I love their products having ordered floor and wall tiles including a wood mosaic that all my friends have admired after installation.In particular, Mimi Corrales deserves special recognition in Customer Service. She solved a shipping problem which her supervisor refused to acknowledge. She would be an excellent manager here or anywhere.

One of the worst companies to work with.Always mess up orders and say sorry it was an error. Donot order unless you are willing to wait months for delivery.

Great product, terrible customer service. We were over charged and not refunded, have missing parts that 6 months later have not been delivered, and they take a month to reply to questions. Our sales person was Mimi and the manager has been no help either. Given the price point for their products, this is crazy. I would stay away.

Porcelanosa has delivered the worst customer service Ive experienced in years. As a trade professional with repeat business, Im severely disappointed in Porcelanosa. Weeks of being the given the run around and unable to get in touch with an uncaring manager. They have created nothing but headaches and frustration over refusing to return a fixture that doesnt fit. Run the other way! Kohler showroom and the Tile Shop are much more professional and treat their customers respectfully.
