Does not clean the hood, wheels and few others places. This is the second time this happened. I went for the 12 wheel wash. The guys working there say that it is how the system works which is meaning less. They do not do anything in my case.

The first speedy car wash I’ve been to where they have not one but two people scrubbing your car. And they took their time to make sure to get the places the car wash normally misses. I was super impressed! I will be coming back to this location even though it’s somewhat out of the way for me

Thorough enough clean for the cheapest price I’ve found in the area - my car comes out looking great! Haven’t tried any of the upgrades but nothing seems excessively pricey.

The monthly membership is over priced in my opinion at $45 a month I shouldn’t have to pay for additional services like lava wax etc.Otherwise it’s a cool spot the vacuum suction is super strong and I love that about it.

This place is great! Whoever the two gentlemen who are that are working this afternoon are awesome. I had some NASTY big bugs stuck on the front of my hood and they scrubbed like 5 times longer to make sure they would all be off before getting into the car wash. I usually don’t get that kind of service at the non hand wash car washes so I appreciated that!

This is the second time I have been to this car wash. The first time, with the basic wash and then followed by the second cheapest option (wheel deal), there was still a lot of dirt left on the car. We were told thats because we did not get the most expensive package.This time, I did get the most expensive package ( $20 for the ultimate wax & shine) and there IS STILL lots of dirt left on the car. It looks like the car is half washed. $20 down the drain. Now I am off to a hand wash car wash to ensure my car is actually clean when I leave. Go somewhere else and dont waste your money here.

I typically go to another car wash near my house but this one is very close to my office. Its a little more expensive than my usual but they had employees pre-clean my car beforehand and the overall quality seems slight better so overall Id say still a good value. I always go to places with free vacuums and theirs worked fine.

My car still had soap on it when I was done. I was going to go back through the car wash but then I noticed chips in my paint and left. Best part...the car that was in front of me when I was pulling out was a white SUV and it had pink soaps marks running down the back. Do not waste your money.

This place is okay overall, but its such an awkward location. Also, the vacuums are BEFORE the wash itself, and its not clear to a lot of people, and there are near collisions from people exiting the wash and going to the vacuums, only to have to drive the wrong way to get back out. I would also prefer to vacuum directly after my wash because thats when I do my touch ups. Its not something that can really be changed, so I dont go here when I need a good wash, only for touch up washes.

The washing equipment at this facility leaves soap on the back of some SUVs and trucks. Something must be broken with the final rinse process. It doesn’t clean the rear properly and it looks like it has been going on for a while when looking through the reviews after the fact. This is after the $12 wheel deal. Service guys were not helpful either. Seems to be a common issue to them. Take your business to the many automatic car washed in nearby East Cobb that work so much better and with stellar customer service!

I always go here, I tend to vaccum my car BEFORE I get it washed. I know the signs says wash first, but the way u have to park at the vaccum stations doesnt make sense for you to wash first and vaccum after *shrug*

Loved it when it was first converted into self serve, it was efficient, and very reasonable, especially the early bird prices. Prices have since gone up, their scented shampoo/soap now has a wet dog smell (it goes away after a while leaving a more desirable scent). The biggest plus is the inclusion of tire shine in the automated wash, however, the tire shine application tool now applies to the rim as well. This cause the rim to pick up dirt much easier, creating a dirt outline on the rim. Its worth going to during the early bird hours, but if time permits, their hand wash location would be preferred when looking for a quality wash.

This is an express service, which covers a car body wash. You stay in the vehicle and a pre-wash of tires and trim is provided by staff, who direct you to line up with the conveyor belt. The machine takes care of the rest. No detailing is available at this location, though there are a series of parking bays where you can use their powerful vacuum systems for a period for free. Good for what it is.

Don’t visit this car wash. Wish I could give 0 star for the worst customer service. You will see the rudest staff you have ever met. Got unlimited car wash and the short Spanish guy never bothered to give me the fast pass sticker. He asked me to come next time and when I went again he didn’t give me the sticker. This went on for couple of times until I had to fight to get the sticker. Avoid this place for your own goodness..

This is one of the best drive thru car washes Ive ever seen. Attendants do a great prewash as youre rolling into the car wash itself. I make it a point to visit whenever Im in the area. Highly recommended.

Refused to clean my vehicle because there was dirt on my tires. Will only clean vehicles that are already clean.

Great car wash, strong vacuums. My only complaint is that the final rinse isn’t long enough and I consistently find soap on my side mirrors and back windshield.

Tried to buy the basic car wash for $8, they told me I “have” to buy the $20 wash because my “car was so dirty.” I told him “No, thank you. I’d like the basic wash.” He said he cannot wash my car I have to go somewhere else if I am not willing to buy the most expensive wash. I will NEVER be taking my car here again, and advise you to do likewise. I was willing to give them my money to wash my car and they refuse? What kind of CAR WASH does that?

First, Ive have NEVER given a 1star review.. Because I dont review unless I love a place... BUT their open hours say until 7. At 6 pm today they were closed... Bad, but not a big deal. Until, I tried to confirm their hours with the attendant. His response dont you see the cones up.. So yea,, we closed. I dont care what online say...Mind you, I ONLY wanted confirmation because a car went through the cones and got their car washed.. Attendant stated that was the manager, so he is good.. But they closed when they want to.... Just extremely rude for no reason at ALL!

Best drive thru carwash. Car always comes out clean with staff helping by giving you a nice brush off before entering the actual wash. The vacuums always work good and they are all free. What beats not rushing an being able to vacuum your car without the timer.

These folks go the extra mile to make your car clean and send you on your way quickly. Highly recommended!

I will never go here again. I came on a Sunday evening near closing and the guy told me to go on through. I finish the car wash and pull to the area to vacuum only to be told they shut everything down. Well why let me through if youre not going to let me finish. So I talk to the guy expecting them to be reasonable....but as I try to explain the situation another guy comes out yelling about he was waiting for me and I left the property. I tried to show him my receipt saying I had just been through the car wash but he kept telling about me leaving the property which I assured him I didnt. After a few minutes he said I had 5 minutes to vacuum. Crazy enough...the guy that was yelling was the one told me to come through. Worse experience and it didnt have to happen that way. He should have turned me away originally if he was going to act like that. To accuse someone of leaving is ridiculous because I had the receipt to prove I was just in the car wash. Horrible customer service and horrible attitudes.

Very quick. Costs $7.00 for the basic wash. $45 for the monthly unlimited pass. 2 guys wash the car slightly and then you go through a five minute machine wash.

I’m sad to be writing this because this was my favorite car wash. I ran through the wash and when I got out at the end I noticed my front two rims were still dirty. I asked the working working out side at the front if I could run it through again. She went to ask someone. Some guy came talked to me. He said he couldn’t let me run it through again because it wasn’t a “legitimate reason.” He said they don’t clean rims. And he said the owner just isn’t concerned or care about rims. Sadly, I won’t be able to come back if tha their attitude towards it. I just don’t think it was that big of a deal to let me run it through again when I still had tire dust all over my rims.

Best car wash of its kind that Ive ever been to! Great vacuums and unbelievably cheap for the Supreme wash. Go on Tuesday and get buy one get another for another day, half off.

I pulled up and for only 20$ I was let into a gaping moist oriface which had three men helping me slide right in. The ride was wet, smooth, and when I got out I had clearly had a complete experience.Car came out clean and I enjoyed the psychedelic trip.

The wash does a pretty good job of cleaning your car, even with the basic wash. Staff are always friendly and give the car a quick pre-scrub. The parking lot is a little awkward to navigate.

This place had great vacumes. Car wash gets car very clean at reasonable price. The associates are friendly. It can get busy/full at certain times.

I thought this car wash would be one of the Best ones in my area. But I was clearly wrong for some reason the little man behind the broom that works at this place hate me because every time I show up if I have one speck of dirt in my car he is always telling me he cant not wash my car or I have to pay more money to wash the car. I cant get a basic wash. Which begs the question if a customer can get the wash he or she want to choose on the screen why I have the wash on the display to begin with. If I could I would give a big zero!!!

I went here simply because I needed a vacuum, not a fancy wash. I arrived at 6:45 (they close at 7pm) and got the basic wash. When the wash was finished (6:50) the guy had already closed off all the vacuum stalls. The ONLY reason I came was to vacuum and now although it was only $6, thats $6 wasted. They should at least let the remaining customers finish up their cars. Another woman was in the middle of vacuuming her car and they shut the vacuums off before she could finish it. The guy proceeded to tell her she could come back tomorrow because he had to go home. He went on to explain that if he didnt shut it off at some point, when would he ever go home? VERY POOR customer service. Save your $6, go somewhere else.

Great for my nanny car Honda Civic and my wallet! Free DIY super auction vacuum with wash purchase is a great deal. They have a guy that will wash your front and back windshield with a big scrubby brush before you enter the wash. Dont go in there with 2 inches of mud on your car and expect it to come out sparkling because its a drive-through wash. Duhhh.

Incomplete car wash , car was not dry and NO TOWELS TO DRY OFF CAR MANUALLY .... Water stains will be on your car. I do not recommend this place... I do not recommend this place...

Quick cheapish thorough auto wash. The multicolored suds and flashing lights are a plus, but probably shouldnt go with someone with light triggered epilepsy.

Car Wash is ok, overpriced a bit. I had some guy hold up a sign saying turn off wipers and stare and point at me. He then literally walked the entire path of the car wash mad dogging me the entire time.....really awkward and frankly unprofessional. Im sure its not his fault as hes a worker, so this type of behavior has to be promoted from management of ownership. Freaking ridiculous treatment. Will not be back. Seriously bizarre and creepy.

Tried to buy monthly wash pass and they say they dont sell it to Uber or Lyft drivers yet there is no signage saying that. Will not be coming back.

Free vacuums and starts at 7.00 for a basic wash. I would recommend going during the week because it gets very crowded on the weekend.
