Very pleased with my experience thus far. Darvin was VERY helpful and easy to work with. The facility is in great order, clean, secure, well maintained and affordable. The customer service is what pushed this from 4 to 5 stars for me. I highly recommend.

This by far as been one of the best moves for me ever. The staff was so helpful and nice. Made it so convenient and easy for me. Moving is always stressful but with her having great customer service and being very helpful, it took away a lot of stress that she probably didn’t even know. They had the perfect special going on, save me a lot of money. Then when it came to me moving my belongings, there was even a dolly inside my storage unit, saved me so much time. I recommend this storage unit place to anyone in the area looking for a storage. You will be completely satisfied.

Ooo my GOD they really need an Emergency code n phone number for Manger of this property we were locked inside the Gate for 1hr before they could locate someone with a code to let me n my family out . Over all very clean and the staff was very friendly when I first got my unit. just dont get caught inside after 10pm Exit quickly 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️😎🙏

I just rented my storage a couple of days ago. Andy was great! The unit was nice and clean the access into the storage was really easy. So far Im very pleased. Very secure area. I would definitely recommend pleasantdale storage to anyone, and it is very affordable!

Good morning,The young lady that was working there on July 9th at 9:00 am was beyond helpful! I am disappointed I forgot her name, but I think her name was Catherine. She took her time to assist me in a timely matter. I was able to get a truck and storage in one day with no major problems. My storage was clean and ready for me when I arrived. The area was super clean and cool. I was very comfortable during our tour. Catherine really made my day!! YOU ROCK GIRL :)

Super friendly and helpful front desk staff. I had a unit there for a year. I was downsizing so, I had less and less inside as time went by. I think Pleasantdale Self Storage is a good, clean facility and I think prices are reasonable. I really appreciated having a climate controlled 5x10 unit. The only reason I rate it 4 stars (really 4.5) is due to the fact that for the first 4-5 months I rented there, the keypad to enter the building was broken.so there was a layer of security missing and I felt let down by that. I understood that they had to depend on an outside company to fix it. But, unfortunately, almost every time I was there, people tailgated and passed through the security gate as if they couldnt take the time to put in their code, so, if they didnt belong there, once theyve tailgated, there was nothing stopping them entering my building.Pleasantdale Self Storage is vigilant. At one point they offered all of us really good locks, in response to some minor incident. So , really Id say 4.5 stars One more thing; you cant beat the location. Just off I 85 N at Spaghetti Junction. Everything was cool. I will definitely use them again, and I recommend them without reservation.

I had a great working relationship with Annie at the office even though we could not meet face-to-face we talk over the phone she guided me through the online application and even though I had issues she stuck with me and we got it all done very happy I’ve made the switch from public storage

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO PUBLIC STORAGE!!!!!!Do not get locked in a contract. They do not have any grace period between the time your bill is due to allow you to move out before being billed again. Public Storage has a 10 day grace period where you can pay a prorate amount if you do not use a storage the entire month. This facility auctioned my personal belongings for $18.00 I owe them $869.00. I even tried moving to a smaller unit & was advised that I would have to pay a Full Month for both units. They will not work with you at all. I should have known to be careful storing here the day I came to get a unit they almost had to call the police on a customer for trying to grab her personal items off of a mans truck that bought her stuff. I have been asking to speak to the person that is over the entire management staff in an attempt to settle my account & move out with being billed I was declined every time. There is also an All or nothing policy on account that become past due. If you become behind they will not take part of the payment they want the entire payment. If you are renting a larger unit you will notice how fast your balance with spiral out of control at this rate. They were closed for inclement weather & still have the audacity to auction my belongings without any notice on the auction date . You cannot pay with a credit card either. FYI on past due accounts.

I have been storing my belongings with them for over a year now since moving from the Atlanta area to Florida. Their prices are great and I have not had any issues or been concerned about the safety of my stuff. The staff is wonderful, always polite and helpful, especially Greg. I would recommend them to anyone without a doubt.

I wish this particular location was on the website. And I had to learn the exact address to find it. But, the storage unit is cool 😉

I have never had a problem here- I saw the other poster talking about Public Storage- they dont work with you if you get behind. Pleasantdale Storage is clean and well lit and there are cameras everywhere- Id rather store here and be safe than go anywhere else!

The worst experience we have ever had renting a truck. We had a truck reserved to to be picked up at this location and dropped off in Tucker Georgia. The woman Inside cancel our reservation just because she did not want us to rent the truck as a one way because she said she does not like her trucks going out and not coming back to her. No Uhaul worker its supposed to cancel a customers reservation without their permission. How we found out is that we call Uhaul to have a reservation moved since she wouldnt let us rent the truck. The U-Haul representative said that our reservation has been cancelled then we had to make a new reservation at a new location go pick up the truck there, and we were our late for our move
