Nearly a month went by and I had not received my tax return. Thought maybe it had to do with the pandemic, but still... thats a long time. So I call up HRblock and turns out, they FORGOT TO SUBMIT MY TAXES. I paid these people over $200 to forget to submit my taxes. What, the, hell.Lucky I called and the woman at the front is taking care of it. But man, I dont trust that it is actually getting taken care of. And I am pretty sure trust is like, in the slogan of the company.

Gail has been very helpful. Not only this year, but in previous years. She has always provided us with professional and personal service.

I am sitting in the car waiting for my partner. She had an appointment 25 minutes ago but was jumped in line by staff who took a walk-in couple who did not have an appointment. Staff said, This wont take too long. It is 25 minutes past her appointment and she has not yet been seen. She is keeping me updated via text. My partner didnt ask me to write this review, but this is so unprofessional to let pass without remark. Additionally, I have been here in the past (I have elected not to come back). I had a similar experience to Sean Wootens review.

I love the service, but the price is outrageous compared to other tax options. The tax professionals have always been amazing through the years. They are kind, caring, thorough and professional.

I have been getting my tax filing done at H & R Block for over 20 years. This year due to COVID pandemic my tax specialist allowed me to drop off all the documents. Within a few days she took care of everything. All I had to do was to stop by their reception area and sign a few forms. That was it. She made the process very easy and safe for me.

We have an HSA, after completing all the work it would not let us file online with it unless we paid 50$. I was almost certain that the only befit of the HSA on my taxes would be that it could put me in a lower tax bracket which I knew it would not for us.I paid the 50 then it said it now costs 45$ per state. Paying for the deluxe got me nothing more on my return (which I sorta thought it wouldnt) and now I have to pay more for the state return.If you run into this just print and file yourself. All you need to do is mail it in.

We have used H&R Block in Athens OH for several years. The tax professionals have been extremely helpful in helping us with multiple income sources and ensuring we are paying the correct amounts and/or getting the refunds we are due.

It was a not so pleasant event. Terrible communication skills and it really felt like there was a lack of knowledge. Kind of wish I wouldve just tried filing on my own. Definitely will not be back

I waited an hour to be seen and had an appointment at 3. Was seen at 3:50. Was charged 300 dollars for the entire thing and that doesnt include any kind of insurance/protection.
