If I were to put my experience with Don and Sally (LCR Realty) into one word, it would be AMAZING! They are energetic, well-prepared, responsive, dedicated and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns during the process, were always accessible and made me feel like I was an important client. And that’s true despite the fact I moved from out of state and had to buy my house without seeing it in person! I sought out Don Linder, Broker of LCR, to assist in finding me a property in Athens. We had a good initial conversation but things went south quickly. He promised three times to send information on specific properties to which I received nothing, even after multiple inquiries. I decided to try one last time and received zero response. I cant speak to LCR as a whole but I would certainly not recommend them under such poor leadership.

Don and Sally Linder are two of the most professional and business savvy Athens area experts you could find to work with. If you need to sell or buy property in Athens County, you should do yourself a favor and call them.

The most unprofessional and rude rental company I’ve seen in my 8 years of renting. Not sure they received any training in this business whatsoever. Charges people added fees that are not disclosed at the beginning of the lease. I would not suggest renting from this company. This town has a big problem with rental properties ripping Tennants off.
