This is a decent carwash that has reasonable prices. I’ve been going to it for years because it’s very convenient but you can tell it really has some wear and tear on the facility. The wash is okay but as many have indicated the vacuums are pretty bad - not much suction at all.The guys who scrub your car are nice, give good direction getting into the tunnel and do a decent job of scrubbing things. I also like that they always have plenty of clean towels to wipe your car down after it goes through wash. While the vacuums aren’t great they are well organized and you have plenty of room to work.For $12 and about 20 minutes I have a clean car that with a little bit of my own elbow grease looks great and is a very reasonable price.

Customer service experience should have been better than it was. I wanted to buy the membership unlimited wash. Manager was not available to process the request.

Paid $20 for a car wash and went through the first time and the car was not washed, no soap, no water, nothing! Went through again as they instructed and was stuck in the car wash as the rollers “broke” and we were stuck for over 20 minutes waiting on a manager. The employees seemed absolutely clueless as to what to do. They were not trained and seemed like deer in the headlights when questions were asked. They employees were nice but very under trained. Giving more stars just because of how nice the employees have been.

Im impressed! The prewash detail man took the time to pre- scrub the dirtiest places on the truck ahead of my own car and also my car before we went through the actual car wash! It was a great experience:. Thank You!

Critical: QualityThis place used to be great. Today, I watched the car in front of mine receive a very thorough pre-scrubbing for several minutes. My car got maybe a 30 seconds worth, even though I tipped $10. Did not clean the top or back of my car at all. This is twice now vehicle has come out without being clean and without tire shine which I payed extra for. Taking my business elsewhere.

Went through the wash to find out afterwards that my spoiler trim was ripped off the vehicle. The manager goes in and brings it out and hands it to me broken into 2 pieces. I ask him what happens now and he rudely says you put it back on your car. How....its broken!! And to top it all of my car wasnt even fully cleaned. Dont waste your time or money going here.

The car is not washed and dried properly. The soap is not pouring on the car. Horrible experience. Used to be great. You need to fix your issues. As for now will be washing my car somewhere else

THE WORST car wash Ive ever visited, they are still charge me for the SERVER that I AM NO USED ANYMORE, even when I came here a lot of time to talk with them and I just losing my time. No manager No a person responsable, they just STOLE MY MONEY and never gave me a solution. NO CAME HERE, RUN AWAY!!!!!!!

Thieves. Do not join the membership. I moved away and wrecked my the next week. I cancelled my membership in person twice and called to cancel over the phone 3x and every month they still charge me $32 for a service Im no longer using. I have to call my name every month to try to get my money back because factory Express wont offer me a refund even tho I moved in April, now here it is in August theyve taken $120 from me for nothing. And still no resolution. I guess Ill have to close my bank account to stop the theivory!

The people that work there are RUDE. Once you get in and out from the express car wash you go on to vacum your car. Oh yea and the only give you 10 minutes to vacum your car out.

I paid for the deluxe wash when I came out to vacuum my car I noticed that the sides of my vehicle we’re still covered in dirt on the lower sections and the trunk was dirty. Very frustrating when I used to come to the car wash the car was always quite clean but the last few times I have come it has been less than great I don’t think I will be coming anymore

The pre-wash is as good as the wash.

I’ve been coming her for over a year. It’s a great value. Usually two guys will “pre-wash” your car to get all of the bugs off before you go through the wash. They weren’t open when I went by the morning around 8:40. Strange.

Even though this car wash could use an update it’s the best clean I’ve ever had- never a water spit and tires sparkle!!!! and the guys that work here are great.

Wash with your own risk!! Car wash damaged my rim during the wash when I heard weird loud metal rubbing noise going thru the washing process, since its was not my first time doing those self car wash machine, I know it was unusual. The guy basically didnt pay attention to my tire position when I pull up, and gave poor direction. I checked my tires after the wash and found the left rear wheel rim got badly scratched. The woman sitting inside wont admit the damage was caused by the wash, she said she heard the noise but it was the tire rubbing inside, not outside of my tire, but there was the yellow paint left on my rim!! Will never go back and will keep telling people about my experience. The asian women lied!!! Beware of this place.

Just moved to the area and decided to give this place a try. First Id like to say prices were great! Zach who cleaned my truck did a great job! Very courteous and was in and out of there very quickly. I have definitely found the car wash I will be using here. Thank you very much!

It was a little pricey but the two employees that do the pre wash did a good job. Half of the vacuums were not working and the only bathroom was locked. I was impressed with the structure and direction of traffic flow.

Ive worked and managed a self express car wash so I understand what it takes. This is the worst experience Ive ever been through. The towels were disgusting, the wash pales in comparison to others nearby and the Vacuums had no pull despite me taking it apart to check for anything stuck. turns out all the vacuums were like that. Employees non existent, not even to guard their tip jar. This is a joke. How can anyone come here?

I normally have a great visit here. On my last trip, however, the guide in to the track was not well done and now I have a banged up $1,500 rim. The employee guiding me in even realized that they werent helpful at all and it was kind of an oh s*&% moment on his face. Id suggest a retraining on clear and concise hand signals that actually mean something to the driver. I will be back, but I will not drive onto the track if I feel the signals are not up to par.

It is hard finding a good drive through car wash. This one is great. Even with all the rain, I had clinging dirt that would not come off my car. I went through this car wash and it successfully removed most of the dirt. The dirt is stubborn., so I knew I would have to wash it again. The vacuums are strong and they sucked everything from my car floor. I will be visiting this place again and again.

I was a bit hesitant to take my Porsche to any car wash but I decided to give it a try. My visit to factory express car wash went smoothly. When I told the attendant that it was my first time visiting they guide me through it. There’s a mirror located at the entrance which clearly show where my wheels were going and it was easy to navigate my car in the rail. Wash was quick and result was amazing. I went it with dusty car came squeaky clean. I enjoyed vacuuming the interior under the shade. Overall great experience and will be back again.

Apart from being economical and efficient, this is the only carwash that allows me to run the stretch limousine I use for work through it. Really friendly staff and Ive had no issues with any of them. They also provide micro-fiber cloths to use while you baby your car.

This car wash is raggedy now and the attendants are trifling. I just went through and the brushes that spin to wash the side werent working. They told someone in front of me about it and I overheard them with my windows down. They didnt say anything to me and kept sending people right on through. I still had bird s#!t on the side of my roof. I paid $10 for the managers special too. Sometimes you have to be careful because that one customer you dont think about will blast you. Im not coming here anymore and I would whoop my own @ss if I purchased the monthly subscription to this hole.

So apparently the car wash damages peoples cars and the manager/owners will do nothing about it or take ownership. Even though this did not happen to me I will not be returning because of the way they handled it. I havent taken out of this place for a while however it will not receive another dollar until they rectify the situation with the gentleman who had the Damage Done to his car with the windshield wiper!!!! DO BETTER!!!

This is the place for you if you like spending $12 for a chipped hub cap, bad customer service, and a terrible car wash. The guy whose job it is to direct cars into the rail system pointed me in the wrong direction which made my hub cap get stuck on a rail. He kept telling me to turn my tire but my tire wouldnt move because it was STUCK, which I told him repeatedly. I had to put a lot of force into turning and hit the gas for it to move, and lost a chunk of my hub cap in the process. I asked the guy if it chipped and he said no. After the wash was over, I checked and saw the missing chunk. Spoke to another worker who told me the rail couldnt possibly damage my car because its designed to spin and that the damage was pre-existing. He made me walk over to it and showed me, whereupon the other worker got involved and repeatedly said not our fault and that I shouldve used the mirror to navigate into the rail. Why did he point me the wrong way then? I have it on my dash cam footage and they have it on their security footage so we all have proof that this guy was in the wrong. They could at least have refunded my $12 since I now need to buy a new hub cap. The salt in the wound is that there are several spots on my car still dirty as ever (with DUST! not anything difficult to remove).

This was my first time using this car wash and I will not be back. First off the attendant uses a really worn out brush. I thought it was just for wheels and tires, but to my astonishment he cleaned a wheel then drug the brush across my bumper and windshield and repeated the same on the other side and back of my car. I now have viable scratches on my bumper that was not there before, also the machine almost took my side mirror off!! I paid for the $15 wash...my car is still dirty! If you love your car do not run it through there!!

Car wash scratched my mirror and the “manager” didn’t know how to contact owner. Only offered to give free washes but this will scratch your car!!! Do not use them. It also scratch another Lexus’ mirror same place.

This car was is ok for a quick clean but I dont like that they dont provide the window and interior cleaner and decent towels for your vehicle like some of the other competitors in the area. Sometimes your car is still dirty once you come out and I have to tell them to re-wash it or spray the tire shine on my tires. Also the vacuums are always clogged up and it can get really busy on a nice day and the wait for a vacuum is terrible.

Vacuums not working maybe 2 out of all of them mentioned to Mgmt acted indifferent another customer complaining as well. This is twice I have been there same result. Won’t be a third

Disappointed. I paid for top of line $20 wash, and my Jeep GCL left bay dripping wet all over and about 70% clean. As I was wiping it down, drying the drips all over, including on all windows, I told myself I should have just washed it myself

This is the second time I’ve went through the car wash and my car was STILL dirty. However this time, the service I received was completely rude! I asked the older man if I could run my car through again because I purchased the $19 and my car was not clean. I was told that it was only a machine wash so it wasn’t going to be perfect and if I wanted a perfect wash, I need to take my car to be hand washed. When I asked what I exactly I paid $19 for he said well the wax and I said you can’t wax a dirty car. After going back and forth for over 10 mins, he finally agreed to give me a BASIC wash. He didn’t even replace the wax that I payed for the first time! Nor did he even bother to scrub my car again before going through. And to top it off, the car was still dirty after the second time going in. Save your money and time and go somewhere else!

If you go early enough this place is a breeze. Today, a Sunday, I went around 9:30a and zipped right thru, and while I was wrapping up my vacuuming around 10:15, a line started to form at the entrance to the wash. There are a few corners on my car that never get hit by these washes and I wish theyd brush them down, so I need to remember to ask when heading in next time. I use this place regularly and for $10, consider it a great alternative to a pricey detail or a pay by the minute standalone vacuum machine.

Automatic car wash, and interior self-cleaning only, there are free vacuums and cloths avail. Basic wash starts at $6, which is a good price, although they used to be $4. Of course there are a range of upgrades you can add on for extra cost when purchasing on the machine. I’ve been here a few times before and their complimentary car floor-mat cleaner was out of order. That should have stopped me from using it today. The machine was open for use, so I gave it a try. I followed the directions closely, and the machine began cleaning it. I waited nearly a minute and the machine stopped making noise, and still didn’t release my floor-mat. I flagged down a man who I believe was the manager/owner(he was older, Asian) and he literally had to nearly dismantle the machine to get my carpet out, which had basically mangled my floor-mat. It took some force for him to get it out. He didn’t seem very apologetic about it, and he was very hard to understand when talking. I believe he was trying to accuse me of putting it in incorrectly, when I know for a fact I didn’t. The cloths were not microfiber, not washed well making them smelly, and they even had residual dirt on them from the last use. Every area of this car wash you drive through are extremely narrow, so be careful.

For the size of this place, it should be a full-service car wash that offers interior detailing. The setup of the parking lot is weird. You have to go through the car wash then circle around to use vacuums, which are very close together so you risk hitting other car doors with yours. The inside of the wash smells horrible so it’s about time they change the wipers inside. The dryer at the end doesn’t do a good job of drying either so you have to get out and hand dry your car when you vacuum. Cheap $6 wash but there are a range of wash packages available.

The carwash operator is very rude, he co.plains about the pre wash station being used by cars, when he should focus on cleaning it and refilling the stations, when I mentioned to him that its dirty there hes response I know we are busy. FYI that station have been the same always for 2 weeks today is 10/6 let see how many days they will leave it dirty.

Paid 15 bucks figured it would be a good car wash considering sandy springs. Ontop of a 3 $ tip just saying. Stinky water was the first mistake then it had no underblaster so under my car was still a bunch of dirt. The tire shine at the end hardly shined my tires b.c the shine fluid must have been out. Never going back. If it was good I would go every other day with my cars. One more note they never put a piece of tape over my back wiper so it was taking it a bit rough back there going through. Ta ta

There is no explanation of the package you’re purchasing just a machine to take your money. The drive thru wash had an awful odor that permeated my car and there were no service people available to request air fresheners or additional services. In addition, I could’ve washed my car better with soap and water than the drive thru did. I purchased the highest package and had to wipe my car down myself with the “lava” rag which didn’t do anything special. Waste of money would not recommend and never returning. If anyone knows how I can get my money back please let me know.

This WAS my go to for our 3 vehicles b4 today. Today I asked how do I pay for just the vacuum on the outside. A rude little girl said that I HAD to get a wash. I explained that I only need to vacuum something off of my floor. This unprofessional rude girl said YOU PPL HAVE to go through and pay for a wash. I said I WAS a reg customer that brought all 3 vehicles here on a reg, I dont need a wash. If I could not give any stars thats what would happen. The workers know me well from my loyalty and great tips but the chinese or whatever they are just loss my business, my other family that I put on AND the celebrities that were using that location bcuz of me. The owners keep leaving this business and selling it often for a good reason. My ppl value my word so its your loss! Citys inspector, better business bureau and a few more important offices will read about your unprofessionalism lil girl.
