We had the best experience working with the leasing agent Leslie! She was extremely helpful and let us come back to tour a couple different times. She was very responsive and it was an all around pleasant experience. The apartments and amenities are beautiful and we have an amazing view - so excited to have moved in.

Where to start!!!ONE I LOVE LIVING AT OSPREY!!Secondly, I’ll start by saying Annamarie , Danielle & Donella are by far my absolute favorite! They are hard working, lovely genuine ladies that I’ve had the pleasure to have as my point of contacts if I ever needed anything in regards to life at the amazing , beautiful, clean Osprey apartment complex! I am forever thankful I’ve found this location to call home!Thank you for all you do you are appreciated!(ALSO my views from just my garage floor are breathtaking 🌞)I forgot to mention how great Osprey’s service director is!! Always gets the job done!Gracias to ALL🙏🏼

I am a new resident at the Osprey and I absolutely love it here! The amazing ladies at the leasing office have really made it feel like home. Our leasing agent Luisa was so warm and inviting from the start. She and Leslie did everything in their power to make sure our move in went without a hitch! Last week Judith hosted an amazing pajama themed brunch for the resident and the community involvement was higher here than I have ever seen at another apartment community. Everyone was excited to get a mimosa and hangout in the beautiful lobby. At brunch we also had the opportunity to meet the property manager Mersiha who is absolutely adorable and so nice. All and all we’re so so pleased with our experience so far at Osprey!! Keep it up 😁

The Osprey is the best building in this area. Although I had a negative experience with the previous leasing management team (calls/emails not returned, rushed and incomplete tour of the building), the new management team is absolutely excellent. My leasing consultant Luisa was one of the best I have worked with - so attentive and helped me find the perfect unit. She made the process easy and transparent. The whole leasing team is very professional, kind, and helpful.The building itself has beautiful apartments with nice finishes and incredible views of Atlanta. I would not let the lack of a concierge be a reason to not rent here. The building has been structured to be self sufficient with no real need for a concierge. Package retrieval is well managed through an app, visitors can enter with a temporary code you send them, and there is always an on-call maintenance person. It also feels very secure - entry into any door including elevators and the resident garage requires use of an app/codes and there are security cameras all throughout the building.

I’m giving 1 star for the new management. The old management was better. If I would have known they would be switching managements I would have reconsidered living here. They are too to focused on taking the coffee machine away, and closing the sky lounge area early. Even though us residents are paying monthly for amenities, But can’t even designate a free area for guest parking. There’s definitely better run apartment buildings elsewhere in the area. The price is too high for the management being received.

As a current resident I am going to give my honest feedback in hopes of change. The old management company services was top tier. It wasn’t just about monetary gain. However, this new management company appears to fit the profile I assume they are trying to reach, but the services is unauthentic and horrible. Yes of course, their responses are robotic very unauthentic yet professional. However, you guys are hosting a diverse group of tenants from all over have perk and at act like you want to service us all equally.This is not to say that they will not help you because they will. However, with what we are paying and the convenience and amenities promised…They lack in understanding that!For example: Morning for professional we enjoyed the coffee and soda it was convenient for us residents and consistent. They don’t that anymore!The lounge which is one of the reasons why most chose the building have limited early hours as if we don’t work. The old management company we’re actually planning to extend the hours for reserved events.These policies “oh you signed the lease” .Duh! You just started so if I inquire the lease you should be able to rehash and that bothers me that the communication is off or just tacky in responses.Here’s my thing and I want to be as humble and nice as possible. The people that was here before had a humble and empathetic approach to situations that was genuine. This new management come off as I’ll do the favor one time but the next time it’s a charge or we don’t do this here…There is so much I can just revert to but I will say this to those who are looking if you don’t read anything else I will help you.I’m from NYC paying about the same here as I was there but there services was stellar from all of staff. This is Atlanta you can find something similar but make sure it you’re looking for services that you fully indulge before considering this building with body language, sarcasm, and consistency. Do not let the tone in conversation convince you.Be smart! This is a great building the app is a bit inconvenient. If your phone is stolen or lost you have no way in and if they assist you. You pay $75

Left my keys on my car door and a Good Samaritan took them to the office. The Osprey team left a note on my window in a discreet way. When I went to the office all the three personnels in the office looked up and engaged me with a smile. When I told them about my keys they asked me questions to confirm that I am the actual owner of the keys and they were warm and friendly. Never been made to feel so important about losing keys. Great team. Stay great and thanks so much.

I have been staying here for almost a month and a half and everything here is so comfortable. It is very easy to check in here and the staff at the Leasing office is very welcoming and warm from the first phone call. The check-in process was very smooth (Im even an international student) and Lesilie helped me with the rental process, even though it was very difficult, she was very patient and professional and helped me move in successfully. There was also a staff member, Luisa, who answered my calls and assisted me on Lesilies days off. I just moved to Atlanta and needed a warm, clean, and safe haven like this. The security is reassuring, and I can say that I have no fear of danger living here, as almost every door needs to be acess to be accessible. The view of the city from my room window is breathtaking. My favorite time of day is at night, when I can see the glorious skyscrapers of Atlanta with the lights off and the blinds open. If the view from my room doesnt satisfy me, I can go to the large rooftop lounge and balcony, which has an even better view! I was also very satisfied with the amenities in the apartment. Hellopackage was a new and great amenity for me, and it made my shopping experience safe and fun. I can hardly say enough good things about this place, because everywhere is very much to my liking!

Great community. Great location in Midtown and very close to lots of stores and restaurants. Neighbors are friendly. Very good upscale amenities. The keyless entry system is also a big plus. I would suggest making guest parking free or more accessible for visitors. Overall, I love living here.

When I say this place is Amazing... that would be an understatement! From the moment I toured with this property, I loved the hospitality of the leasing office! So genuine and welcoming! One of the main reasons why I decided to lease with this property.The amenities and property itself is amazing and updated. Completely brand new property so there isn’t much needed maintenance wise, but they also do preventative maintenance every few weeks so that nips that in the butt!The location is prime, staff is amazing, and the property is immaculate. Do yourself the favor and lease here! You won’t regret it!Ask for Donella, Danielle or AnnaMarie!

The property itself is beautiful but management is really dropping the ball. I liked the old management better. At least they answered the phone, cleaned the common areas, provided coffee, and acted like some of us pay 1500+ to live here.

Lovely complex with tons of amenities in a growing area! I recently toured a studio at Osprey, and off the bat the staff were kind and professional. The woman who led me on the tour was knowledgeable about the area and the facility. She sat down with me personally to discuss the unit in detail and to aid me in the application process. The unit itself was gorgeous, and the amenities are new and well-maintained. The guests are welcoming, and I cant wait to be a part of the community!

0 out of 10, Where do I begin? We know that relocating or finding a new place to call home is no easy task and the Osprey definitely did not help. I called the unit about 10 times, not speak to an agent but their third party operators who passed my info to the team each time to set up a tour. No response, so I sent a friend there while I was still in my other city, and a tour was set up. Fast forward to today, went in and they states that they dont have a tour for me, under my name and I will have to wait until next week. They stated they will reach out and set up a new tour date and never did. At this stage of the game there are tons of properties in ATL, and I will be shipping my focus elsewhere. 0/10 would not recommend.Not sure why this didn’t post the first time, nonetheless sounds like the experience of myself and many others.

This review applies to previous and current management. I agree with other reviewers on communication issues and treatment of potential residents. I applied for an apartment with Osprey on Jul 1st and received a notification that my credit was pulled to do resident screening. Between Jul 1st-Jul 21st, I called/emailed numerous times and could not reach the leasing office or they made excuses saying my application is still processing. When I called on Jul 19th, I was told management switched and my social, date of birth, and proof of income was missing. If this information was still needed, why did new management not follow up until I called? Also, my social and date of birth are on the online application - how did those required sections get misplaced on an electronic application? No one followed up with me to get this information so I finally withdrew my application on Jul 21st. I received a call on Jul 25th saying my application was cancelled.After I applied for a certain apartment, I never saw that apartment back on the website again, even after they cancelled my application for this apartment. I paid $250 for the application and administrative fee to hold that apartment until they approved or denied me. I don’t apply to apartments I don’t qualify for so I don’t understand why it took so long to process my application for this vacant apartment. New management won’t refund my money even though they didn’t fulfill their service to provide an approval or denial on the apartment I applied to. This was the worse and most unprofessional experience I ever had applying for an apartment.I have emails from new management stating there’s nothing they can do to help.

Building is beautiful. However, the amenities are not open... and there is no Conceirge or Call box so you have to come down and let your guest in! Also, your guest have to pay to park... The building has a lot of potential but there need to be some changes made if they expect to reach capacity.

New mgmt took away the coffee machine on the rooftop lounge because people were using it too much. Plus the rooftop lounge hours are 9am-5pm, so you miss the sunset, sunrise, and city view at night from one of the best vantage points.

My car was broken into at their parking lot, my stuff was stolen. Think twice before renting an apartment here. I do not recommended leasing an apartment at Osprey. The area is UNsafe. Go elsewhere for a new home.Edit 06/18/2021: Spoke with an Osprey representative less than 24 hours after the break in, no resolutions were reached. No point of communicating with Osprey, repeatedly, after a conclusion could not be reached. Once more, the area is hazardous for your personal property. Mosey on outta here for the sake of your property. The public lot Osprey refers to is on their property. It’s a “public lot” on their property connected to the residential parking spaces.

Professional with great credit. Passed by to see an apartment and they wouldn’t show it to me. They said they’re fully booked. Wouldn’t open door. Then told me to wait one week to come see an apartment. I guess they don’t want any business? It’s terrible that an apartment building would treat people like this.

From start to finish, the staff was able to answer all of our questions (and we had A LOT) and if they didnt know the answer, they found someone that did. The complex is beautiful and the apartments are gorgeous. We can not wait to experience luxury living in a bomb location!FYI: Because of COVID, their response rate might be a little slower, so dont be in a rush or have a tight deadline...be patient.Love Osprey and excited to be living here!

I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. I went to tour this property and was told that my passport was not an acceptable form of identification. How is that even possible? I can go into a bank and do several transaction with a passport but I cant tour an apartment thats guided? The manager never came out to talk to me to explain what was going on. Horrible experience...I was totally embarrassed and feel like it was discrimination.

Spoke with Donnella and I was impressed with the patience and time she took to answer ALL of my questions over the phone. I almost applied sight unseen due to her wonderful customer service. The only issue is the size of the apartment that will fit my budget, I want to make sure that I will like the space so I will need to see it in person first. She said that she was unable to schedule me until Wednesday due to the amount of interest (today is Sunday). I am out of state so it would be convenient if the apartment complex would consider offering self tours instead of making potential clients wait days for a guided tour.

I am so disappointed- I made an appointment on Thursday to tour the complex for Sunday at 3 pm. The office called me Sunday at 12:42 to confirm my appointment and I was not next to my phone. I called back at 12:54 and was told they had given my spot away to tour the apartment because I didn’t confirm when they tried to reach me at 12:42. Won’t even bother considering this a home now and will take my business elsewhere in west midtown. I cannot believe how that was handled.

True experience. Sorry for the lengthy review . Just no! Tried calling to schedule a tour with no luck. Went online requested a tour with time and date. Heard nothing so I assumed I just would arrive at that time. Arrived at said time, called box and Ann Marie (I think thats her name) tried to speak to me through the call box. I guess she realized that was unprofessional, so she comes to the door. She proceeds to explain that if I didn’t get a confirmation then the appointment was not valid. Ok at this point who lives here? The Obama’s? Seriously, she states she has an appointment in 30 mins (well that means you have time to take me on a tour) and will be unable to assist me until I receive confirmation about said appt. Ok now Im agitated, no worries whats the next available appointment? Ann Marie replies “I have something available Tuesday at 230pm. Excuse me? As in 7 more days? According to her they have been very busy. Ma’am all the available units on your site say otherwise. Are y’all trying to lease this place or not? Im looking to move in 3 weeks. So no thanks! This staff member then tries to give me her card! Now why would I take that when y’all don’t even answer the phone? I have never experienced this type of foolishness to tour an apartment. Found a place in a better location with full concierge and safe parking. Ran into a current tenant of the Osprey who explained a similar scenario with a friend they referred. I would NOT recommend this place. They do not value potential tenants. What a joke!

I applied for an apartment here and Real Pages sent me an approval and login details. The manager then contacted a building I lived at for more than 3 years. After contacting them she called me and said they told her that 3 evictions were filed and I owe them money, basically the old residence slandered me with lies. I contacted the building I lived at for 3 years and they stated Osprey manager lied to me. I have never had an eviction, I do not owe any apartment building money and was denied for one of their penthouses. I will be filing a compliant with TollBrothers.

The parking garage that’s connected to this Apartment facility is not SAFE!!! I parked in the parking deck and payed for parking to return back to my car being broken into. My friend windows was also broken. Call the complex to find out about the cameras that was literally above my car where the incident happen to get an answer the cameras don’t work, and park at your own risk response. DO NOT PARK IN THE GARAGE!!!
