I know it does not look like it but they are open for business during their renovation. Call the number on the door and be patient. If you ask for Fred, he will come out, ask how he may address your needs and bring a few items to the entrance for your approval.Fred is a part of an exceptional sales team who offers high quality products to meet your needs. This store saved me tons of money by kindly explaining to me about my options that were affordable to fix my shower head issue. Fred (I think that was the representatives name) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Without them, I would have spent a lot more time and money looking fora solution. The price range is also reasonable -- I would check this store out before going to home depot. Thanks again!

I was extremely impressed with European Sink. They really stick to high end merchandise and they know all there is to know about it.I spoke to a man named Chris who had just gotten back from an expedition in Europe, it was obvious to me that this wasnt just a day job for these employees, they really took the industry seriously. They helped me with everything I needed to know, I would totally recommend everyone go tho European Sink Atlanta because they made me feel like they cared.

Ive been working with Dianna for over a year with several projects. She is fantastic about follow up and patient with our many changes. She is over the top in customer service. The showroom is well stocked and beautiful.

After shopping at Pirch and a few other places around town I ended up buying my fixtures from these guys. It was a very personable experience. I was more than just another customer, it felt like they really cared, which was a very refreshing change.

The staff was not good about confirming details and several items had to be swapped out resulting in delays to my project. One issue was the color of the shower drain did not match the color of the faucets. They reordered and got the right one. Not much is in stock, so each reorder adds time. The other issue was the vanity sink valve body was for a sink with an overflow and we did not have an overflow. On the valve bodies, the staffs attitude was that because I did not buy the sinks from them, it was not their fault. However, we discussed that the sink was not going to have an overflow. If you work with them, you need to know all these details and ask for the right things. The staff is not going to help you ensure that things are correct.

The people here are great and very helpful. Its nice to have access to higher quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures.

Great place for Kitchen and bath selections

Ive been here 40 minutes without a single person acknowledging Im here. Pretty sure I havent become invisible, because in Pirch I was approached immediately. In fact, Im writting this review while in their show room. Not a glance. If you need to do a bathroom or kitchen, I suggest Pirch. Apparently European Kitchen and Bathworks doesnt need the business.
