THEY REQUIRE A MASK TO CHECK IN. 😡I’ll be speaking with the manager when I leave regarding freedom and this being America. I can’t complain too much but the hotel needs a little maintenance. I got my room for 80 a night through a 3rd party deal. It’s $10 per night for parking. I’m training at the Delta center so you can’t beat the location. Breakfast (get there early/not super great) gym and pool are open. The coffee maker in my room was dirty and slightly moldy looking where you put the water in. It seemed like there were some problems with the AC in the building. The AC in the room worked. One of the elevators made a very loud humming sound as you approach the top floor. Not too reassuring.Overall since it’s just me and this isn’t a vacation it’s a decent place. I’d recommend getting some groceries for breakfast or find a cheap place to eat if you’re looking for better food options.

Positive: Excellent value for the money. It was very clean, looked to be fairly updated. Staff was friendly. Very close and convenient to the airport as well. Negative: TV in the room was OLD- needed to be replaced. I wish they would have started continental breakfast earlier (I believe they started it at 6AM, we had an early flight so missed it)

Positive: The staff is awesome!!!!! Staff at the front desk, is by far THEEEEEE best ever. Always so helpful and accommodating when I stay here. He and the other staff, the cleanliness and the location, are why I stay here on every trip to Atlanta. Negative: Paying for parking but its cheaper than most hotel parking.

Please explain to me when I get there at 11pm and leave at 4am why they charge me $10 for parking. Just put it in the price of the room already. Quit being shady. Also, the floor of my room and everything just felt moist and the AC didnt work very well. Was not worth the stay.

After a TERRIBLE experience at the LA Quinta Airport South location, I drove to this North location and asked if I could see a room before I checked in. Coco was so welcoming and friendly! She showed me the guest room, got me checked in quickly, advised me on how to request a refund for the other reservation, and even made some great recommendations for local restaurants during my stay! Coco definitely went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. Ill definitely visit this location again next time Im in Atlanta.

This hotel is trying really hard to look great and offer a good experience to its customers. It’s probable that some recent remodelling has partially transformed it, as when we were there, the lobby looked very modern, bright and welcoming. Our room had been remodelled, too, but the new mirror had been chipped and a cabinet door was off its hinge. Those are likely the reasons why patrons were asked to sign a Rules of Conduct when checking in, pledging not to damage the room, invite unpaid guests, etc. Given that, one can only assume some questionable things have happened there in the past. Still, our beds were very comfortable, the room was cosy for the night before our flight and breakfast was bagged and ready for us to nab as we headed to the airport shuttle.

Positive: Close to the airport. Affordable. Good value. Negative: The soaked dish and the shower was missing so nowhere to put soap or other items for showering

Positive: Super clean and spacious room with decent wifi speed. Not too far from airport. Negative: It took a long time just to get checked in. Parking isnt included in the reservation price, wish they were upfront about it. The woman at the front desk wasnt unfriendly, but she certainly could have been nicer and more professional. Positive: Suite! We¿re New Orleans evacuees and loved the extra room in our suite! Got our first good nights sleep in 3 nights! Negative: Parking fee was a bit petty.

Positive: The room was super spacious and the bath had a walk in double shower that was awesome. Also, the room had a mini fridge, safe, desk area, and king size bed that was super comfortable. Negative: The room was in great shape, but the elevator area and room hallways not so much. For example, the elevator did not light up for my floor, the hallways on our floor were hot and the elevator waiting area on the 4th floor had no lights on.

Very close to the airport, with the view of it to. Immaculate rooms. Quiet, great customer service. The young lady working late night was amazing. I had a long day, and she made me smile. Definitely recommend. Hot breakfast topped it off. You have a microwave and fridge.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. The bus from the site to the airport was very nice. However, the cleanliness of the room was not up to part. This was a quick check in due to a 6 hour lay over. In the room the towels were dingy although they were neatly folded. But the one thing that stood out was a insect (roach) that I saw while using the bathroom in the room. I would never stay there on long term for that reason. Like I said front desk was extremely nice and helpful and the shuttle bus was very prompt.

The room was minimal mediocre for $145 for a weekday. Toilet continuously ran, bathroom sink drained slow, found a couple hairs in the bathtub. I pulled the drain and found this. Lastly, extremely hot in the room. Set temp to 60 degrees, room maintained 70-72. Lastly, pool was closed but not their fault. I personally wouldnt stay again.

Positive: The close proximity to the airport. Negative: Bathroom sink was clogged completely. There were only two towels and no bath mat for 3 guests. No shampoo. No breakfast, which was very disappointing since that¿s one of the reasons I booked this location. I would not recommend.

Positive: The hotel had a shuttle bus that took you to and from the airport for free. The hotel was close to food spots and also a gas station for those with cars. It was your normal average stay. Room was clean. Common areas (elevator areas) were a little dirty, but nothing too terrible. Still not serving hot breakfast. Its a grab-n-go sack. Nothing overly memorable... Good or bad. Except I will say the shuttle was on point. Both drivers (to hotel at night, to airport next morning) were hustling and helping with bags. Friendly and it felt like they cared that everyone is on a timeline.

They practice bait and switch. We booked our room online using their website. When we got there to check in, yes they honored the room price but tacked on a $10 fee to park our car in their lot making our room price really $10 more. Once we got up to our room we pulled up their website to see if we missed a mention of the parking fee. Nope, there is no mention of a parking fee on their website.The room was clean and comfortable, but I wont be staying here again because they were not up front and above board regarding.their extra charge for parking.

Location good for airport and shuttle. Also food and store nearby. However, NOT CLEAN and needs updating! Crumbs on nightstand, trash on entry floor, hair on sheets when flipped back on both beds, crumbs on floor under sink, pillows stained with yellow. Furniture looks rundown and all outlets in wall were not even covered. If I didnt check in late and tired Id definitely go somewhere else. The guy that worked night staff had an attitude when I asked for management; one was never available entire weekend. Room was extremely hot upon entry. The room was clean, and staff was nice, but that is about the Tonly good thing I can say about this place. Key cards had to be taken back down to the lobby and redone. They also booked someone else into this room late at night and they tried to get in. Scary! Breakfast was inedible. The airport shuttle was a joke; the guy was driving so fast we actually got up on two wheels around some of the corners. I would give this a 0 rating if they had it. Never again!

Plenty left to be desired here.The shower had plenty of mold in the door and on the ceiling. To connect to wi-fi you need to call the front desk for a code, but every time I tried calling the front desk over the course of 24 hours, it always had a busy signal (like they leave it off the hook so they dont have to take calls).The Rooms were clean enough, but definitely nothing i would recommend to someone else.

Without a doubt the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in.My room is disgusting. Not clean, 3/5 lights were broken, surfaces weren’t clean, dead roach on the bathroom floor. 4 lights on the second floor are out and one is flickering. Air conditioner was semi broken an loud. Toilet runs continuously.The backboard of the bed, when I woke up and saw it in the light, was FILTHY.

This was an okay stay. The facilities were dated but mostly clean. You have a variety of people staying. Its a good place if waiting for a flight. There are a few restaurants across the street and next door. The cleanliness issue was taken care of efficiently.

Go elsewhere its worth it. The rooms are extremely small compared to other places, their rates are low but they charge extra for parking, including the days you stay. If I pay for a room I shouldnt have to pay extra for parking. I definitely wouldnt return.

Very convenient to airport and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Dewan was very pleasant and helpful. Only issue was my daughter had roaches in her room. Dewan switched her room and it seemed to work out. Would stay again minus the pests.

If I was able to do less I would. I checked in with my husband and noticed a big roach on the carpet. We grabbed our stuff and went to the front desk. I did take a pic and showed the young lady at the front desk. We did not stay here. I am still waiting on the manager to contact me and refund my money. It is a health code violation to have these type of bugs. Please investigate here. Do not stay.

Loved my room/ shower (walk in, easily could fit two people). Lobby was nice, staff was friendly. Parking was a bit limited (but free). Hot breakfast is still not being offered. Overall, it was a good 1 night stay on our trip.

Love it. Very pretty hotel, the customer service was amazing, the room was spectacular and spacious with a lot of amenities. The access to the hotel fantastic with the Interstate 5 minutes away and the airport 15 away. Also a lot amount of restaurants on the same street.

Nice hotel. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Bed was very comfy. Its right by the airport so it doesnt take long at all to get there. They provide a shuttle every 30 minutes.

The price and location were great. Rooms are a little on the dirty side and sink slowly to drain. Our first room had mold in the curtain and in our second room, the AC hardly worked.

Great experience overall, the only thing was that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not available that day. I was able to use the shuttle when I left to get to the airport.

This is a renovated old building and has much to be desired. The building is not clean and the rooms were not clean. I will not go back.

Staff was amazing. Room was dirty had dirty towels and trash still on the floor. Bad smell and paper thin walls. We were woken up by ppl down the hall screaming and banging on each others doors. Bed was comfy. Wont go back.

Positive: Staff very pleasant. Negative: Around checking time only one person was checking people in while there was five party line. It took too long to get our room. Wife would have preferred something that showed room had been sanitized, especially the bathroom.

Positive: The staff was amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. Negative: Coffee was horrible! It was pretty much just water (even when bold or strong is selected). RaceTrac as next door and that helped...but, its not as convenient and safe walking there 5:00AM!

So let me start by saying the pictures and the description is way better than the actual hotel they give you two towels of each and have attitudes when you ask for more they key card battery died so we was outside our room with nothing for a hour the ice machine was out the swimming pool was extremely dirty one night the power went out glad I wasn’t on the elevator the air would shut on and off and housekeeping has nice employees but they half do their job I also wouldn’t recommend if you’re visiting attractions in Atlanta considering traffic is horrible and everything is at least 30 mins away from the hotel it’s good for a 2 night stay but I wouldn’t stay a week

Location is good, staff nice, shuttle doesnt take you to international terminal, lied about having hot breakfast and still charge a premium price.

We had a terrible experience due to a flight delay. Ended up stuck in ATL on our way to TX. Thought we booked a room at this location for the night, turned out that we did not. But the gentleman behind the desk offered to re-open the shuttle despite the late hour, to make sure that we got to a location with vacancy. We definitely appreciated that.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The hotel was filthy. The hallway floors, elevator floors and walls, the floors in my room and bathroom were filthy. I had two rooms but just one car. I got charged for parking for both rooms. You had to beg for towels and washcloths. Pool was closed.

Went to the place to find out about parking. Young Lady working there with may be nigerian Accent very rude. Disrespectful, person like her should be at work. If they dont want to help why they at work. Sence of emergency zero. Didnt care for my business I gave her $100 bill and she ask my id Went to grab my purse from the car. She started give change for $100 I told her that I havent give you $100 yet. Insted of she is apologize she said you are rushing me thats why I made mistake . Negative: For the price per night the cleanliness was poor and bathroom apearance and size was small and could use some remodeling so people can use comfortably.

Positive: The air conditioner died on my last night there and could not be fixed. The hotel does not offer water at breakfast

The staff is very friendly and accomodating, that is most of the reason I gave the hotel 3 stars. Our complaints are mostly with the rooms. The room we were put in the fitst time has a toilet that doesnt stop running and doesnt have a working room air conditioner, so we had to sweat for two nights (this is Hotlanta, still in the summer) before the staff switched us to another room. And the room they switched us into is missing a fridge. The breakfast is bagged composed of a cup of instant oatmeal, fruit cup, a muffon and a 10oz bottle of apple or orange juice. Everyday!!. At least the coffee and tea is available 24 hrs.

This was the worst La Quinta Ive ever stayed in. Rooms were cramped, dirty and dark. The toilet and shower area were so small, you could barely shut the door. The lobby and hallways smelled like wet carpet. Elevators shook and were seriously dated. Even the sconces and other lighting in the hallways were at odd angles, flickering, or just not working at all. Poor management needs to be replaced.

Pretty nice hotel. Clean room (lobby was not so clean) but staff was friendly. Great location however, be warned that the shuttle does NOT take you to the international terminal (even though it’s only about 5 minutes away). The shuttle only runs to domestic, which connects via tram to the international however we opted for an Uber because we did not know this and earlier. Breakfast was not available until 6 and is a grab and go danish, yogurt or fruit (during covid as of May 2021). Overall great stay, no complaints for the price.

The rooms could use some sprucing up.... BUT the staff is phenomenal. Every time I engaged any staff members from LA Quinta Inn & Suites it was meaningful. They are all so pleasant and accommodating.I would stay here again on quick trips.

The hotel is new but and looks nice, but upon inspection is cheaply built and already showing signs of wear. It seems to draw a wild crowd. The lobby has a tense feeling. They overclean the rooms, and the TV stand actually had cleaning resideue on it, which I had to wipe off. The bathtub was dangerously slippery.Although it is convenient to the airport, it seems to draw people going out on the town, not travellers.I will not go back.

They had most amenities but had forgotten to replace shampoo. Great because they allow for pets at a fee. Right across from McDonald’s.

Located so convenient to airport so we could drop our grandson off for early flight without getting up at a crazy hour to drive 2 hours. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and an overall good experience.

When I arrived, the young man at the front desk working nights was very respectful, kind, and helpful. Other than that, this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. I walked in my room to see that the floor had not been vacuumed, there was hair in the sink and tub, a lot of trash in all of the dresser drawers, the beds were broken, the light fixtures and lamps were crooked as if someone broke them, the sheets were dirty, and my window lock was broken (note that I was on the first floor) so my window could slide open with ease. I would not recommend this hotel to a single person. This hotel needs renovation and possibly be put under new management. Very dissapointing, because I had read so many good reviews about this place.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and shuttle service was provided. I think the staff was very courteous, but did experience a couple of issues. I am sure the pool was closed due to Covid, but felt the staff should have mentioned it at the time of our check-in, or the hotel should have had a disclaimer on their website. My two boys and I were looking forward to it having just played in a AAU tournament. The other issue was no free breakfast...could have sworn it was listed on the web site as well. I asked the front staff and was told that there would be a grab bag for breakfast. The next morning, I stopped up front, and there wasnt a bag in sight, nor was there anyone at the front desk. After going back to my room for about 5-10 minutes, I again went up front to check on breakfast...still no one at the front desk. So I had to go next door to the Race Trac and buy some breakfast for myself and my boys. If I had to do it all again, I wouldnt waste my time here. As a traveler, I expect things posted on the web site to be offered, or at least notified by the front desk of the situation. I would most likely not recommend this hotel to anyone, as I felt very disappointed. Really feel like they should only charge me half of what I paid. For $112, I would look elsewhere to stay.

Our 1st Room was simply disgusting horribly cleaned nothing was clean switched us out to the 2nd Room plumbing did not work correctly took 2 days for them to come fix it. Then ask for new towels that was a no-go never received anything the whole time no and explanation as to why. I gave them two stars because of the office staff they were awesome

Nice stop over spot. Clean enough for the price. Room smelled musty but they got us some odor spray and it cleaned it up.

I stayed here last month. I booked for one night and it was the worst stay and sleep. The first room I was given had a hole in the floor underneath the carpet. I could feel it whenever I stepped in that spot. That wasn’t the deal breaker. The big cockroach that crawled from behind the TV was. I have pictures and videos of this. I packed my things and went to the front desk and was assigned a new room. The curtains in this room were filthy and the bed was lopsided. I slept in the computer chair the whole night and left at 6am in the morning and waited for my noon flight at the airport. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

I had a positive experience. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful when my parking card kept deactivating. The hotel was sold out, but you couldnt tell because the hallways were quiet. The bed was very comfortable too! Will definitely stay here again.

After reading other reviews I was a little scared regarding cleanliness, but what I saw was not 100% perfect but not as bad as some people stated. Negative: The breakfast in a paper bag should be mentioned when you place your reservation. I understand restrictions and limitations bc of COVID, but we could have made plans if we knew that that was what the hotel offers at the present time.

We waited almost 45 minutes and the shuttle had not arrived. I tried to call the hotel but the number listed on my itinerary sheet was not a working number.

If you are looking for a place to stay near the Atlanta airport that accepts pets and offers a shuttle this place will do. However, my spouse and I had a series of unfortunate events regarding flight cancellations in Atlanta prior to booking our room. I called La Quinta customer service to book a single bed room for the night and I do feel like they took advantage of exhausted travelers looking for a place to stay. We needed the room for less than 7 hours and they booked us an entire suite that cost us almost $170 for 1 night. I can maybe understand a weekend being that expensive but this was a Monday night rolling in a Tuesday. After doing a little research about the rates online I was disappointed to see we could have gotten a room like we asked for on the phone for around $90 had I just booked online.

The bed is comfy! Everything is nice but the ONLY thing I am complaining about is the weed smell!! I have two small children with me and everything smells like pot!

Me and my wife stayed in the king suite which was nice. Good place to stay if youre wanting to be next to the airport, with plenty of food in the area.

Negative: I booked the room for my sister in law and wanted to check in early (by 30 minutes) . The lady told me check in is 3 you will need to wait. Her tone all of a sudden changed when I told her thats fine she can wait in the lobby but I need to pay for it.

Positive: Location. Near eateries and airport. Lastly, the bed was very comfortable. Negative: One lamp didnt work and the toilet didnt flush the first day I was there. After I reported it, they fixed the toilet the next day and they never replaced the lamp. Also, too many young people.

Worst hotel ever not only was the beds so uncomfortable it costed me $224 then when I went to pay the manager told me there was a $50 refundable deposit cool but then they charged my card $244 and when I called to tell them the lady first said it was taxes no that’s not taxes that was in the 224 then when I mentioned the $50 refundable deposit she gonna say oh we charge $20 to park in our parking lot excuse me you charge us to park when we already are paying for you cheap rooms that are uncomfortable the bath felt like it was gonna fall threw DO NOT STAY HERE they take your money

The rooms do look renovated and spacious, but for a number of reasons I cant leave a good review. For a two-bed suite they give two bath towels, although the room sleeps 4 people. The sink drain was pretty bad. Worst of all though was waking up with a roach crawling up my bed.

Toilet not secured, sink not secured, lights didnt work, which those were not the biggest issue and we were going to let them know upon check-out but as we were settling in to go to sleep...Cockroaches! The night staff was extremely pleasant and offered us another room but we chose to leave.
