My experience here at Clarion Court was great 👍 the staff was caring to my needs and very helpful with my questions and the best part was the fact of making me laugh.i was pleased with the grounds very well maintained. They lie to get you to spend your money for the application by telling you they dont do credit checks. AND THEY DO.65$.GON,AND THEY GO 20YEARS ON YOUR BACK GROUND.I NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN NO APARTMENT ARE HOUSE TO GO 20YEARS ON YOUR BACKGROUND.AND THE MANAGER ATTITUDE IS UGLY.DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ARE TIME,THEY ARE FOS

Apartment manager RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL! APARTMENTS ARE NOT KEPT UP! MANAGER DECIDED TO put towing stickers on visitor cars because they are parked inside the parking lot but there is no sign saying visitors can not park in parking lot!!! These apartments charge almost $1000 for an apartment and their not worth it at all! Roach infested, mold infested, they refuses to fix anything until months later,. I will be reporting to the BBB as well
