I just wanted to know the price and then got stuck here for 30 minutes because they wouldnt let me exit any other way. Also they are expensive. Horrible experience that accomplished nothing.

Awesome car wash! They take care to get your car cleaned like new . May take long but worth the wait!

They did a great job cleaning my car. Prices are fair. Only deducted one star because of the lack of seating, it gets overcrowded fairly easily, and theres no guarantee if it rains within 24 hours of the wash (which it did). They would benefit from adding more seating (that doesnt get occupied by employees food) or moving in to a physical building with AC.

They were supposed to shampoo my carpet and do my seats. They never shampooed my carpet my car smelled badly. They then left my sunroof open and it was raining. Looked on my seat and just as expected the rain had gotten on mail that was on my seat. Then when I returned they claimed that they couldn’t help me because the smell didn’t go away!

Only rating 4 out of 5 because it was a bit confusing dropping off and picking up. I would recommend more signage or better organization. But, regardless, the detailing was GREAT. Well priced and they did a great job.

Some of your workers have added to on coming back on some of the spots but I didnt have to do a good job thank you

They use pressure washer to rinse your car. It damaged my hood and took no responsibility at all. They first claim it was like that when I came in. Then the manager blamed the dealership did a poor job on the clear protection. DONT GO!!!

Always bring my car here I brag on how good their work is but I was really disappointed on my last visit they really really half washed my car when I got home I noticed my roof was dirty and on the ride home I noticed my windows were still dirty I was to far gone to turn around but yea totally disappointed 😞

I have no complaints. I have a dog and they try their very best to get all the dog hair out. My car looks so good.

This place really knows how to take care of your car, every other place I go to misses stuff or even damages my car, breaking things off or scraping my tires, but this place goes the extra mile to make sure your car looks perfect!

1st time there and it is the best detailing job I have had done to my car. Their interior detailing is superb and thats what really blew me away. Highly satisfied with the service. I dont normally do reviews but this company deserves to be recognized for their outstanding work.

Recommended improvements:- Dry the vehicles in a timely manner. Letting the car sit for 20+ mins baking in the sun is bad. I have nothing but water spots all over my car.- use clean towels when drying. My vehicle was dried using dirty towels that left every single window with a dense, waxy haze.I went to another carwash a few days later to get the windows cleaned.

This is my spot!!, but listen, carve out at least 2 hours to be here or drop your car off. They do a really good job and its worth the wait!!!

The wait is crazy long, they left bird droppings on my car. I had to re-wash it myself when I got home.

Good place but you have to pay attention to their work to make certain nothing is missed.

Normally they are great but I think they switched management. Really long waits with only one person washing cars now. It used to be three guys washing. Poor fella.

Although they say they open at 8am they do not. They arrive to work at 8am. It still takes them 15 to 20minutes to get ready to accept a vehicle. Their open time needs to say 8:15 not 8am. Open means ready for business which they are not.

Very disappointed overall. The entire process took over 2 hours; its difficult to get in and out because there isnt enough space. I will NOT come back.

Takes 45 minutes to an hour but it’s a perfect wash!! You stay in the car while they wash the outside then pull around and let them do the inside. Don’t go on a day with cold/windy weather-they only have outdoor seating while you wait

This place is horrible. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my car to be washed and it was not worth it. The people are rude and do a terrible job and talk about you nasty in Spanish (yes I understood). They are crooked and after your money and do a terrible job and show no care for you car whatsoever. In fact they hit it with their terrible equipment and act like it’s not their fault because they are so busy. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Extremely slow, inefficient and disorganized. A car wash and detail should not take over 2 hours to complete.

I came here yesterday and got the detail package with car wash. Everyone was very friendly but it is a bit difficult to communicate if you don’t know Spanish. I still remember basic Spanish, but I struggle for sure.Over all, I was there for over 2 hours waiting for my car. I’m used to being in and out in 30 minutes in car wash places in Other places, but this was a bit ridiculous.The manager signaled that my car was done and I paid- $27 for the package, I went to the car and left since I had been there for so long and had other stuff to do for the day. I went to the grocery store and when I went to put the groceries in the hatch back, they hadn’t even touched back there! They didn’t clean the back of the car other than maybe rinsing and they didn’t vacuum the back carpet at all! They also didn’t clean out the cup holder or center console which was part of the package.Definitely not worth it for the amount of time they spent on my car and if you so go, check every inch of you car before leaving.

Great place. Very detailed and my car looked awesome.

I have been using these guys for awhile now, and they are extremely reliable and thorough.They even tolerate me bringing in the Jeep after serious off-roading sessions, and get it sparkling again.I will admit that you may have a bit of a wait because the place can get absolutely slammed, but if you live close just try back and you’ll definitely catch a lull in customers.

I cannot praise these folks enough.Friendly staff, excellent work, and decent prices.I will say though it is a bit of a wait but if your expecting a detailing to be quick, you’re the one with the problem.

Scratches on my new car that weren’t there before I used their service this morning!! Had to point out dirty areas that still needed cleaning—mind you this is AFTER they dried the entire vehicle and was requesting me to pay ??? Of course they went fast to the not understanding of what I was saying as I brought my concerns to their attention. NEVER GOING BACK!!! They had poor attitudes the entire service and weren’t even ready to go at 8AM even though I arrived at 830! Had to wait 10 mins or so for them to set up 😤.I figured it’s Friday morning but That should have been my sign to get out of there since the work ethic was already looking pretty less than desired. Nonchalant attitude about the scratches! So angry with them for not even seeming to take interest in my concerns-just waited for me to go away

It took about 2 hours but the real issue is that my car was not clean after . I had to tell them to redo the tires and the inside of my car was still dirty . I thought it was a stain that couldn’t be removed but I got a wet wipe and it was dirty so this speaks to a lack of effort . It’s not worth it at all

They do a fairly good job for the price. It can be very slow if there are more than a few cars in line. My most recent visit took 1.5hrs with only about 6 cars ahead of me.
