THEY REQUIRE A MASK TO CHECK IN. 😑I’ll be speaking with the manager when I leave regarding freedom and this being America. I can’t complain too much but the hotel needs a little maintenance. I got my room for 80 a night through a 3rd party deal. It’s $10 per night for parking. I’m training at the Delta center so you can’t beat the location. Breakfast (get there early/not super great) gym and pool are open. The coffee maker in my room was dirty and slightly moldy looking where you put the water in. It seemed like there were some problems with the AC in the building. The AC in the room worked. One of the elevators made a very loud humming sound as you approach the top floor. Not too reassuring.Overall since it’s just me and this isn’t a vacation it’s a decent place. I’d recommend getting some groceries for breakfast or find a cheap place to eat if you’re looking for better food options.

After a TERRIBLE experience at the LA Quinta Airport South location, I drove to this North location and asked if I could see a room before I checked in. Coco was so welcoming and friendly! She showed me the guest room, got me checked in quickly, advised me on how to request a refund for the other reservation, and even made some great recommendations for local restaurants during my stay! Coco definitely went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. Ill definitely visit this location again next time Im in Atlanta.

This hotel is trying really hard to look great and offer a good experience to its customers. It’s probable that some recent remodelling has partially transformed it, as when we were there, the lobby looked very modern, bright and welcoming. Our room had been remodelled, too, but the new mirror had been chipped and a cabinet door was off its hinge. Those are likely the reasons why patrons were asked to sign a Rules of Conduct when checking in, pledging not to damage the room, invite unpaid guests, etc. Given that, one can only assume some questionable things have happened there in the past. Still, our beds were very comfortable, the room was cosy for the night before our flight and breakfast was bagged and ready for us to nab as we headed to the airport shuttle.

Negative: The room was in great shape, but the elevator area and room hallways not so much. For example, the elevator did not light up for my floor, the hallways on our floor were hot and the elevator waiting area on the 4th floor had no lights on.

Front desk was very nice and helpful. The bus from the site to the airport was very nice. However, the cleanliness of the room was not up to part. This was a quick check in due to a 6 hour lay over. In the room the towels were dingy although they were neatly folded. But the one thing that stood out was a insect (roach) that I saw while using the bathroom in the room. I would never stay there on long term for that reason. Like I said front desk was extremely nice and helpful and the shuttle bus was very prompt.

The room was minimal mediocre for $145 for a weekday. Toilet continuously ran, bathroom sink drained slow, found a couple hairs in the bathtub. I pulled the drain and found this. Lastly, extremely hot in the room. Set temp to 60 degrees, room maintained 70-72. Lastly, pool was closed but not their fault. I personally wouldnt stay again.

It was your normal average stay. Room was clean. Common areas (elevator areas) were a little dirty, but nothing too terrible. Still not serving hot breakfast. Its a grab-n-go sack. Nothing overly memorable... Good or bad. Except I will say the shuttle was on point. Both drivers (to hotel at night, to airport next morning) were hustling and helping with bags. Friendly and it felt like they cared that everyone is on a timeline.

They practice bait and switch. We booked our room online using their website. When we got there to check in, yes they honored the room price but tacked on a $10 fee to park our car in their lot making our room price really $10 more. Once we got up to our room we pulled up their website to see if we missed a mention of the parking fee. Location good for airport and shuttle. Also food and store nearby. However, NOT CLEAN and needs updating! Crumbs on nightstand, trash on entry floor, hair on sheets when flipped back on both beds, crumbs on floor under sink, pillows stained with yellow. Furniture looks rundown and all outlets in wall were not even covered. If I didnt check in late and tired Id definitely go somewhere else. The guy that worked night staff had an attitude when I asked for management; one was never available entire weekend. Room was extremely hot upon entry. They also booked someone else into this room late at night and they tried to get in. Scary! Breakfast was inedible. Plenty left to be desired here.The shower had plenty of mold in the door and on the ceiling. To connect to wi-fi you need to call the front desk for a code, but every time I tried calling the front desk over the course of 24 hours, it always had a busy signal (like they leave it off the hook so they dont have to take calls).The Rooms were clean enough, but definitely nothing i would recommend to someone else.

Without a doubt the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in.My room is disgusting. Not clean, 3/5 lights were broken, surfaces weren’t clean, dead roach on the bathroom floor. 4 lights on the second floor are out and one is flickering. Air conditioner was semi broken an loud. So let me start by saying the pictures and the description is way better than the actual hotel they give you two towels of each and have attitudes when you ask for more they key card battery died so we was outside our room with nothing for a hour the ice machine was out the swimming pool was extremely dirty one night the power went out glad I wasn’t on the elevator the air would shut on and off and housekeeping has nice employees but they half do their job I also wouldn’t recommend if you’re visiting attractions in Atlanta considering traffic is horrible and everything is at least 30 mins away from the hotel it’s good for a 2 night stay but I wouldn’t stay a week

The staff is very friendly and accomodating, that is most of the reason I gave the hotel 3 stars. Our complaints are mostly with the rooms. The room we were put in the fitst time has a toilet that doesnt stop running and doesnt have a working room air conditioner, so we had to sweat for two nights (this is Hotlanta, still in the summer) before the staff switched us to another room. And the room they switched us into is missing a fridge. The breakfast is bagged composed of a cup of instant oatmeal, fruit cup, a muffon and a 10oz bottle of apple or orange juice. Everyday!!. At least the coffee and tea is available 24 hrs.

This was the worst La Quinta Ive ever stayed in. Rooms were cramped, dirty and dark. The toilet and shower area were so small, you could barely shut the door. The lobby and hallways smelled like wet carpet. Elevators shook and were seriously dated. Even the sconces and other lighting in the hallways were at odd angles, flickering, or just not working at all. Poor management needs to be replaced.

Great location however, be warned that the shuttle does NOT take you to the international terminal (even though it’s only about 5 minutes away). The shuttle only runs to domestic, which connects via tram to the international however we opted for an Uber because we did not know this and earlier. Breakfast was not available until 6 and is a grab and go danish, yogurt or fruit (during covid as of May 2021). Overall great stay, no complaints for the price.

They overclean the rooms, and the TV stand actually had cleaning resideue on it, which I had to wipe off. When I arrived, the young man at the front desk working nights was very respectful, kind, and helpful. Other than that, this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. I walked in my room to see that the floor had not been vacuumed, there was hair in the sink and tub, a lot of trash in all of the dresser drawers, the beds were broken, the light fixtures and lamps were crooked as if someone broke them, the sheets were dirty, and my window lock was broken (note that I was on the first floor) so my window could slide open with ease. I would not recommend this hotel to a single person. This hotel needs renovation and possibly be put under new management. Very dissapointing, because I had read so many good reviews about this place.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport and shuttle service was provided. I think the staff was very courteous, but did experience a couple of issues. I am sure the pool was closed due to Covid, but felt the staff should have mentioned it at the time of our check-in, or the hotel should have had a disclaimer on their website. My two boys and I were looking forward to it having just played in a AAU tournament. The other issue was no free breakfast...could have sworn it was listed on the web site as well. I asked the front staff and was told that there would be a grab bag for breakfast. The next morning, I stopped up front, and there wasnt a bag in sight, nor was there anyone at the front desk. After going back to my room for about 5-10 minutes, I again went up front to check on breakfast...still no one at the front desk. So I had to go next door to the Race Trac and buy some breakfast for myself and my boys. If I had to do it all again, I wouldnt waste my time here. As a traveler, I expect things posted on the web site to be offered, or at least notified by the front desk of the situation. I would most likely not recommend this hotel to anyone, as I felt very disappointed. Really feel like they should only charge me half of what I paid. For $112, I would look elsewhere to stay.

I stayed here last month. I booked for one night and it was the worst stay and sleep. The first room I was given had a hole in the floor underneath the carpet. I could feel it whenever I stepped in that spot. That wasn’t the deal breaker. The big cockroach that crawled from behind the TV was. I have pictures and videos of this. I packed my things and went to the front desk and was assigned a new room. The curtains in this room were filthy and the bed was lopsided. I slept in the computer chair the whole night and left at 6am in the morning and waited for my noon flight at the airport. I will NEVER stay at this place again.

If you are looking for a place to stay near the Atlanta airport that accepts pets and offers a shuttle this place will do. However, my spouse and I had a series of unfortunate events regarding flight cancellations in Atlanta prior to booking our room. I called La Quinta customer service to book a single bed room for the night and I do feel like they took advantage of exhausted travelers looking for a place to stay. We needed the room for less than 7 hours and they booked us an entire suite that cost us almost $170 for 1 night. I can maybe understand a weekend being that expensive but this was a Monday night rolling in a Tuesday. After doing a little research about the rates online I was disappointed to see we could have gotten a room like we asked for on the phone for around $90 had I just booked online.

Worst hotel ever not only was the beds so uncomfortable it costed me $224 then when I went to pay the manager told me there was a $50 refundable deposit cool but then they charged my card $244 and when I called to tell them the lady first said it was taxes no that’s not taxes that was in the 224 then when I mentioned the $50 refundable deposit she gonna say oh we charge $20 to park in our parking lot excuse me you charge us to park when we already are paying for you cheap rooms that are uncomfortable the bath felt like it was gonna fall threw DO NOT STAY HERE they take your money

The rooms do look renovated and spacious, but for a number of reasons I cant leave a good review. For a two-bed suite they give two bath towels, although the room sleeps 4 people. The sink drain was pretty bad. Worst of all though was waking up with a roach crawling up my bed.

Toilet not secured, sink not secured, lights didnt work, which those were not the biggest issue and we were going to let them know upon check-out but as we were settling in to go to sleep...Cockroaches! The night staff was extremely pleasant and offered us another room but we chose to leave.

Horrible place to stay. Guests standing outside hotel smoking pot. Guests smoking pot and cigarettes in rooms and hallways. Kids running up and down hallways. Guests arguing and screaming in halls. Internet very poor.

Positive: Friendliness at check-in. Security. Walking distance to restaurants. Negative: The bathroom floor had grit or sand on it. The parking gate did not seem to work with room card. A rain jacket left the previous stay was not in there lost & found & not recovered.
