Called the company today, My refrigerator had stopped cooling, They squeezed me into the schedule even though it was short notice because I was loosing my groceries. They had the part needed to fix it on the spot. It was a problem defrosting and they even defrosted the freezer as well as replacing the part in the back of the freezer that was causing the problem. It is working fine now, I just checked it. I am so happy it is done. Two men came out, both very nice and their great sense of humor kind of eased the stress a bit. I hope I dont need to use them anytime soon of course but if I do I will definitely use this company in the future.

First the good news, they are fast... 10 minutes to repair the door switch. Now for the bad. Two guys show up to replace the flick switch in the dryer door and (straight faced) they hit you with a $195.00 charge. The part costs $6.95 at Amazon! Thats $94.00 per guy for 10 minutes work!!! There ought to be a law against this type of business practice. They should prepare you when you call with an estimate range, but I guess that would defeat the purpose of getting you over the barrel before they whack you with the bill. Buyer beware.

All the work the applianceman did from Athol they have done 5 times to the cooler could of baught a new 3 door cooler by now..all wrong parts not the right copper tubing wrong compressor wrong fan ect..

John the Appliance Man who claims to be faster than an exploding shark, is a hack and a thief!!! We paid John the Appliance Man from Athol Ma. in full before he even did the job of replacing our ice maker because we trusted him as we had used him before. Well he put ice maker in it didnt work so he told me to turn the breaker off for 15 mins. which I did no luck so after calling him repeatedly he finally called back a few hrs. later and told me to turn it off for an hr. then please call him back well its been 3 wks and we still havent heard from John the Appliance Man from Athol Ma!! We had to call Stasukelis and pay them only to wait another week and a 1/2 for the part they thought would fix it but it wont so now after all this time we found out we need to buy a brand new fridge!! John the Appliance Man has stolen Christmas from my grandchildren and couldnt even be bothered to call us back. If you ever need appliances worked on call Stasukelis in Gardner theyre honest and will not rip you off at Christmas. DO NOT TRUST the APPLIANCE MAN JOHN from ATHOL MA. in fact I wouldnt trust any of the APPLIANCE MAN franchises in any state!! I would give him minus 100 stars if I could!!!
