I have recently moved in to this apartment complex. Location is perfect. My apartments interior design is perfect. Amenities are very good. Appliances are like brand new. Application process was very smooth and quick. Special thanks to Ms. Keisha Speed for excellent customer service and hospitality.

From the moment I first stopped in to tour the property - and leading to my decision to ultimately lease at Hudson Ridge, she has not left a single stone unturned. Decent complex but the rental rates are skyrocketing and you can go elsewhere and get a newer/more luxurious apartment for the same price. Yes these apartments have been upgraded but they are no longer worth the rental rates. I’ve talked to several people I’ve seen moving out and they’ve all agreed. Hudson’s prices are starting to be inline with what you could expect to pay in Buckhead and midtown. They tout having little vacancy but check the website and look at all the apartments coming available I’m sure because of the mass exodus due to huge increases in rent!

Besides the great location , amenities and maintenance, the staff is amazing! They made the whole move in experience very easy and enjoyable. Also, my cat ran away on my move in day , so Keisha and her team kindly sent out a notice for us. And then about a month later, Chris on their maintenance team actually found him! The team here goes above and beyond and you can definitely see their effort and care for the people here!

When I went to visit the place, Keisha Speed said that since the property is 98% occupied, take the unit or leave it. She didnt even bother to show the amenities. Absolutely no manners on how to deal with potential residents. I left the place without applying. If prospective residents are treated this way, I can only imagine the experience of residents. When I was leaving, turns out, she was in a hurry to go grab a smoke outside.I went to Rockledge apartments next and there I was treated with respect and politeness by Destiny White and I ended up applying there.

I am a new resident and I must say I love the leasing agent. They are extremely friendly and very nice. Ive been dealing with Brandon the entire time while working from home and he has given me the best experience during these trying times. Everyone knows moving is very frustrating but him and Kiesha made my transition so painless and easy. I would recommend this community and their professionalism to anybody.Also the property is clean and well maintenance 👌

Iyona is the sweetest thing! I spoke with her over the phone a while back and Brendon actually reminded me of how amazing she was by emailing me! What a great staff to look out for each other like this. The apartments were okay on the outside but beautiful on the inside! I chose another place because I wanted elevators but If you don’t mind Garden style living, ask for Iyona or Brendon. They also seem to have such a sweet manager!

We have had an excellent experience with Hudson Ridge. Brenden gave us the tour and made sure we got to see all of the amenities and worked with us to decide what floor plan was best. He was very helpful and patient. Keisha has also been terrific with keeping constant communication, getting all of the needed documents for move in, and has been so helpful!

This has been the smoothest transition I’ve ever had when dealing with an apartment complex. I really appreciate your time Brendon. Look forward to speaking more

We were absolutely heartbroken to have to leave due to a series of events out of our control, but out of all of the places I have rented in Atlanta, this is by far my favourite. The staff is wonderful, the maintenance is always so quick to respond, the grounds are lovely, and the townhouses themselves are just beautiful. Were really going to miss living here, and while places always have their pros and cons, this one will always have more positives than anything else.

Follow your gut - process is everything! Not a pleasant experience for me and I am quite disappointed as I was looking forward to being a part of the community. The approval and move in process was extremely long and there was VERY LITTLE follow up. Of the many years I have rented, I have yet to experience this. The lack of follow up and professionalism turned me away and I decided to rescind my application. I wish people regarded customer service as a priority to doing business; unfortunately, my experience was lack luster leaving me with a bad vibe and as such, I would not recommend you seriously consider your options before applying to Hudson Ridge.

I have lived at Hudson Ridge for the past 19 years. The year 2021 has been the worst living experience of my life. For the last 4 and 1/2 months, I have had a problem with excessive noise coming from the apartment above mine. I have complained about the excessive noise 14 times over the past 4 and 1/2 months. The courtesy officer has been completely worthless with regards to resolving this issue. The property managers methods have been ineffective. The property manager must care more about keeping apartments occupied with people paying rent; she must not care about the health and well-being of the residents. As a last resort, I will be hiring a lawyer to take legal action against Hudson Ridge for failing to provide me with an environment to get an adequate amount of sleep. If you need to get more than 4 hours of sleep per night, do not consider living at Hudson Ridge.

I recently had a tour at Hudson ridge. I am relocating to Atlanta in last week of Jan from Boston and I flew to Atlanta to check out few apartment complexes for my next home.The tour given by the leasing staff professional named Ryan was very poor. He didn’t show me the community properly and all through out the tour he seemed disinterested in answering my questions. His behavior made me feel unwelcoming to the community. I have been to other complexes where the leasing staff were very courteous , patient and respectful. They really wanted to understand my needs and I found them very helpful. This is not the case with Ryan. I was not even shown the amenities completely during the tour such as Gym, fitness center etcI would like to request the management to please appoint me a better move in manager who can really me and give me a proper tour of the community. I want someone who has an interest to know my needs and requirements of my next home and help me find that in Hudson Ridge. I live in Boston as I mentioned earlier so I can’t fly again to Atlanta for the tour. I want my new move in manager to be patient and good at communicating by phone and email. I also would like to have some pictures and video of the unit that I will be interested in.
