Adam was super friendly and helpful. He did a great job cleaning the stains out the carpet it looks as it did when I first moved. There was one stubborn stain that did not come out. I did pay additional for the pet odor remover but it did not remove the smell completely: I did really like how quick it was and they had everything needed to complete the job.

Adan was phenomenal and very professional! We asked him how long he thought it would take and he was exactly finished in the time he told us! We will definitely be using him again!

Our Great Dane cut her paw, unbeknownst to us, and proceeded to race around our basement while we were outside. We walked inside to the equivalent of a crime scene. Blood everywhere! On 2 year old white carpet…I may have shed a few tears and then immediately called Safe-Dry. Amazing responsiveness! We were the first appointment the next day…and in walks Adan with his red cape and essentially a giant S on his shirt. He saved the day and our carpet. A few tough spots here and there, but Adan saved us a good 8K as we won’t have to replace the carpet now. What a wonderful asset to this company Adan is. Seriously professional, personable, clearly great at his job and even arrived early. We’ll be having Aden back at the end of summer to do the rest of our carpets. Update 7/24: after speaking with one of the managers, we were able to get someone sent out to re-clean my furniture and it looks great! The technician was professional and Chris, the manager, was very understanding and quick to get this situation resolved, including my damaged items. This company stands by their commitment to satisfy customers.I officially scheduled my cleaning for 7/12 at 1:30. My booking was rescheduled 3 times and to a different day 7/13 1:00, 3:00, and then 5:00. The tech was still late, arriving at 5:20. When he gets to the apt to clean the couch, he leaves water all over the floor, breaks my Alexa Amazon speaker and leaves the broken plug on the other side of my living room, unplugs my wall plugin and pulls back into the wall upside dripping the fragrance on the wall. There are still stains on my couch and the tech has the nerve to not say anything regarding the damage. I will never use or recommend this company or their services again.

Before he started he explained the process and I was confident to move forward with such a big job. in under 2 hours the carpeting was...AMAZING! My mom called them because they were a Roswell Company and Zerorez was booked. These are her words:They were worst carpet cleaners I have ever had. They literally took what looked like a cheap plastic weed sprayer from Home Depot sprayed my carpets then went over them with what looked like a floor buffer to buff the floors of the elementary school! My hallway looks worse than before they started. He swung the machine back and forth and everyplace he stopped to go in the opposite direction it left dark marks on the carpet. When he was done which only took about 15 or 20 minutes I asked if he could go over some spots again and was told it would Burn the carpet! I even paid extra for deep cleaning in a certain room that he recommended and it didn’t look any better.Afterwards, I called the company several times to complain and was told every time that the manager was out, and that he would call me back. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing!If you need your carpets cleaned, don’t waste your time or money!!!
