I paid for the Ultimate Ceramic Plus service (the one that supposedly does everything) and it did not deliver. Havent checked the entire car yet, but just from the drivers side I can see water marks on the windows, a console that wasnt wiped, liquid in the cupholders (wasnt there prior so I assume cleaning solution), crumbs on the dash, and I recently had a a bbq sauce packet smeer itself on the glass - It was still there when my car was finished. And they tore up the carpet somehow and didnt tell me.

I paid $269 for the top detailing package and felt like I was given a $50 car wash. They used dirty rags to clean my interior which left the dash and windows with water marks. I chose the hand wash and the attendants said the drive through machine will clean it better. You have employees trying to get customers to get a cheaper wash because they don’t want to do the work. I will not be coming back. When y’all first opened service was great but now I might as well let some kids in my neighborhood do it before I come back there!!

Must Read!!!!! I had an detail service on a vehicle I had sitting for 2 years. I recently put a new engine in it and was trying to work on fixing the interior. I paid 150 dollars for a detail and they did an amazing job.

Very disappointed. Two times in 3 days, I have tried to get the interior of my car clean and was denied. Only after waiting in a line and getting up to the front, am I told that they are short staffed and wont be cleaning interiors. I understand being short staffed, what I cant tolerate is management not informing customers upon joining the line (with a sign or an attendant) that there is no interior service. That lack of early information caused me to waste my time. Again, a simple sign placed at the entrance of the place would be immensely helpful and courteous.

Previously when I received service, the floor Matt were not dried completely. This caused the inside of the vehicle to have an odor. After my last visit, there were ants inside the vehicle. I didn’t have this problem before the service. This matter was addressed by someone that was presented to me a manager. This person was subjective and partial towards the car wash. In my opinion, I think that this person was maybe a good worker who had been promoted. I eat the affects of their putting wet floor mats into my vehicle. Being courteous and objective when handling customers is a part of being a professional business.

I purchased the $34.99 wash and the windows were cleaned on the inside. Everything else was good.

Nope nope nope nope!!!! I paid for a full wash and detail with wax + car seat shampoo. Not the best job my car has had.I only tried this place cause I was in the area. The inside of this place smells like sewer water or idk like dog poop. I’m sorry to say this but it’s true. What we water they used to clean my seats left my interior with some white residue. They didn’t clean my car thoroughly because I still found gum wrappers and crumbs on my seat. What we product they used on my seats left two dark almost dark blue like steins. I have a small crack on my windshield. The outside of my car still has old bird poop on the back.The only positive thing I can say is that the bathrooms look really nice, they have A/C and the lobby is relaxing!

I got a detail prep wash as they suggested and it saved me money which is a plus ANY DAY! There were a few issues that I expected (paint chipping, losing some trim) my car is old and been sitting for years but when I tell you they got EVERY nook and cranny from years of tree sap, dirt and grime. I was pleased!

Its black owned and it shows. Theyre slow getting cars in. Their hours are not usual car wash hours. If you are not a member they will not detail your vehicle. Other than that its a nice facility.

This is now my go to car wash. Service was very professional and they communicated wait times and prices.. There is waiting area inside and out side. They have a cafe in the waiting area as well as TVs so I enjoyed waiting while they serviced my car. Beautiful views of the area from outside.

I arrived at the car wash at 2:15 for my car to be cleaned inside out seats shampooed floor shampooed the guy tells me its going to take hour and 45 min to get done I said ok. 5:20 they come to me I look at my car the rams was still dirty they helf did the seats so I told him to do it over so he call his self do that when I got home my back seats feel like they poured water on the seats they was wet wet and still dirty I called for the manager no one called back

I get my car 🚘 washed here on a pretty regular basis. Most of the time the bathroom is clean. The food is good. They have chargers for iPhones or iPads if you need that. They have outlets to charge other devices. Really hard workers here, and I would recommend this place if you need a car wash.

Some of the best services I have had during the pandemic, as I have noticed service as a whole is just way down people being checked out in all. Stopped on a whim. Fantastic job. Staff was courteous and helpful. They were fast + efficient too. But that lobby...whoa... amazing. Full snack bar with desserts, candy, fountain drinks, coffee and tea. They also had tons of seating both upstairs + down not to mention a tablet table with 4 tablets to roam the internet as you wish. I believe they said they will also clean your vehicle while being parked at airport shuttle parking lots. Would absolutely visit again. Also, something to note, very clean bathrooms too. Give em a try, if you have not done so already.

I was satisfied with the work. The guy who waxed and sealed my paint took his time. He didnt rush. I usefully wash my own cars but it needed that xtra today. Good job guys. I didnt expect everything to be perfect but they did exceeed my expectations. Ill b bringing my other cars to them

The service no longer qualified as Ultimate. I always have to clean my dash and console area after paying to have it done. They rush you to leave so you cant inspect. I asked what air freshener he used and the fella said, oh we dont put that in at this station. You have to drive down there.... But you said my car was ready. Last time for me.

It was an average experience at best. I got a platinum wash on my car and asked beforehand how long it was going fo take (I had other errands to run I could’ve done while waiting for my car) but the gentleman told me 25-30mins so I just stayed and waited for my car. Service took an hour exactly, they did a good job with vacuuming and wiping down the car it was absolutely filthy with dust and debris, however the dash wasn’t wiped down properly, my side view mirrors still have pollen on the inside and the glass wasn’t wiped down properly leaving water stains. My iPhone six cord adaptor was taken off my aux cord and left in my glove compartment. I just don’t know why it was removed from its connection and put somewhere else. There’s no air freshener in my car. I would come back, I just wouldn’t waste my $30 on a platinum wash when I could’ve got the same attention to detail as the $10 exterior only wash.

When you guys opened, I thought you were the best thing smoking, and love supporting a black owned business. Now its a completely different game and Im really getting and Im really getting sick of it.This is the third time Ive come to get my car washed for the weekend and you are the only doing outside only...not good business.Then the last time I got a full service I had to point out a million things because the guy was too busy talking to the other workers.Im disappointed because you all were the bomb, and now youre shine has definitely been tarnished...Pull it together!

Horrible experience! My very first car wash in my new vehicle and they chipped the paint in 3 places & left scuff marks. They’re not willing to use their insurance to pay for the damage because they claim they can’t see anywhere in the video when this could have happened. It’s the very first thing I noticed when I walked up to my vehicle because it simply was not there before I came here. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Service is not as good as it could be. It is rushed and they do not pay attention to the detail of really cleaning your car.

They steal!!! My boyfriend took his car there & his glove compartment was rummaged through & something was taken. The manager did nothing when this was brought to his attention, leaving my boyfriend with no choice but to take matters in his own hands 🤷🏽‍♀️ (if you know, you know..) Clearly management is okay with hiring people who engage in bum behavior. Be aware!

Their level of professionalism makes getting your car detailed worth your while. Their is an upstairs and downstairs lounge area with coffee shop on the main level was a nice touch. However, they could use a wider variety of stacks outside of what they offer at the coffee shop and vending machines. Reasonable pricing.

Got the works!! I love the way they cleaned my car and shampooed the carpets. The only thing is, if u dont wait onsite and decide to leave, they dont call you and let you know your car is ready... Be prepared to call lol.

So, I go to get my car washed earlier. After sitting in line for almost 20 minutes, when I finally get to the front, I was then informed by the tech that there were no full service washes available, only exterior washes. Once youve waste my time, its gone and you cant give it back. There could have been signage or he could have at least walked the line to explain that to people and given them a choice ahead of time instead of having them wait. So I left as I was quite irritated at my time being wasted. I really tried to give this Black owned and operated business a chance, but yet again I was disappointed but poor customer service. I will not be back.

The body of my car was shining and my tires was on point however my windows had streaks on them they didn’t vacuum my car good. I paid for air freshener When I got my car back it didn’t smell like air freshener I had to ask one of the guys to spray it.

I didnt get the full experience but it was definitely fun going thru the actual car wash a lot of colorful lights bring the kids it may just be the type of car wash I got but didnt do as well as I had hoped however the interior car cleaning team did a stupendous job they deserve something overall it was a pretty chill experience even had a Cafe and they have multiple price options

Best experience ever. My car is immaculate and the service is amazing. Did I mention the inside is amazing? Food, free wifi, desk and power for your laptop if needed. They really think about the customer.

I paid to get a detail. I specifically told the guy I wanted my seats cleaned. Seats weren’t done, dashboard wasn’t wiped, vents weren’t blown out, cup holders weren’t cleaned and rims were still dirty. It looks like I paid $90 for a half wash and a mat cleaning. At least it didn’t smell like mildew this time. Never again.

This was my second time visiting. The first visit was exceptional, which is why I returned. It was a mistake. In addition to the deplorable job they did washing and detailing my vehicle, I now have deep scratches on my bumper and scratches on the screen inside my car. I wouldn’t recommend patronizing this establishment.

I came up to this establishment twice in one day the 1st time they told me if I wanted the outside cleaned and the inside wiped down and vacuumed I had to pay for detail been coming there for a yr and never had to pay detail price the worker said because they didn’t have enough staff and they would start regular service in a few hrs for me to come back I stay 45minutes away. I came back a couple of hrs later same thing it was crowded as well so that same guy tell me come back in the morning at 9 opening time did that again here goes an excuse oh we just doing outside only but I paid for a $25 dollar service why couldn’t they clean the inside when it wasn’t crowded. This place is very unprofessional and unorganized I feel like I got ripped off! Never coming back again!

Not bad service, but wheels werent cleaned well nor mirrors and windows. The interior was cleaned very well, and employees were courteous. I came in the last 90 minutes of the day, and will go earlier if I return so that its not dusk and I can really see their work.

I’ve been to this place twice. They seem to use dirty wash rags when cleaning the interior of your car. You can see streaks of cleaning products on the windows and windshield. My second time, I washed this lazy dude while he did my car and I knew that I would be disappointed and I was. He didn’t clean my rims, mats and doors probably.

They truly got the set-in stains out my seats and made me extremely happy.

Paid for super clean service,where the interior is fully cleaned and vacummed using air compressor..when I got home I found bag of chips under dryer seat and debri still inside car in cracks/crevices. Waited HR I I wont return or refer any friends to this place.

MUST READ. Stolen Raybans.Id previously used this place and loved it. However, the last time I paid over $100 for a car that still smells (their smell treatment was really just covering up the smell with an awful cologne, not anything that eliminates odor) and mediocre detail job. To add insult to injury, I am now missing a pair of ray bans. I intended to bring them with me just to remove the temptation, but had too many things going on and accidentally just left them on the seat. Very unprofessional when employees cant stick to do their job, even after being tipped tremendously. I will not be returning ever again.

Great place for car detailing. Good prices. The people there do a great job on my car considering I have a husky for a dog they get all the hair out. I tip the people very well for the job they do and have no problems giving them 50% tip because Im very satisfied with the job. Thank you Ultimate for the job you do!!! If there was 6 starts to give you would have it.

Decent price, service is good and the staff are nice.The cleaning is get what you pay for.Unless you have a car that is clean to begin with its not worth coming here.For the Platinum full service wash they only clean anything that is easily cleaned. They wont get into the nitty-gritty or in the cracks. For that you have to pay more.I will come back and try their other services.

It is a nice car wash facility, I like how they wipe down the vehicles after the wash and clean the tires. The only thing I think could be approved is the long car waits it takes for “exterior wash only” vehicles.

I havent been in a while and decided to give it another try. It took an hour with my SUV just sitting there. This was just a full service wash, not detail. Then when they said it was finished they literally only put tire shine on it but didnt touch the inside. My vehicle stays clean so it wasnt much to do but they didnt bother to touch it until told to do so. Then they left me a treat of dead flies in the passenger seat. They were placed there on purpose after overhearing the two complaining, if they want us to do a better job then pay us more. They also didnt bother whipping the windows. I literally wasted money on the highest package to come home and do it myself. I guess its a reason I stopped going there.

Got the gold detailing package for a steal, it was $129...but for what they offer, those prices are Wayyyyy higher around the city. MY CAR LOOKS LITERALLY NEW AGAIN! Great waiting area, free wifi and good music! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The staff was friendly enough however, 3 lines going into one washrack with no one directing the flow was nothing short of chaotic.

Took my car there on 6/14/2020 and paid $89.95 for the Gold Interior Detail which includes Gold Shine Wash, Shampoo Carpets & Seats & Upholstery, Clean & Condition Leather, Deep Clean Dash & Doors & Console, and High Pressure Air Blow Out.I got my car back about an hour and a half after I checked it in. The carpets were NOT shampooed. They put the paper over the carpet. When I got home, my cousin checked out my car and he told me that I wasnt given what I paid for. He removed the floor paper that was put over the carpets to show me. He also pointed out that my leather seats were only wiped down. They didnt condition my leather seats at all. The Gold Shine Wash comes with air freshener (I didnt know that until my cousin told me) but no air freshener in my car.I intentionally left $.78 in my coin tray just to see of it would be there when I got my car back. It wasnt. Needless to say, I wont be returning.The inside is the only positive thing that I can say about this place. Plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs. The cashiers were nice.

I had an exceptional experience at this car wash. I got the ultimate exterior car wash and they did a great job. Thanks to Sean and Hightower my car looks brand new and I am so grateful for them. They were professional and made sure to keep me updated considering it was an extensive cleaning. They told me my car would be done by 5pm and it was done slightly earlier. I came here to get a full detail. When I got my car back it wasn’t even completely cleaned. They did a half job on my carpet cleaning and he didn’t even clean my third row claiming he didn’t know how to open the trunk which I had to pay extra for in the first place because I have a truck. He didn’t clean the inside of the doors or wipe my leather seats down completely. On top of that I was waiting for 4 hours ! Just to get a half job done! Very disappointed.

I visited Ultimate for the first time today 9/22/2020. They brought my car out to dry off and I found so many dirt spots that I could not believe it. I should have known that my car had not been washed thoroughly because it was ready in 20 minutes. When i showed the attendant the many dirty areas, he said to me that it wasnt his fault he ran out of cleaning products. When I requested that it be done over, they took my car back, held it for 5 minutes with nothing cleaned differently. Disgusted, I drove off to find out that all 4 of my tires needed air. Now, what am I thinking, yea !! The interior of the place is very nice, but the customer service and quality of work is the worst.

Their waiting area is very comfortable and large. Services were quick and all services were affordable. They were great with vacuuming the inside and cleaning the outside. I purchased the full package for the carwash and the vacuum service was included. It was worth every penny!

This was my first time at a car wash detailing place. The man at the service lanes didn’t explain to me what was going to happen with my car or explain the services they offered. They didn’t vacuum my back seats or passenger seat very well. Also my clean sweater I left in there had a dirty footprint mark on it. I would have taken more things out of my car if they explained to me they were going to be all in it.. thought just outside was gonna get washed and I’d clean the inside myself.. Anyways the outside of my car was done well so there’s that.

The first time I came here I paid for the basic car wash and my car came out really nice so that’s why I decided to come back. The 2nd time I came back I decided to pay for the Ultimate which is inside and out including other services for 34.95. I came out and my car was still dirty, didn’t have a air freshener smell I paid for and had dirty spots in different places that I had to tell them to clean as they gave me excuses for it being tree sap and they aren’t suppose to scrub spots but once I started rubbing it with my finger it began to come off. I asked for a supervisor multiple times then had to ask for someone higher which they claimed to be the General Manager. I didn’t receive all the services I paid for and will never come back here also will be disputing the charges with my bank because no one offered me nothing for my bad experience, poor service and lack of providing all of the services I paid for. Very bad customer service from this place!

Everything went well. My car was an absolute mess, and it looked like new when they finished! They are hustling, working diligently to be thorough, and keep the line moving, so be mindful of that. I have a white Sorento, after an hour wait my car was still dirty. I showed the young man. He informed me that he was not the person who clean my car. Then it rain later that day. I asked for a rinse off. Nope they dont do that. $25 lesson learn.

For the 2 days in a row i have been turned around!!! The bald headed guy with the doo rag on at the gate says were only doing outside only. For 2 days!!!! Te owner is seriously loosing money behind this!!!! Then i pull around to exit and i see plenty of empty spaces on the other side so clearly arent as busy as you say you are!!!!
