We had a water pipe damage our furnace and AC system. Being in summer, the issue was a priority. Steve was amazing in his responsiveness and his communication regarding the issues with the system. I was researching online for a new pest control company and came across Zone Home Solutions. I was impressed by all the 5 star ratings but I prefer to draw my own conclusion. Contacted them for a quote on quarterly pest control and they were prompt, professional and highly knowledgeable. Then I contacted them for a termite solution and they were very thorough with the options. Lastly they have an HVAC department too and I contacted them for a bid and Jason the manager went above and beyond with the quote. I did not even commit to them and had to call them for a repair issue and once again they came through with flying colors. Professional, prompt, very reasonable and responsive. I highly recommend them.

They installed a new HVAC unit a couple years ago and I have been using them for twice annual preventative maintenance on that unit and another. This is by the far the best repair company that we have ever used. Organized, polite, honest, clean, professional to say the least. Was recommended to use them from a friend when we were having issues with one of our units. They were out in no time. We got a new unit which has been excellent and they installed brand new Ecobee thermostats throughout our home. They mentioned being able to diagnose issues remotely. This morning my wife came downstairs and said its chilly in here. A few hours later I received a call from their office saying they got a notification that the emergency heat had been running for a few hours, which should not have been happening since it was was not that cold out. I must note that this is on one of the existing older units. They asked if we would like someone out since we are expecting a storm tomorrow. They squeezed us in and the tech, Mack, who came out for our very first service, was out and able to do the maintenance explaining that he would probably be able to buy us a few more years before having to replace the unit. These guys are the real deal and would highly recommend them!

The technician was professional in every respect. He was able to accurately diagnose the problems and came up with correct solution. He ran several test to ensure that the unit was working properly. I was able to track is arrival time on the website. I will call them again should I have an issue with my HVAC.

I have used Zone Home Solutions for the past year. I did their annual maintenance contract last year and just did it for 2019. They are knowledgeable, detailed and thorough. I had major AC issues last summer when lightning struck our house and they were able to quickly diagnose, repair and get all 3 of my units up and running, and in top shape. First time they came to fix an issue and Im sure it wont be the last. This will be my go-to company! They get someone out fast to fix HVAC problems. I had previously experienced Macs great customer service when he was sent out to a friends home. I liked his attitude so much, I requested him for my own HVAC problems. He is so nice and listens to every complaint and gives honest feedback even if it has nothing to do with the issue you have. He even let my curious kids help with a tape job. Fast, polite, honest and upbeat. Just ask for Mac for HVAC problems and yo uh wont be disappointed at all!

Zone has services our units for about 5 years and they have always shown up on time.. always had tech that was qualified for the task at hand. Now they call every 6 month to sch. Service and they send us Mac. Who is super nice. Always on time, keeps our unit running in perfect shape.. My wife likes him bc he is aware of her cats and always makes sure they are safe and dont get out. Always keeps everything clean. So needless to say we are very satisfied with the Zone team..

What a wonderful company! From my very first phone call to inquire about a quote- the representative was so polite. Jason was the one that came out to check out what I needed. He was thorough in reviewing my problem (cold house with zero insulation), he was patient and answered all of my questions, I didn’t feel rushed at all! He gave me all of my options and walked me through them. I finally decided to install the mini split for my guest house and the crew that came out to do the installation were great! They cleaned up after themselves and left my place in tip top shape. Two weeks after the work was done- they called me for another appointment to do a quality check and to review the new system with me( this is what made me the most impressed with this company!). I just bought my house- so I’ve gotten a lot of work done and hired a lot of different companies and NO OTHER COMPANY after finishing the job- wanted to come back on their own to check in on the completed job. Highly recommend Zone Home Solutions! They did our HVAC install on our new home. Jason was so helpful getting things put in when we needed them. We had to have our air installed so that our floors could go in . I called Jason and he had his technician out the next day! They go above and beyond taking care of customers. We signed up on their maintenance plan and Jason had a tech back out with the first couple of months after we moved in to change out the filter and to check and make sure everything was running well. Excellent service, every time! We have used their quarterly pest control for years with excellent service and no problems. We have also had an exclusion done for squirrels in the attic. Most importantly, we had a leak in our roof a couple years ago due to an accidental moving of the flashing during the exclusion. They came out immediately and repaired the roof and replaced all the drywall, carpet in the room and repainted within days. All with excellent service. I never had to call them to hunt them down, they called me!We had another small, slow leak in the same area recently, after 2 years. They, again, came out immediately, re-did the roof adding flashing and have already scheduled to repair the drywall. They are always pleasant, responsive and never hesitant about making a repair. We are in the process of selling our home and I was very stressed. They assured me throughout the process that I need not worry, they would take care of it. And they did! They take pride in their work, hard to find these days!

They come over once a year and make sure that all those hard working termites (tolling without any light and air!) stay outside the barrier. This year, though, sometime funny happened. I auto-paid they yearly fee and nobody called to set up an appointment. I was reminded somehow (the Universe is to blame ;-) and called them and asked: did we have a check up this year? They said no, and then promptly showed up the other day.. All is well.. well that is until the barrier is too weak soon after the 10 year warranty expires, and the little beings will come in with all that wood chewing hunger.. But, let tomorrow take care of tomorrow. Now is the time for us supposedly wise (sapiens?) human beings. Did I say all is well? Yes, everything is in a mess -- what could you expect? With strongmen as leaders, and sheep as their followers and people caring more for shopping malls than truth that really matters. But, why follow someone? Listen to Ralph Waldo Emerson: you are on your own path. Walk it. Trailblazers are you. Well, my loose translation.. Enjoy. And still, all is well.
