My experience with SERVPRO was fantastic. From the moment I called to completion, all involved were extremely fast, professional and courteous.

We had a toilet overflow and water was pouring through the kitchen ceiling below. We stopped the water and immediately called ServPro. They arrived in an hour and a half an immediately got to work cleaning up the damaged floors and sheet rock before any kind of mold could start to grow. Start to finish, they were professional and did a great job. They accidentally broke a ceramic olive oil dispenser in the kitchen when they were working, I submitted a receipt for the dispenser and one day later they put a check in the mail to reimburse me! Excellent customer service!

We had a basement flood. ServPros response time was exceptional and very reassuring when I called. The person they send (Dathan) early the next morning was excellent. Very caring and hard working. Solved the issue quickly. Called a coworker to get additional fans to air basement out. He returned the next day and problem had been cleaned up (day before) and large area was dry. His work area was very clean after he worked. He was very pleasant. Highly recommend.

We moved in to our newly built, brand new home on May 21. Three days later we woke up to our 1st floor and basement flooded. I’m not talking about a little water, I’m talking major, major water and damage. The builder installed the pot filler above the stove wrong.I had worked with ServPro (Sandy Springs) before through my work, and had a good experience. Nate is great! I have no complaints about the previous experience I had, they were professional and led the project at my office extremely well.Our experience with SP this time was definitely not as good. If I were to show you the list of mix ups and issues we had you would understand.We were dealing with a mess, which was not our fault in any way, and although they did handle the water damage, the process and experience was rough. The lack of professionalism, proper communication, and effort to get things under control quickly was a disappointment.To be kind, Jeff was great and helpful once he stepped in.If you need ServPro, Im sorry for what ever you are going through. Its rough! But, be aware. Not each one of the teams is good, and it totally depends on who you get.As a service company, the goal is to help people in a time of disappointment and frustration. Customer satisfaction and quality care should be high on the list.In the end, we are thankful we got it all taken care of, but it was a long, very rough process. If we would not have advocated for ourselves, we would have gotten what I call, “screwed in the drive thru.”

Had a water loss in one of our bathrooms and ServPro of North Fulton arrived timely and did a great job fixing our issue. AAA+++

After a pipe burst in our basement, we were really worried mold growth so we called Servpro of North Fulton. The employee who came by to survey the damage answered all of our questions and explained exactly what had happened. It felt great to be spoken with so professionally :)

Was referred by insurance to this contractor as they said they would take care of issue faster and would be easier to work with than other contractors. Worst decision of my life, this place is unethical, employees are inexperienced and ended up causing more damage increasing my claim from 2-3k to tens of thousands. How does a company like this brake a main water line and then not even know how to shut off water lines. Completely incompetent, HEED MY WORDS, RESEARCH OTHER CONTRACTORS BEFORE HIRING SERVPRO.Jan/21/2020 Comment back based on Reply from ServPro:Your reply is even more disappointing as it does not tackle the main issue. Even if you could not prevent the break from happening how did your team not assess the risk and have a plan so if it did happen they knew how to react to the issue. The water continued to flow for over an hour. Your team shutoff my main gas line as they couldnt tell the difference... I had to call the city to have them come out and turn the water from outside of the house! Based on the flow of water and duration of the leak the plumber you brought in stated that over 1500gallons were dumped, he was shocked on how long the issue kept going for considering that ServPro was in the house that whole TIME. Do yourself a favor and dont give excuses when trying to apologize, it makes the situation worse.

My family has used them and I was beyond thankful for their expertise in flooding damage..... they were out there within the hour and saw the job done till the very end.... even dealt with insurance.... seriously life savers.....

Servpro is the company that you can call when you have major damage to your home or business as a result of flooding, fire or mold. They did a great job to my rental property which had water damage. I will recommend this company to my friends, relatives and neighbors.

I very highly recommend Servpro for recovery from a flood or fire and the rebuild after. I woke up Labor Daymorning to a flooded basement. Servpro was there an hour after we called even on the holiday. Within2 days they had all the ruined carpet and baseboards out. Then the rebuild team was there right away. It was just a small electrical fire that started in my living room and I assumed it just burned out the socket and singed the carpet.
