Jim was our first point of contact and helped us turn our very outdated kitchen (before photos attached so you can see the true transformation) into a modern beauty with all of the mid-century modern details. Lisa then helped us think cabinet and appliance placement and provided 3D renderings so we could see placement of everything. She was responsive to our needs as we went back and forth a bit. Working with Kiki during the installation was also wonderful! She listened to our concerns when we had them and answered our questions - extremely responsive. Everything in my master bath was replaced except the water closet. The work went according to plan with very little downtime. Reggie was very methodical in the placement of my large format tile. His workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. Excellent communication all around.

LR team worked with me to pick out materials that would stay within my budget but still gave the look I was going for. Bathroom was done much quicker than time quoted. Most completive quote I received and job well done!

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of working with limitless renovations for our kitchen remodel and partial bathroom update. The assistance was amazing. There were times I was not able to visualize the end product but at the end it came out very well done. Aimee and Kristi were terrific and very patient. And Lance had a great eye for detail. The project took 8 weeks and I had some one to assist and answer questions the entire time.. I highly recommend this company.

I told them my budget and they said they did all price projects and what a minimum price was. Said they would bring samples (they didn’t). Said they would quote price before they left (they did not) I said that would work. But they actually sent me a quote $5,000higher after the rep told me at our home he could be in our range. I also asked for a quote on acrylic and never received it. I asked for an explanation and never heard back. I was told this was their busiest year ever and I suppose they only need the Buckhead jobs. To be fair I don’t know the quality of work but after the one meeting and no response I will never find out the quality.

I would definitely recommend using Limitless Renovations. They completed the renovation of our guest bathroom for us recently and we are very pleased with the outcome! We met with Christina originally who came in and looked at our space, listened to what we wanted to do and then walked us through the options that were available. This process took a few hours but we walked away with a quote for the work that we were sure included EVERYTHING we wanted and discussed. Were they the cheapest quote we received for the work? No they were not, but it was clear they were going to be the best for us so we took them up on their offer. When the work commenced, everything happened as expected. Limitless did a fantastic job of setting my expectation on what would happen and when, and they were true to their word. The installers, Reggie and his wife Yolanda, were fantastic to work with. They worked long days for us, ensured things stayed as clean as possible and were very good with communicating with us as they moved through the project to ensure the work was being done how we wanted. We have a master bath that needs renovation as well. I will definitely be calling them back in the near future to help me out with it!

After almost a year of deliberating on a kitchen remodel we decided to take the leap and go with Limitless Renovations. We wanted to make the right decision for our family because we have two young kids and our complete remodel would have been disruptive to regular schedules. We were told that the project would take ~12 weeks. Limitless started a few days earlier than we anticipated and wrapped everything up within 7 weeks!!! The whole process was seamless and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole team was extremely professional and prompt in resolution. I cannot wait to work with them with future renos and highly recommend them when you have a timeline to meet or if you have family that you need to work around.

I shopped many companies before deciding on Limitless Renovations. Tonya F. was my first point of contact and helped me design my new bathroom while staying within my budget. Her expertise, taste and guidance were invaluable. My main concern was that the project begin and complete in a timely fashion - which it did! My other concern was the potential of dust during the demo, but Reggie and his crew were extremely respectful of the fact that I expected the construction site to be kept clean and tidy at all times. Not only did he and Yolanda do a fabulous, quality job but they were very personable, professional and respectful of my home during the project. Kristy, who was assigned as my project coordinator, was extremely responsive and accommodating to all my requests as well. All in all - it was a great experience and I would recommend this company without reservation. Yes, they are a bit more than other companies, but their hassle-free professionalism and my (now) gorgeous bathroom was WELL worth it!

We love our new bathroom! You cant really tell by the pictures, but we originally had an old whirlpool type tub which was never used. In fact, I spent more time keeping it clean from all the debris that would leak through the whirl vents than I did the shower. The original shower was built with a mystery that even the contractors at Limitless couldnt figure out why it was built so high from the floor. We all wondered why; was there some big rock they couldnt dig out so they just built the old shower up and over it. Our biggest fear was someone tripping over the ledge on their way in or out of the shower. The big mystery turned out to be some idiotic idea of the original builder. Oh, and the entire bathroom was still in its original pink tile...yuck! Limitless first crew (Ukraine) ripped out the tub and shower, removed all the flooring and towel racks and light fixtures. The second crew (Hispanic)came and removed the old wallpaper, repaired any holes,then painted the walls and borders. The third crew (American) installed the actual glass shower portion. I mention the different backgrounds of the crew only because I want it to be known that every one of these crew members spoke English, and were very personable and respectful. Sometimes wed have to remind ourselves to stop talking with them and let them get back to work. The only con I have has nothing to do with Limitless or the crews; but the dust was over whelming at times. But it was worth it. Our bathroom is so open and roomy, and we really cant say enough about it. Thanks to all the Limitless folks, including Kiki who was our go-between at the office. Every one of them earned an triple A rating.

My wife and I decided to remodel out master bath and do a partial remodel of our guest bath. We contacted some companies to get bids. Limitless was not the low bidder but we felt they were right for our job. First, Aimee came out and consulted with us on the scope of our job and provided guidance on what/how to do the remodel. She provided estimates on the job and also was a major help in selected tile, flooring, lighting, etc. She also explained the Limitless process, so we knew what to expect. Jeremiah, the EVP, did a walkthrough with us to verify the plan and prices and there were zero surprises. Kiki became our project consultant for the entire process, and she was excellent, adjusting to the changes that came up, keeping us informed on material deliveries, who would be at our house and when. She also handled day to day adjustments when they occurred. Schiller was our main installer and his work is absolutely outstanding. He did the plumbing, woodwork, rebuilding shower and tub areas, etc. Painting was done by Ramone and Miquel and the Glass work was done by Steven.As others have said I would give them more then 5 stars, if possible. Highly recommended.

We are so pleased with the results, this company fully remodeled both of our bathrooms. I cannot say enough great things about our contractor Peter he was amazing. He did all the work himself and did a stellar job. The only missteps we had were hammering out the details of materials used before the actual construction started and the owner worked with me to make sure I was satisfied and happy. They quoted us six weeks to complete the work and they completed it in less than three weeks. That includes them waiting several days between finishing one job and starting the other so we would not be inconvenienced of not having a working bathroom, most companies would rush you through it. The price is worth the result. Again, we are very pleased and highly recommend Limitless!

The team of people I dealt with were highly professional. They make the process pretty easy and efficient. The cost of the work was slightly on the higher end. I did like that you are involved in a lot of the decisions. However I am not an interior designer, so it would have been nice to have some better visuals for a remodel (graphics, etc). Communication was good all the way up until after the installation . In my opinion the details in the work were lacking, specifically for the cost. I would have expected a follow up call specifically on the quality of the work or a visit to see the completion (you typically receive that from most companies - painters, etc)

The second time I hired Limitless Renovations to renovate my bathroom was much more complex than my first experience, though it required many of the same elements as the first reno: Attention to design within my budget, their work ethic and, perhaps most important, attention to detail. They were in steady communication with me through my assigned Project Manager.Not only was the renovated bathroom to be redesigned, it required such major changes as moving the toilet, building a new shower, and replacing the floor tiles; the project also included enlarging the door, replacing the vanity and various other design aspects.To me, ‘Limitless’ in their name refers, not only to the scope of bathroom and kitchen projects they can carry out, not only in helping me to choose the best materials and colors, but also in ensuring that I would experience the least possible discomfort and inconvenience as they carried out the project. Most important, though, was their meticulous attention to detail; I am still amazed as I notice in the tile, for example, the tiniest areas where they have cut it to fit precisely. They completed the project on time and slightly under budget.Generally, I would have discovered a few items that needed adjustment, as I did with this project. The one item was that the bathroom door did not quite engage when closed. A message to my Project Coordinator late one afternoon resulted in a quick correction the next morning before 8:30.Ten months after completion, my ‘new’ bathroom is as delightfully beautiful and efficient as the first day I experienced it. I could not be more satisfied and, when I have another renovation project, I will gladly contact them alone.

Limitless Renovations redid a bathroom in my 99-year-old house in Atlanta and I would use them again in a heartbeat. The initial visit was very thorough, and by the time we were done, I had picked out marble, light fixtures, plumbing, and glass. From there, I got an estimate and got into the schedule for work to begin. Soon I got a call to finalize the estimate, and after making a couple of changes, I got a start date. Then I got a call asking if they could start even earlier! Hooray! Ryan was my installer and he and his assistant Bobby were as thorough, meticulous, and professional as I could have hoped. Limitless Renovations recently completed a remodeling of the kitchen in our 13-year old home. The work included new counter tops, a new sink and faucet and replacing pendant lights over the island. The work was completed on time, on budget and in a high quality fashion. At the end of the project, we had zero punch list items that had to be addressed. Limitless Renovations removed our old fiberglass shower stall and replaced it with a tile shower with a semi-frameless door. They also removed our old powder room sink and replaced it with a granite countertop with an underhung sink. We are very pleased with the results. The workers and project manager were all very helpful and attentive and very concerned about our satisfaction. They also did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. We would definitely use Limitless again.

Im sure they are fine at what they do. However, after receiving a quote for over $400 a square foot for a basic kitchen and bathroom remodel. I will never know. Now I see where they get their name. Limitless budget. Not impressed at all.

Limitless Renovations gets my 5 star review and then some. From the start to the finish and beyond they’ve been great. The quoting process was great, the design process with Lisa was amazing, and the construction with John was incredible. We were having a baby right around when they were supposed to finish and they worked so hard to make sure it was done before baby came. They unbelievably finished almost 2 weeks sooner than quoted. During the construction they did everything they could to make it more convenient for us by leaving the old fridge plugged in until the new one was installed. Every day they cleaned up after themselves very well. The quality of the work they did is really great and our kitchen looks and functions great. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our new kitchen is amazing and 6 months later it’s still perfect.

Limitless renovated two full bathrooms, main level and Jack and Jill upstairs. Our house is 20+ years old and required demo down to the studs around the tubs and down to sub floor. Reggie, our renovator did a skillful job and brought the floors back to level, eliminated unsightly thresholds that transition hardwood to tile. Tile work was carefully executed and looks beautiful. Our bathrooms turned out amazing, my wife is thrilled. [most important part] :)

Interesting company. You have a specialist at each point of the project. I was impressed with the professionalism, product quality, workmanship. I had one glitch due to an incorrect order (minor ). We contacted Limitless Renovations for a kitchen island installation. A renovation specialist visited our home, walked us through the process, took measurements of the space, and compiled a quote immediately. We compared with a few other vendors but ultimately felt Limitless Renovations provided the best customer service and value for what we sought.The founder of the company came out for a follow-up visit to reconfirm the measurements once we confirmed we wanted to go ahead with the project. They answered any questions we had throughout the process and were willing to accommodate a sudden change for our countertop selection towards the end of the process. The installation was seamless and completed professionally.We would certainly recommend Limitless Renovations for a professional and timely job well done.

I only had an initial meeting to discuss the remodel.Tell them your budget before you give them your time. Im still surprised the employee, who was only here for about 15 minutes, walked out of the house because we didnt want to spend the suggested amount (which was near double what we received from two other companies) nor did we want to finance through them.Three stars because I believe if I chose to finance through them, all would have been well. The employees were friendly, but......apparently Limitless Renovations is, in fact, limited.Edited to add: The employee who came to our house who suggested we finance the kitchen actually meant to finance with an outside party. I advised we werent interested in financing a kitchen, and the meeting abruptly ended.I called twice. No return call.

The contractors that did the work were great and very understanding. However, the core of the organization, such as the office personnel were slow to respond to questions and provided poor communication throughout the renovation.

I found an issue with the drain in my guest bathroom and needed helpwith fixing it so I called Limitless and they arranged for Eddie and Tonyto come and check it out. It ended up being a drain replacementand they had it done in 2 to 3 hours. They know what they are doingand do not waste time getting it done. The guys are professionaland give value for the service. Eddie and Tony were the originalspecialists who did the bathroom renovations 3 years ago.Theyare like family after that! The drain issue call back had nothing to dowith the original install. Kiki in the office was very responsive to lettingus know a timeline.

I was very impressed with the whole process from initial consultation to entire completion of my kitchen project. I enjoyed meeting with Renovation Specialist Jim who took measurements, made helpful suggestions and provided product options within my budget. The kitchen designer Lisa was nice and extremely flexible in accommodating the scheduled appointment time that worked best for me. She finalized measurements in addition to explaining the ongoing renovation phase.Kiki, the Senior Production Manager, was very attentive and quick in responding to all of my questions or concerns. She has a pleasant personality and was great to work with. Joseph, the installer, was a hard worker and always arrived promptly. He made sure to cover my furniture and cleaned up every day at the end of each task. I enjoyed conversations with him as he was knowledgeable and friendly.I would highly recommend them because they not only met my expectations but exceeded them.

I was really tickled when the Limitless team took extra time and trouble to implement some special touches I requested during our tub-to-shower reno. Specifically, Ryan and Dawson salvaged and chipped away at a few tiles from the demod 1955 tub wall. They used these inside the shampoo niche to tie the new shower in with the rest of the retro-cool seafoam green tile that we love and chose to keep in place. Ryan also used his skills and tools to replace my ceramic TP holder with one I had bought overseas.And when I realized I didnt love the trendy rainfall shower head, they swapped it out. There were a few minor mix-ups/mistakes along the way. But most were fixed with no problem. And I was very pleased with the finished work!Everyone I worked with (Christina, Lance, Jeremiah, Ryan & crew) was very professional, and accessible....great communication! The total cost still seemed expensive to me. But I dont have much experience with home renovation to compare.

Finally I have found a renovation company that I trust!!! I have had bad experiences with contractors in the past, but finally Limitless has provided a process that I can trust. They were extremely thorough from the first meeting where every detail was chosen and a multi-page proposal was created. From there, another person comes to verify measurements and identify any amendments that may need to be made in the proposal - another set of eyes. Finally, there was one person that executed the plan and brought it to fruition. Our project manager/bathroom renovation artist Bernard had great attention to detail and executed the plan. It looks great and am very happy! I would absolutely recommend Limitless to others with their projects and will be using again for my master bathroom renovation.

After much searching, we found Limitless Renovations to do a complete kitchen renovation in our home. From the start to finish, we were amazed at the talent, professionalism, integrity and quality of their work. Our salesperson, Trevor, was the one and only person from the 10+ vendors that had come out who was able to identify some challenges to what we had in mind. He walked around and inspected various areas, and proposed some solutions that no other vendor had even thought about. He was very creative and was able to help us design the kitchen of our dreams. From the start of demo & construction, the team was very detail oriented and cleaned up so well. The project managers (Jeremiah & Kiki) were always in communication and provided me updates and was so responsive to my needs. I loved that our construction crew was consistent from beginning to the end of the project. We go to know Jonathan over the course of the project and truly appreciated his talent and conversations.As with any remodel, we had some challenges come up but Limitless made it a priority to make me happy. Even though these challenges weren’t their fault, they went above and beyond to work with vendors to make my dream kitchen perfect. I would highly recommend Limitless Renovations for any renovation needs. I have already planned to have them come back to remodel our bathrooms in the near future.

Very professional team from initial sales (Trevor), project review/contract signing (Lance) and installation (Doug,Kiki). All work was done on time and within agreed costs. All questions an/or changes handled promptly. Care taken to protect carpeting/flooring during the project. Debris removed in a timely fashion.They did a great job, we are very pleased. My experience from the beginning of the project - getting quotes, scheduling the remodel, the project team were great. They were patient, they listened, made suggestions - which were things I hadnt thought of - and were so professional. They did a terrific job. You cant go wrong with choosing them.

We used Limitless Renovations to redo our kitchen. We had a nice size, white kitchen, but the white was made up of a lot of laminate and an old hood, old sink and old faucet. When LR came in from day one, Cristina, was very helpful and patient with the things we wanted and gave us some good ideas as well. She explained we would also be hearing from Jeremiah, who heads up the installers. He came by, went over everything again, measured and let us know what the next step was. Kiki then emailed me to be our contact on setting up the start date and letting us know where we were with all our materials. We were set up to get the kitchen done while we were on vacation. We were concerned but we received pictures from Joseph who made our kitchen dreams come true. The whole experience was a good one. Everyone was easy to work with and our next project will be done by Limitless Renovations. Thanks guys!!

The Young Family would like to thank Google for simplifying our search in choosing high quality contractors for our master bath renovation. We were able to quickly select three different contractors from the reviews on their sight. After selecting the three, it was no contest as to which we would choose after talking with Tonya, our representative from Limitless Renovations. She provided us with many options and suggestions which helped in our decision making process. Eddie and Tony were assigned to our project. From demolition through renovation, they paid close attention to detail and were diligent with daily clean up. Kiki was our point of contact in the office to answer our questions or concerns and notify us of scheduling. It was a pleasure working with such a skilled and professional staff. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations.

The whole process from start to finish was very simple and easy. The project manager spent quite a few hours going over different ideas with us before we decided on a final plan. The owner of the business came by to make sure we were happy with the plan we we had chosen. And we were, so the supplies were ordered. Limitless Renovations hit it out the park with our renovation. This company was easy to deal with from start to finish. Our initial few meetings with Christina were excellent, her suggestions, input and expertise were exemplary. Next, we met with Lisa, her design ideas made it possible for us to get the island in the kitchen, that initially we did not think was possible. Her designs were spot on from the beginning. John, our installer, ran into a few issues with the design as we pulled things off the walls, due to the age of our home and few things hidden in the walls. He was quick to come up with solutions that worked and look beautiful. David and his crew did an amazing job refinishing the floors and matching new floors to old. Tony and Johnathan worked on fireplace, back splash, new window and inclosing the door. Both gentlemen were timely, worked tirelessly, and came up with suggestions to make our home look even more beautiful. Kiki was so easy to work with, answering all our questions, keeping us updated on the progress and mostly keeping me calm! We had a few hiccups along the way, but limitless was very quick to fix them and was extremely good at keeping us informed and completing the job in a timely manner. Joseph came to finish us out and complete the job, he was also professional, personable and darn good at what he does. Limitless Renovations worked with us on installing a new shower, repairing water damage, and installing a new vanity in our half bath. They helped us in layout design and in selecting hardware and tile. They were always professional and open to making adjustments to the work agreed on. They warranty their work for three years, which was a big selling point for us. We found their quotes to be competitive and reasonable. All work done was of high quality and everything was cleaned up after work was complete. Would work with Limitless Renovations again, and will recommend to others.

I had two small bathrooms remodeled with new sinks, tubs, light fixtures, mirrors. etc. Tile was installed around tub/shower walls of both baths and tile floor was installed in the master bath.The tile that was installed in the bathrooms is absolutely gorgeous! The Installation Specialist did a wonderful job installing everything and was patient, answered all my questions and was respectful and courteous throughout the entire remodel. Painters did extra prep work to make the walls in both bathrooms look beautiful.

From start to finish Limitless Renovations exceeded my expectations. You hear horror stories about working with contractors but Lance Smith was always available and met all promises. Given that I was out of state during construction was not an issue. Love my new kitchen and bathroom! I feel fortunate to have found Limitless Renovations.

It was a wonderful experience. Having never “renovated” anything in the house before, I didn’t have an “actual” experience to compare but now that I do I can tell you that the bar is now set pretty high for any other company I might use, other than Limitless Renovations, to do the job.The entire process was seamless from beginning to end starting with:Chuck, the Senior Renovation Specialist, who came to talk to my wife and I about the company, the process, did the initial measuring, and helped my wife and I see the image of our new bathroom, and helped to pick out all of the materials. He was truly a master at his craft. Chuck gave us invaluable information and suggestions (really educated us about the products) as we made material selections for our new bathroom.Eddie and Tony, builders extraordinaire. Wow!!! Awesome craftsmen. Looked like they could build anything!!! So knowledgeable and personable. They were in and out of the house everyday but were so professional and about their business that you hardly even noticed them. Service personnel listened to all the ideas that my wife and I had, about the renovation, and didn’t try to automatically dissuade us from anything but encouraged sharing and suggested additional ideas that improved upon what we were initially thinking. Ideas that we had that just didn’t make sense, well they didn’t just dismiss them - they applied sound industry-based practices as a way of educating us of what would work or wouldn’t work and the why behind it. Few companies these days really take the time to educate customers like that.Another aspect, under customer service, where my wife and I thought that Limitless Renovations really “knocked it out of the park” was in their willingness to be open and transparent about the complete renovation process from the beginning, all the stuff that can come up “in-between”, and the end. My wife and I were actually out of town during the first week of the renovation (travel that we could not postpone). Kiki, one of the senior production managers at the company, was just flat out amazing. With my wife and I being out of town she always had time to talk to us about how the project was going whenever we texted, called, or emailed (and we were in California with a 3-hour time difference from Atlanta). Kiki sent pictures of the builder’s progress every day so that we would still be able to be involved in the process although we weren’t actually there. It was just incredible and we appreciated her efforts.Don’t know what else I can say about this company (I know I don’t have one bad thing to say about them). They are reliable, knowledgeable, and transparent. They listen to the customer, have the best employees, are responsive and professional and their end product is exceptional. This was my first home renovation project. I watch a lot of HGTV and was pretty scared to take on a project. But, it was a great experience and the outcome was awesome! I interviewed multiple companies, and Limited Renovations was a clear winner from those meetings. Aimée Berry was my sales specialist. She came very prepared, and even had tile samples. She spent several hours with me making my selections. She proposed great ideas I hadnt even thought of, like a recessed medicine cabinet for extra storage.My project manager was Kiki and my installer was Toney Willis. Kiki was very nice to work with and very responsive. She always kept me in the loop on schedule. Toney was fabulous! He would tell me every morning what work was planned to be completed that day. At the end of the day, he would tell me the plan for the next day. He walked me through the entire construction process. I felt very at ease and confident in the project after meeting with him. He always cleaned up at the end of the day. He was extremely nice to work with. He encouraged me to ask any question I had and he always had the answer. He does extremely good work! For any future renovation, I will definitely want him to be my installer again!Jose was my painter. My job wasnt an easy one, the old owners had painted tissue paper on the wall. Other companies told me it wouldnt be possible to remove without new dry wall. But he was able to scrap it, and sand and paint it. It looks great!

We had a downstairs room renovation along with a complete Master Bathroom renovation which involved teardown, plumbing, walls, both drywall and tile installations. Eddie and Tony did the majority of the work outside of the painting and glass installation. They were both (Eddie and Tony) skilled, professional, easy to work with and adapted to our needs. I would recommend them to anyone. The office staff were additionally very helpful with the design and scheduling.

Put in an inquiry and they called back within a day. Although the house I was planning on getting was too far from where they service from, they answered all my questions and was super helpful.

Jeff was the salesman who got things going. His positive attitude and taking responsibility was an omen of good things to come. He responded quickly to any questions which enabled us to quickly sign and get the project going. Jeremiah was the project manager. Fortunately, we rarely had to communicate with him. But we knew that he was, in fact, in control of everything. He always quickly responded to text messages which to me is critical. He kept his thumb on the entire process and I truly believe that the timely completion of the overall job was due to his efforts. We are most impressed with Joseph, the onsite installer. His attitude is always positive. His concern for the client is very evident. His eye for detail is way above mine. Whenever we asked a question or needed clarification, he was always available and concise with the answer. His suggestions on details indicate that he knows and understands the specifics of the job. He knows how to prep a house for a project and his requirement for cleanliness was most apparent throughout the process. Three words to describe Joseph: professional, dependable, respectful. Couldn’t ask for more.

I was extremely happy with the work done by Limitless Renovations for my kitchen renovation! The main crew I had (Eddie and Tony) were great for a number of reasons. Theyre very skilled and experienced and anticipated my needs, asked a lot of questions to make sure things were done right the first time, and willingly cleaned up, helped me move things, whatever was needed to keep things running smoothly. They communicated with me all along the way to let me know what they were doing, where they were if they had to be on another job for a brief time, just a lot of little things that made the job stress free. Franki and his drywall crew were also wonderful. They made sure the space was a dust free as possible which is a huge benefit. They worked quickly and everything looks great! I look forward to working with them again and highly recommend them to others.

Limitless walked us through the entire process of remodeling our kitchen-from initial design through materials selection and installation. Jonathan, Doug and Joseph made additional recommendations and during the process when they saw opportunities for improvements. While 95% of the job was completed in the projected time frame, they never questioned any issues that required correction and returned several times to ensure the job was completed to our total satisfaction. All of their installers were top notch--our back-splash gets instant compliments from everyone who sees it. The only complaint I have would be about the flooring installers who did not do a good job cleaning up after themselves. All of the other installers were extremely thorough about cleaning up at the end of every day. They really did their best to minimize the the inconvenience of what could have been a very disruptive process.

Limitless did a wonderful job renovating our small, master bath. Our home was built in 1986, so the original build reflected that -- with a stall shower and large, low to the ground tub that took up the majority of the space in the bathroom. The renovation included a demo of the wall separating the tub from the stall shower and removing the tub/rerouting the plumbing to the opposite wall. The space looks completely modernized now and we are thrilled with our choices in both Cararra Marble and wood grain tile. The design specialist/sales associate, Jeff, was knowledgeable of the products that were offered. Joe was the installation specialist, and he was both very professional and personable. I felt 100% comfortable with he and his team at our home as I worked from another location most days. The end product is beautiful and we are so grateful for the work and attention to detail by the team at Limitless Renovations!

I had a small bathroom completely gutted and redone. Lance and team did a very good job. I had spent the winter looking at fixtures and tile and toilets and sinks so I had a very good idea what I wanted. Lance sent someone to my house to walk me through the process and to discuss my choices and to show me alternate tile samples that I hadnt seen. The estimation process is very detailed, covering all areas and some things I didnt think of. There are 2 primary reasons why Im so happy with the job: 1) I was walked through the selection of all of the fixtures, sink and toilet and tile in person; the efficiency of the day to day work was phenomenal. they showed up on time, worked fast, cleaned up every day (ok - there was a LOT of dust but I expected that with the plaster and concrete in my ~60s house). All of the workers were extremely happy and personal which shows that they are happy with their jobs and are well treated. Was it more than I thought I would spend - yes. I attribute that to the a couple of high end fixtures I chose and the up market we are in here in Atlanta this year. But I get a very high quality job for the price and am very happy with the result.

Jeff took his time in helping with the tile selection and finalizing the contract. After tile selection, I worked closely with Kiki, their Production Manager. Kiki was always great with advising of schedule, answering any questions or making any requested changes. Finally, I have to rave about the installers, Eugene and Stephan. Eugene and Stephan did a wonderful job installing the tile. In addition, they were always very nice and eager to please. I love our new bathroom!

I used Limitless Renovations to update my kitchen and two bathrooms. They did excellent work, and I am very pleased with the results. Their workers are polite and professional and are responsive to any concerns. The design and supervising staff are also very professional and extremely helpful. While I think I know what I want, they offer valuable advice and assistance. As with any project, there were some glitches here and there, but they always addressed any issues and took care of any problems. I was so pleased with my updated kitchen (granite counters, glass backsplash, new island with matching granite) that I asked them to come back to update two bathrooms. Just finished my first ever renovation—it went pretty smoothly with the exception of a few things, which were fixed very quickly. The kitchen looks great and opens up the space to look more modern!

I recently renovated my master bathroom to rip out the garden tub and to replace with a walk-in shower. I met with Jim Stockstill and he was a great advisor to setting up the design of the bathroom. I had an idea of what I wanted and I confirmed with him. The demolition and tile installation with grout took only 8 days! The reason it even took 8 days was because the night prior to install, I realized the floor tiles had streaks of brown that I did not see in the sample.This was a Friday at 615 that I realized this prior to a Saturday 8am start install time. Needless to say, I was panicked. Well, this is where Limitless EARNED their 5 star and my literal 7 referrals to them of my friends and co-workers.I texted Jim my concerns and he texted me back immediately. He said hed look into the options, but to absolutely not be worried. Within 30 minutes, I had a call from Jim and my project manager, Kiki, on my renovation with a full plan on what to do. I went to Floor and Decor and picked out a new tile. Sent pictures of the name and tiles to Kiki and she took care of the rest. By Sunday, the project resumed and they were installing my tiles.Now, my project has been completed for about 3 weeks at this point. One of my tiles developed a crack on the shower floor. I texted Kiki and she said no problem - well take care of it. They sent out my phenomenal tiler (Reggie) and he, with a very genuine and happy smile, had no problems fixing the one tile.I cannot STRESS how great their customer service is. They are, without fail, Limitless in their service. Ill probably do every project I have with them from now until the end of my life.

Our experience with Limitless Renovations could be summed up with the word, Detailed. Tonya did our initial project evaluation and she was excellent at listening to our thoughts and making suggestions, along with letting us know what ideas werent practical for us. She assisted with picking out fixtures such as lights, faucets, handles etc. She explained what the entire process would be from start to finish. Lance came out and reviewed the project after we elected to go with Limitless. He pointed out some other details regarding what would look best. Bernard did all of the demolition and renovation and he was also extremely detailed and never hesitated to ask us our thoughts when there was any question. He was very detailed about getting the right slope of the shower floor, bench and soap and shampoo insets so that water would not be able to set without moving to the drain. The only problem we had was one towel rack that was required was the wrong one three times. That is the only reason this review isnt five stars. I would not hesitate to recommend Limitless Renovations. After our project they got another larger project based on our recommendation.Update to the review. A few weeks after the project was completed, I noticed a small leak in the room under the bathroom. Although, my first suspicion was from the toilet based on location, I could not see any indication of a leak in the bathroom (the leak had stopped). After trying to eliminate any other possibility of where the water may have come from including somehow from a hard driving rain a few days before I emailed Lance at Limitless Renovations. Someone was sent out immediately to check it out. I explained to Bernard everything that I had done to determine where it may have come from. With no hesitation they agreed to paint the ceiling where the leak was indicated. I have raised my rating to 5 stars based on the response after the job was completed and the project has been paid in full. I believe that demonstrates the true integrity of this company and I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend them to someone else.

Beautiful update for my 1994 upstairs bathrooms! They were carpeted and had builder grade cabinets. They are beautiful now and I couldnt be happier with the entire process. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommeded!
