This is a late post, but I have to write this review.I was extremely satisfied with the service that was provided through S&S rug cleaners. I have a beautiful rug that is a nightmare to clean and it requires a specific technique. So you can just have someone come and shampoo it.S&S came and picked up my rug and took it to their facilities where they cleaned it properly and then dropped it off for me right before the holidays.I was so happy to see how they were able to make my rug look like new again.I highly recommend this companyThank you guys

Super easy. I walked right in and was greeted by a nice young man who helped me get the rug or if my car. He estimated me a really fair price for a smallish (3x5) rug and said theyd call me in a bit more than a week once its finished.No hassle, no fuss. If be willing to bet you can pay to expedite. All in all, great experience.

S&S rug cleaners do a fabulous job cleaning rugs with urine contamination. They replaced the backing after thoroughly washing and deodorizing the rug I brought to them. Thank you Steve & Stoney!

The very best place to get specialty rugs cleaned. They soak the rugs then once cleaned moved into a fan blowing filled warehouse to dry. We get our oriental and Persian rugs cleaned there every few years. Never had an issue. We have used them for years. Easy to find location and open on Saturdays till 2 pm which is a major plus. Simple story. Dog had diarrhea on the favorite rug. One place tried twice to clean it. Failed both times. Took it to S&S and they made it look like new. Totally satisfied.

On 01Jan2019. my area rug was cleaned and treated with MicroSeal fabric protection. The process cost approximately $500.00 to service a 8x10 rug I transported to their facility. After retrieving my rug, I unwrapped the rug and put in in my bedroom. The rug had an odor I thought woud go away after airing out the rug. Well...the odor never went away. I moved the rug to a different part of the house to deal with it later. This is August at the time of this review. The smell is still noticeable. I decided to use my rug cleaner to see if I could get the smell out before trashing the rug. Using some resolve cleaner and my machine, I manage to get to odor out along with a lot of dirt. The soiled water was very dark.I do not know what S & S did or did not do with my rug. I can say for $500.00, I feel....you know. This was my experience. I hope yours is better.W H Roseberry
