and karen and got completely different stories from both people. I never got my credit back and the customer service was awful! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST TO ANYONE!!!!!

This is by far the worst company to receive items from yes they can deliver their items to you same day however they are unethical and a scandalous company. It has been confirmed by multiple drivers that this company does not pay their employees and has a high turnover rate because of it. Worst flowers ever - purchased Luxury Collection flowers from FTD, what came from Atlanta Flower Market was literally the cheap bouquet which can be purchased for $15 at Kroger! Plus 3 of the flowers were wilted and dead! Wish I could give 0 stars! FTD needs to STOP using this place and everyone else needs to RUN!

This place is horrible as soon as you walk in their is a dog that jumps on you and it is barking (a police dog) i told them thay was very unprofessional and the man asked me to leave because his Dog jumped on me. I will never return
