Our stove died this morning. Our local heros had the part I needed in stock then gave me the best run down on how to switch out and put in the new baking element. Saved us a lot of time and stress. Its great to live in the middle of nowhere and still have an appliance dealer that offers an excellent variety of products, We have purchased 3 appliances here. The service department is reliable and efficient. Pricing was far better than the big box stores.

Called S&S for a broken dryer, they had service tech John out in a couple days. He was great and really knew his stuff. Within an hour it was all fixed and ready to go. The cost was really reasonable too!!

Competitive prices, unparalleled customer service. My refrigerator died and they came out to fix it. They had to order a part, but I had a Christmas party the next night and was in a serious jam. John said no worries well get you a loaner fridge. I asked how long it would take and he said they would be here in 10 minutes. Im still amazed.
