Hard working chicos. Do a good job. But not a real detail... They do the fast easy big stuff but not the actual details... Here is what it looks like with the trunk open... Charged me 10 extra for tree sap and its still here.... EDIT: in response to the reply, yes, I know, I had to tell the person checking me out that it was 10 extra for the sap. He rung me up for the normal price. I corrected him and tipped 25%. But, in no way is doing the crack of the trunk or gas cover make this a 500 job. Those are two simple things, I saw your guys open all the car doors and spray them for all the cars in front of me... The 10 extra for tree sap is no big deal, the fact it still has wax means It shouldnt. I think this place is full of very hard working guys. They do a fast low priced job, but they do not do the full job, even at their price point.

Response to the owner: wow, quick response on a bad review but can’t even answer the phone when I called to ask questions (I tried several times on different days). You are admitting then that you are not accurately displaying your prices and instead are baiting and switching your customers by showing a “weekly customer” rate but portraying it as a normal rate for that service? I hope people read this review and your response and choose to take their business elsewhere to a more honest team.Waste of time. They have listed on their site that the “silver detail” is $55 for cars and I have a tiny 2014 Prius C. The “extras” for super dirty (my car is dirty, but there’s not a speck of trash and a quick vacuum would have taken care of the majority of the dirt) are $30 at the highest end. These people quoted me $120 saying they had to vacuum, which is included in the silver detail AT $55. He kept arguing with me, went back to some other guy, then came back and said “yeah, $120”. I then showed him their own website stating prices and exactly what I wanted thinking this was a potential language barrier issue, but they still would not honor the prices on their website.I understand from reading other reviews that this business tends to deal with more luxury cars, but that doesn’t matter. You list prices and services on your site so that the people coming to you have a clear idea of what they’re going to get and how much that service will cost. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a girl, or seemed easily tricked, but I would avoid bringing your car here because they are obviously in the business of lying and not car washes. Be transparent on your website as well as in person, not just on the Internet then have people drive to see you and everything changes. Do better. Hacerlo mejor.

Im súper picky always with my car and they did really amazing my seats and floor were so dirty before- I’m a hiker and water sport kind person so my seats get wet and the floors get insane dirty with like leaves and clay etc. I couldn’t believe how clean it was eso considering I didn’t ask for a whole interior clean just the outside, seats shampood, and everything else vacuumed. But they went in. It took about an hour and a half and the wait was super chill. You can tell they worked hard and are super detailed. Make sure to tip emUpdate: the price was $120. And the. I tipped. I feel that’s super standard for a really good car wash and detail. And seeing them work I def feel the price was well worth it and earned. So take note the more you want done the more it will be and as it should be. I don’t think the price is a down point at all. Speaking Spanish helps but if there’s any language barrier it doesn’t make them rude. They were all so kind.

I had some water get into my drivers side floorboard due to a bad seal, and unfortunately it grew some mold. I went to Luxury Hand Car Wash to get the mold sanitized/removed. They steamed it out and used a chemical removal method. They also shampooed the carpets. The mold smell that had been plaguing my car was gone once they were done, as was all visible evidence of the mold.I had a full detail done as well. They were very thorough and even cleaned in my gas cap area/along the inner side of the seams. My leather looked amazing after they were done with it. They also machine polished the whole vehicle as a last minute request by me. I got same day service on everything. It wasnt cheap, but these services just arent cheap anywhere. It was absolutely worth it. They did a phenomenal job and had phenomenal customer experience. Special shoutout to Felipe, who made sure everything got done perfectly. I will definitely be using them again.

EXCELLENT. These guys hustle and were very polite. Car looks amazing. I am a detailing nerd and really appreciate them using multiple types of chemicals for washing/drying and using fresh towels.

I didn’t pick the best time to go. Saturday is very busy! But it was worth the wait. My car has NEVER been this clean from a car wash. The manager was really friendly and apologized for the wait and assured me that they would be done soon.

When it comes to my car I am OCD about organization and detail. These guys understand what it means to pay attention to detail and on top of that it’s a standard for them. I did not have to request them to wipe down areas other chain carwash companies usually miss. They all work together and very quickly. The price for the quality of service is more than worth it. My new spot! Hands down!

Morning manager got mad because I didn’t want chemicals on the wheels of my car and said the only way that he could wash my car if he sprayed degreaser on my wheels. It was a no for me. I left the car wash on that day went somewhere else which had no problems washing my car. I decided to give them another try and now this same guy says the only way he will wash my car is to give him $50 for a $30 car wash. Vehicle is a 2016 911 Porsche turbo cabriolet. Small car.

They did a fantastic job. Leaned my car I side and out. It was hand washed. Depending on your selection they can clean your trunk as well. I was coming from the beach and there was sand all over, but they took care of all that.

Pretty fair and reasonable prices for the services that they provide. The staff were all very thorough and made sure that I was satisfied with my exterior wash. My only complaint and my reason for 2 less stars is that I was blindsided with a $2.99 credit card processing charge/fee upon payment. That additional charge disclaimer is not posted anywhere at the establishment.

Update: Went here for the second time today and had a terrible experience. I have a CR-V which is a small SUV. I asked for exterior wash, the guy said $20. I said ok. Then I asked for exterior wax. He said $25. So, I confirmed that the total is $45. He said, no, it is $65. I was like what? Suddenly things changed. He said yeah, its a big SUV and wash is $30 and another $35 for wax. They increased the price by $20.I think once I asked for wax, he assumed that I would be OK paying more and hence jacked up their prices. I tried to reason and said that it is a small suv and that per their pricing, the total should be less. He simply walked away and said that he couldnt do it.As a matter of fact, their pricing board says $18 for medium SUVs.All in all, very unprofessional, unethical and rude.So, I simply left.First time: Went here today for the first time and had a great time. They have competitive prices and do a good job on the car. I went there early morning and there was no rush. They have some outdoor seating as well.

NONE of the employees were wearing masks, while hopping in an out of everyone’s vehicles in the middle of a pandemic! Putting all their customers at risk! I read a response from the owner under another review telling the customer to “come back when things are normal!” WOW! Our NEW “NORMAL” is wearing masks to protect each other! ALL businesses should be following CDC guidelines to protect EVERYONE! Safety over Money! I would not recommend putting yourselves or your family at risk for a car wash!

No appointment needed. They did a great job. Had lots of dog hair stuck in the trunk and they got it all out.

Great quality and service. Some of the pricing differs based on car condition from whats listed that might seem arbitrary, but car is spotless afterwards inside and out. Go on weekday morning to have less wait, as they are slammed on weekends.

Fantastic car wash. I did their basic $20 exterior wash and they did a timely, solid job. Fun group of hard workers, I was glad to tip. Gave my Q60 a solid fresher, so Id trust a more luxury car with these guys. I usually do rinseless washes myself at home, but these guys are definitely my go to when I need a deeper clean. Its a chill location, no line when I went, will bring my business here regularly!

Felipe and his crew did a fantastic job on my SUV and convertible today. The whole process took about 40 minutes - they did an extremely thorough job and everything looks perfect. They are located in the gas station but rest assured they have all the necessary equipment to take care of your car. Glad they opened a location here in Lindbergh and highly recommend you check them out!

Great customer service , and amazing detail cleaning. My seats had coffee and chocolate milk stains all over. I was there less than an 1hour & it looked phenomenal. I couldn’t believe it myself. I wish I had taken pictures. But go and see yourself of the amazing work they do. Not to mention very affordable!

Have always had a positive experience here. Always quick enough for the basic washes to do on the way to or from somewhere. More in depth details are all reasonably priced and well performed.

Started out as a $35 car wash, but because I had some salt from the roads, it “needed” an extra service of $15 to remove. I did not notice anything special done to my car that the other two in front of me got, so I’m assuming it’s just a way to guarantee their tips. They do charge $10-30 for Super Dirty, but what’s the point of coming to a car wash with a mostly clean car?

I got the $25 basic interior and exterior. It was totally worth it! They did a great job of cleaning my car that hadnt been washed in about 6 months (yikes!) due to not being able to find a good place to get it done.They shampooed the rugs and hatchback space of my Prius, added shine to the tires, and made everything spotless inside and out. I got lucky in that there was no one in front of me. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. Ill definitely be back!

Took my car there and was returned with a dent on the back. When I took my car back for them to see, the guy that worked on my car denied doing so right at my face. He said the polishing machine fell from to top of the car, but he kicked it away before it hit my car. Sure, that’s exactly what happened. When I complained one of the guys asked me out on top of all the frustration I had to go through. An extremely expensive detailed job >200 to get a dent in return. The manager offered to pay to have the dent removed. I don’t even care to have them pay at this point! Be careful taking your luxury cars there! Specially if you are a woman!Additional note: You offered to pay after one of your guys called me a liar and insulted me by losing his temper. Plus, I felt completely uncomfortable being asked for dinner. If you treat everyone the same, I’m assuming you think your customers are liars and women are being asked out when visiting your shop.

This is my second time using Luxury Hand Car Wash. I previously went to their location in Dunwoody based off stellar reviews on Yelp. I was excited to see they recently opened location in Buckhead as this is closer to my home. I have a brand new SUV so I was initially skeptical about just letting anyone wash my car. However, these guys deserve 5 stars, and you cant beat the price and quality of car wash. For $30 these guys washed, wiped down surfaces and windows, shined tires, vacuumed and cleaned my mats. A tip was deserved as well. It took all of 30 minutes for them to wash my car. There is an area you can sit and wait outside or go grab a coffee at Dunkin Donuts across the street or the Starbucks inside Kroger. Will definitely be coming back for all future car washes!
