Kitchen renovations are always inconvenient; however, Silver Oak made it as seem less as possible! From initial planning phase through to completion everything went smooth. Everyone involved was professional. Always arriving on the scheduled day, on time and cleaning up after each visit. The app helped me know what to expect each day. I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen! We hired Silver Oak to finish our basement and could not have been more pleased. We wanted to do some unique things, such as raise the ceiling to accommodate a golf simulator and building a wine cellar. The team at Silver Oak did a great job figuring out how to make it all possible and made sure to address any concerns along the way. Overall, we are extremely pleased with how our project turned out!

Whoever they having driving their company vehicle this morning should be evaluated or fired after what I witnessed this morning. Fully would be embarrassed to have a driver in my company driving recklessly with no blinkers just to be first to racing fast to a quick trip on Buford highway. After almost being hit with a child in my car and not getting an answer on the phone I might as well leave a review to get y’all’s attention about the image that put out for this company.

We choose Silver Oak after hearing an Ad on the radio and then doing research and looking online at the different designs they have done, definitely take a look at their Instagram page. My wife deals with many people in the construction and contracting business so we could have easily found people to do the job and probably for less. What pushed us towards using Silver Oak was the fact we could get the design and construction in one place and have it backed by a Company that will be there if anything goes wrong, this was the major selling point for me.Throughout the construction process everyone we ran across was polite and took their job seriously. Greg was our Project Manager and along Dwayne for plumbing, Kevin for framing and Tom for Tile help to keep our remodel moving. I really enjoyed working with this team and you can tell each person knows their craft.

We really enjoyed working with Silver Oak Master Bathroom and powder room renovation. The cabinets look great and the tile work is fantastic. The selection process took a lot time but the finished results were worth it. The crews were polite and hard working. Great team! We expected good work but also appreciated other details such as cleaning up and keeping organized. Very respectful of our home. We will use them for our next project!

We hired Silver Oak to put a bar in our basement. I gave them a general idea of what I wanted and they totally came through. Josh and his team are easy to work with and they were flexible when I requested changes. They are fairly priced and do great work. I highly recommend them for your renovation needs.

Five Stars for Silver Oak Remodel! My husband and I did our first-ever master bathroom remodel (a complete tear-out and remodel), along with some kitchen updates and improvements/enhancements. Being remodel rookies made us very nervous because we did not know what to expect, but Silver Oak Remodel made it as easy as any project of that size can possibly be. I interviewed several other remodel companies before hiring Silver Oak Remodel. They were neither the least nor most expensive, and now that we are finished, I can say they were absolutely the right company to choose. From beginning the project design and budgeting process (What do we need and what do we want, and how much is that going to cost?); to selecting colors and materials (Who knew there were so many options?!?); to project implementation - Silver Oak Remodel kept us informed throughout our project. Every team member was great - from the project designer, to the project manager, to the craftsmen and trades people who were onsite every day doing the work (demolition crew, plumbing, electrical, dry wall, painting, cabinetry, tile and glass...the list goes on and on). They were polite, professional, and showed concern and respect for our home. Our project was completed within budget, and within the timeframe Silver Oak Remodel had estimated for us. Most importantly, we loved the end result! I do not hesitate to recommend Silver Oak Remodel!

We felt the pricing was very fair for the quality of the work. They took exceptional care to keep a clean job site and worked around our schedule to minimize any disruptions. Just finished a kitchen and master bedroom renovation with Silver Oak Remodel and I can’t say enough great things. They gave us the plan, detailed proposal, and did what they said. We love the final results!!! I had to travel a lot so I was not home for a few days of the job. Which is nice in some ways but also made me anxious. However I can tell you upon my return I was very happy with the work and how they treated our home. They are top notch contractors that we will use again and recommend. It is hard to find contractors that are on time and do what they say they will do.

About 4 years ago I had Silver Oak, then a franchise of Granite Transformation, remodel our kitchen and master bathroom as a wedding present for my wife. We were thrilled with the result. About a year ago the shower began leaking. Unfortunately, it began leaking about two weeks after Silver Oak had ended their franchise relationship with what is now Trend. Silver Oak was willing to stand behind the work that they did as Granite Transformation/Trend, but when we tried to get matching materials from Trend to use during the repair they refused to sell them to us. I personally contacted Trend corporate management and reminded them that my remodel contract was with Granite Transformation/Trend but they refused to do any further business with Silver Oak since it was no longer one of their franchises. Even though it took almost a year to locate suitable replacement materials, and we had to redo the shower walls and floor and bathtub shell, Silver Oak upheld their end of the bargain and did all of the repairs at no cost to us. The result was truly amazing. I can not say enough good things about Jennifer, Ruel, and everyone at Silver Oak, who were determined to make things right. I can not say enough bad things about Trend/Granite Transformation who refused to honor their contract. Three months ago, as we were still looking everywhere to find materials that would match the original granite, or at least complement it so we could finish the repair, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. After the surgery she could not use the bathroom off of our master bedroom because we were still trying to finish the repairs. She was forced to go up or down stairs to shower, which was very difficult and painful for her. I contacted Trend again. They emailed back two months ago that they had turned the matter over to someone in their warranty department who would be in touch with me. That was two months ago and I have not heard back from Trend. Do business with Silver Oak and you wont regret it. I would NEVER do business with Trend, as they have failed numerous times to keep their word to me.Bill MorrisLawrenceville, GA

This was a great company to do the job that I wanted...I started with Sue B., she came to my home and she was so easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable, and brought so many samples of counters and sample backsplashes, which was a great help...decided to go see the showroom in Atlanta and met Jennifer A., who was the sweetest person and helpful to my daughter and me...we matched backsplash with counter there, and proceeded to follow through with the job with this company..when everything came in and the day came to install, Ruel and Alex came and did a beautiful job with the installation of the counters....I was impressed....they are beautiful...Great job...Then the next day, the tile man, Tom came and did the backsplash....he also did a great job, it looks just beautiful...Dwayne was the plumber who installed my new sink and did a great job...no problems there, thank you Dwayne..I also must say, when the men left, everything was cleaned up by them, they DID NOT leave a mess for me to clean up, that was very important to me...So, in a nutshell, this company was AMAZING...I highly recommend them...you wont be sorry...
