We love staying here for an easy, convenient and CLEAN option for extended stays while visiting friends and family in Atlanta. Location is great, internet is good for some WFH hours, and the studio apartment is well-appointed. It has everything we need - small, but gives us much better space than just a typical hotel room. The management is also very nice and responsive.

I arrived under unfortunate circumstances but I am glad it was here! I enjoyed my spacious and clean unit. I arrived to the unit and everything was set up perfectly. I was able to easily understand how to work devices, where to throw out trash, where to enter, how to check-out, etc. I had no issues with my stay. Michael was amazing! He checked in periodically and we stayed in touch via text. Inquiries were answered within 20 minutes every time. You will be comfortably accommodated here.

A great place for extended stays. Easy place to set up and make yourself at home. Very short walk to Peachtree and restaurants nearby. And some great walks in the area tooOnly concern. Air conditioners are effective but a bit noisy (I got used to it).

My wife and I stayed in the BCA studio apartments for 8 weeks. The location is fantastic. It is walking distance to the hospital where she worked along with many restaurants and shops. The studio was fully equipped with everything down to salon shampoo and conditioner. The team here is top notch and has an obvious love for hospitality.

Great location close to all the entertainment and food the city have to offer. Clean rooms and quiet neighborhood. Will definitely recommend to friends and family wanting to stay in Atlanta.

I always stay with BCA when I come to Atlanta. Every apartment I have stayed in is clean and comfortable. The apartments are walking distance to a bunch of really great restaurants. Others are a couple blocks from Whole Foods – very convenient. The staff is always welcoming and helpful when needed. They make everything so easy.

Ive been in the process of moving to Atlanta for over a few months now, and through that process, Ive had to stay in temporary housing during my trips. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at BCA. Each time Ive stayed at one of their locations, its been impeccably clean and cozy. Each apartment has everything you could need for your stay and I have always felt immediately at home every time. The beds are a dream to sleep on, bathroom amenities are high quality, kitchen was ready to cook in with all utensils, pots, pans, etc. well stocked. The sofa and chairs are soft and comfortable, and there is even a small dining space with four chairs. Once I permanently moved to Atlanta, I was so comfortable at BCA that I extended my stay for the first few weeks of my move-in process as furniture was being delivered to my new apartment. I will never stay in a hotel in Atlanta again, as BCA is my go-to spot for short or long term furnished stays.

Easily one of the best examples of corporate housing in Atlanta, blending the best of home-like accommodations and work-friendly spaces, but with a level of professionalism and attention to guest needs that I usually only find in high end marquee brand hotels.

Very disappointed with the management team of BCA after checking out. The house keeping team claimed that items were missing when the items were bought by my roommate and I. They claimed that items were missing when they overlooked them. The management team wanted to add all of these fees so count everything and take pictures. Also, they are unorganized with their “automatic payment” plan. They somehow forgot to pull two payments that were due a month before checkout. While trying to resolve all of these issues their team has been unorganized with sub par communication. Would not recommend staying with them.

My home away from Home!Just back from my spring trip to Atlanta. I have stayed during my spring and fall trips at BCA Studios on 25th. Street for 7+ years now :-) Always very clean, responsive and convenient. I can walk to grocery, CVS, restaurants, a beautiful park nearby, Atlantic Station shopping center and more! Its the BEST!!!

Since were still in Pandemic Times, my husband and I appreciated the no-contact check in and check out process, and that the complex is small and in a residential area. The unit was very clean, but we did find it on the small side for 2 people. For single occupancy, it would be perfect.

My partner and I were between homes due to toxic mold in our rental. The guys at BCA were so kind and responsive. Also a great place to stay if you want to cook! We pretty much had everything that we needed be it pots, pans, cutting board, knives, etc. They really thought of everything!! Ive also never stayed in a suite with so much storage. The setup was fantastic. The kitties loved their great big window. Location was perfect, right on the edge of a lovely neighborhood. My partner and I went for several walks! Thanks for everything, I would recommend you guys to anyone.

The team at BCA has been nothing less than stellar in everything they do, there professionalism, and there top of the line apartment selections. They are there for you whenever you need them for anything big or little. They have truly treated us as family and I have not found that anywhere else with other landlords or companies. I would highly recommend BCA bc it is a 10/10 experience for us!!

Great location, very clean, nicely appointed with great furniture, very quiet, safe area within walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, etc. We really liked the place and will rent it again.

This was my second stay at this property and it was just as great as the first time. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet without a lot of disturbances. The staff is quick to respond to emails and very accommodating. I was able to easily extend my reservation and keep my same unit.

There were remnants of the previous guest(s); a microwaveable frozen item was left in the refrigerator. The amount of cloths/towels should be based on the length of the stay; I had to make it work. Aside from that, just about everything was smooth. The check-in/out process was a breeze.

Great place to stay while in Atlanta. Area is super nice, close to the interstate, and some really great restaurants. Rooms are small, but cozy! The hosts are great and respond very fast! All in all, I highly recommend this place :)

I will always use Team BCA for any future Atlanta visits!

Great accommodation for an unexpected short stay.

I’ve stayed here for six months while on a work detail in Atlanta. The people who run it are great, the property is well-maintained and clean, and the other people who stay here have all been friendly and courteous. For a studio, it’s well-furnished and spacious. I will also say every time I’ve had an issue (like when it snowed and Atlanta’s roads were closed and I was out of toilet paper) , they’ve been extremely gracious and quick to respond. They’ve also been very accommodating generally. For people in between homes, in Atlanta temporarily, or looking for a low key space that feels more like an apartment than a hotel room, I highly recommend it.

I stayed here for 3 nights. My experience was great. I liked the location. Atlantic station is only couple miles away and downtown is around 5 miles. I brought my bike with me and it was a good idea to explore downtown, since its always packed. My only complain is that my pillows had an old stain.

I just stayed at one of the properties. Where i booked the premium studio and it was great. As soon as i walked through the door it was neat and very clean. The appliances and different items we needed were already in there. It is also in a very good location. Close to the main city. It was very quiet which i loved. I was kind of nervous coming from Virginia to stay there not knowing what to expect. But the pictures on the website matches the apartment exact. My boyfriend and i really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very quiet and close to multiple restaurants. The channels on the TV were plentiful as was the WIFI speeds. The gas range was a bit small as it was a half-width. The bathroom did not have a ventilation fan so showers got steamy. The best thing I can say about my stay is I had no problems whatsoever and I was there for 6 days/5 nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Ive stayed with BCA a few times on work trips to Atlanta. Its a quiet area. They provide you with everything you need. Work travel is typically pretty stressful for me, so its great to have a chill place to go to without quite so many people around as you would have in a hotel. The staff is great as well. They are always super responsive for any questions and very kind/helpful. Ill definitely continue to book there as my work takes be back to Atlanta.

I resided in the studios on 25th this past weekend and I absolutely loved it! Everything looked like they did in the pictures, and the location was perfect! I would definitely stay there again when I visit the area. Everything was nice and clean, I just felt at home! Also, an easy check-in/check-out procedure, and management was very kind, making sure you have a comfortable stay.

Fantastic place! Contemporary design and functionality. The check-in process was a breeze. The 2 bedroom condo offered plenty of space and lots of amenities. The bonus was the location. Central to midtown and buckhead. Highly recommend this property.

We (my wife, I and our baby) had a reservation with them for 2 nights. It was the worst stay I have ever had! The apartment had a very strong chemical smell possibly from cleaning solutions. Bed was extremely old and uncomfortable. With the smallest move it was noisy. Sofa was uncomfortable, shallow. My baby felt uncomfortable amd started sneezing constantly as we entered the apartment probably because of the strong chemical smell. It was so bad that we just left after few hours the first night! She felt much better and recovered from sneezing right after we left! I reserved this place because its high review scores. I think many of these reveiws are fake.

Stayed there in august 2016, Man o man there studios are sweet. The location is nice and cozy, studio are real trendy and upbeat. IF YOU EVER GET A CHANCE STUDIO IN 25TH IS AWESOME!!!+

Always a great place to stay when Im in the city. Quiet area. Right off of Peachtree. You can walk in pretty much all directions. Its perfectly located. You are pretty close to two major highways. Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc have a plethora of options for you. I just love the place.

We had the BEST time staying at the studios last year. We stayed 3 nights and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us! Were planning another trip to Atlanta this time with my mum and are hoping to stay there again!

Corpate Apartment Company in ATLANTA GEORGIA ! what separates bca from other competitors is there isn’t any HASSLES NO HIDDEN FEES or CHARGES and EASY RESERVATIONS along with clean BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS ..BCA has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICES and they are CONSISTENT . I was looking for longer than a usual stay ,.like over 90 days for work ,.I called every corpate housing company listed on google and most of them wanted so much ! it was like I was looking to purchase a house I mean it was a lot of red tape or the apartment wasn’t clean enough or it was outdated it was very stressful ,.until I came across BCA ,.I spoke with DEE who booked my reservation and it was fast and easy simply a breeze .,Dee made me feel comfortable with making my decision to stay with them and I was so happy I did they exceeded my expectations the property grounds were clean and the location was midtown so my commute was very convenient and my apartment was Huge ! it was so clean you could smell the freshness when you walked in,.the furniture was UP TO DATE! modern style,. bright white comforter the kitchen was supplied with everything I needed ! the whole apartment felt like home ., the house keeping was included with my stay NO EXTRA FESS ! all included and They too were amazing ,. My husband and I stayed in a studio while in town for Georgia Tech Homecoming last weekend. Its a great alternative to a typical hotel room and the location was great - in Brookwood between Midtown and Buckhead, not far from Atlantic Station. You are right in the middle of everything but in a quiet neighborhood. We also liked that parking was convenient in front of the door, not in a big parking garage. The unit was clean and a trendy IKEA design from top to bottom, and the TV must have had 500 channels.The only negative is that the bathroom was a bit small. The shower didnt have a soap dish so you have to put your toiletries on the floor which is a pain.

Rooms are sufficient. Small and comfortable, but blinds didnt work well, so the room was always light. Water pressure was terrible, so took forever to wash my hair. Worst thing was the customer service. Rang them several times and not once did they respond. Useless, waste of time.

I stayed in a premium studio. It was a beautiful accommodation. I felt very at home. Very close to Midtown, West Midtown, Downtown and Buckhead.

Very nice, clean apartments. Full studio apartment in quiet, nice neighborhood for less then a hotel and close to midtown.

Customer Service is terrible. They talk horrible over the phone. Would never use this service or inquire again. Waste of energy and a call. And dont assume only Corporate clients can afford 1000 a week. Very poor professionalism.

I hate hotels. Im also not really easy to please when it comes to out-of-town lodging. So when I knew I needed to be in Atlanta for a few days, I began looking online for a non-hotel that could provide most of the comforts of home. Thats when I found Studios on 25th -- and boy am I glad I did!From the moment I pulled into the parking lot and realized the place looked exactly like the online photos, I was encouraged. However, when I pressed the entry code to my studio and opened the door, I was genuinely surprised.The studio was well appointed and felt immediately like home. Modern furnishings, huge flatscreen TV, speedy WiFi Internet, comfortable Queen-sized bed, renovated bathroom with glass enclosed walk-in shower -- these were just a few of the amenities I noticed right away. Also, the place was clean...and I mean CLEAN as in it looked AND smelled fresh. One of my gripes with hotels is that housekeepers have very little time to spend on each room. Hotels also use a cheap detergent which makes the linens and towels smell mediciny. That was not the case here.The location was quiet and central to everywhere I needed to be. Property manager “Dee” was extremely helpful and patient in attending to all of my questions and concerns. However, the best part was the rate. Hotels in Atlanta go for $200 - $300 per night, but this was under $100. Plus, no mandated valet parking fee of $35 or more per night... parking was free and right outside my door.If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the walls were somewhat thin. Although the property was completely sold out I didn’t hear any other guests, but I did briefly hear housekeeping next door one morning. Still, it didn’t bother me much and was rather small compared to the entire experience.So, goodbye Atlanta hotels. The next time Im in the area, I will definitely be back to Studios on 25th. It was everything I needed and more!

Although there is a restaurant around, it is a district that brings a sense of proximity to Japanese people sensibly.I do not recommend it for a woman traveling alone.If you are comfortable with one pass of English, you can recommend it because it is cheap.
