Completely terrible. Unorganized. They NEVER answer the phones or return calls. Rent somewhere else

For the amount I pay to live here the property at Platform Apts is poorly serviced. The unsecured, security gate rarely works and if it does, it doesn’t close all the way, giving any passerby access. I have written to the management team at Perennial AND at Platform Apts. about my concerns and I’ve only been contacted twice, but none from Perennial from the 6 or 7 times voicing my concerns. The residents continue to leave their dog waste on public walk ways, and I’ve had to assist strange non-residents, once they have gained entrance through the unlocked open gate, with access into the building. Since no one on the team cares to address my concerns, I’ll continue to voice them here on THIS platform.

Myrtle St. Apartments is a nice place to live at a good price.
