I wish I could give Oriental Designer Rugs 6 Stars! For starters, the web site is very well organized with search criteria that made it easy to filter runners by color, style etc. saving us tons of time looking at a thumbnail of every runner they have, or driving around to different rug outlets. Within minutes wed identified several interesting options that made it a good idea to drive to the showroom. The owners were friendly and informative without being pushy or intrusive. We signed out a couple of samples to view in our home and returned a couple of days later to make the purchase. The runners arrived when promised and we are very happy with the quality.

I had a large rug resized by them and the whole experience was great. Staff was really friendly, helped me unload the rug, and then measured and cut it exactly. The new binding is a perfect match and you can’t even tell it was ever resized. Whole thing took 7-10 days and they were significantly more reasonably priced than some other places I had checked. I took my old sheepskin rug to be cleaned here. (It hadn’t been cleaned in over 20 years! Pretty matted, yellow, and faded) They were very helpful, honest, and clearly knew their stuff. They thoroughly explained what they would do to my rug, which made me feel a lot better leaving my family heirloom in their hands. My rug turned out significantly whiter, cleaner, fluffier, and they even mothproofed it! I would come here again - great service :)

Recently had my oriental rug cleaned and moth proofed. Its a very old rug that was extremely dirty! Vineet and his team were extremely knowledgeable about the condition of the rug and what could be done. Explained all of my options and did an awesome job with the cleaning. I was very pleased!
