Lady did not paint them all the way. Lady seemed mad, these are just unacceptable. Its if my daughter from kinder were to paint them LOL.

I am not a sit down person. I am always washing dishes or doing other things with my hands. I will not get a manicure again. My polish was off two nails in about 2 hours after being home. Just chipped off. Pedicure looks great. The lady that did my nails were super sweet and helpful.

Clean and fast service. Great assortment of powders and polish/gel. If there is a design you want have the picture ready for they can do it for you. Follows covid regulations.

My daughter and I regularly get our nails done and everywhere else we go is a $10 or $15 up charge for gel over regular polish. Well beware they charge $20 more for gel! So if you’re like us and do gel on your toes and fingers this place is going to cost you $40/person extra. They also were out of both colors I selected. Switched for color then they tell me they’re out of the glitter AFTER my base color is already on. Girl is nice and finds another that looks OK but they’re not great. For my daughter the girl that did her pedicure gave the manicure guy the wrong nail polish so she had two different colors on due to them getting the colors mixed up. I pointed this out and they fixed it. But to deal with all of these issues AND pay $40 extra than other places? All of our issues revolved around gel polish so I would not recommend them for that.

Im not a complainer at all, but I have been going here for a while! Always had a great job, but the last few times have been NOT SOGREAT. PEDICURE WAS DEFINITELY NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!

The nail polish came off the second day & I came back for a retouch and look how the lady left them. She didn’t paint them all the way & made me pay again.

Today I would like to introduce to solar nails salon. I am a customer who has experienced the service at solar nails for 2 years.I found the salon very clean and safe, especially when you come here, you will have beautiful manicure and pedicure before leaving the salon. here besides me, quite a lot of people I know in athens such as my teacher and close friends often come here because the shop is quite crowded so sometimes I will have to wait but everything is quite fast and is about to be arranged in the order of each customer and the appointment appointment, according to the usual or special process that makes me like to come here are the ones who made me happy and sociable and the products they made Very nice thing below I also have nail pictures from my hand taken back The general store is very good and I will come here regularly for at least 2 weeks. I will visit 1 time for beauty at solar nails..

Went in for a fill in, customer service was horrible. Lady acted like she was so mad and did not speak to me the whole time. Then rushed through my nails. Some of them aren’t even completely painted. Also asked for a design and she didn’t get anything close to the reference photo. They charged me almost $50 for a 30 minute service. Would not recommend.

I have taken my daughter here several times. Each time the wait has been minimal if at all. The staff has always been friendly. My daughter has always been happy with her nails.

I went in to get my nails done was asked to wait so I waited in lobby chair for about 10 minutes. I was moved to a pedicure chair and set there with no water for another 10 minutes when the young girl working beside me finally put some water in tub. I was waiting again while this girl was having a very loud conversation with other customers that she apparently knew from school. I was left waiting for another 20 minutes before I finally just put my wet feet in my sandals and left after waiting 40 minutes with no service. This place has no professional business ethics, take your business elsewhere.

$80 for reg spa pedi & gel mani ! my manicure was not full service as they did my nails while doing my pedi, my gelish came off in 4 days.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Always try to accommodate whatever you need. They also adhere to COVID-19 guidelines.

Very impressed with this salon! Great customer service, extremely clean, great work and impressive value. They go above & beyond. Asked for a design on my big toe and she started over one 1 toe because it wasnt perfect. I will definitely be back!!!

I gave 2 stars because i actually like the workers, but i had to stop going to them because there nails kept popping off even when i would do something simple like scratch my arm. I got my nails done on a Friday, they were literally popping off by that Monday. I dont know if there products are old or what. So i went somewhere else and now i have no more issues.

Absolutely awful experience. They tore my nails off, used the wrong color then tried to convince me it was right, then they sent me away with dry fingers, no cuticle oil or lotion. I highly discourage anyone from going here.

I came in and waited . the wait did not bother me but as i am getting my nails done john the owner is constantly moving and waiting on other customers which as an owner i completely.understand you have to.take care of others but it was constantly throughout my visit and some spots on my nails are splotgy i guess thats how you explain it i love this salon but this visit was not one of my greatest

I had an appointment at 2 pm that I had made 7 days ago. They were very busy which I understand. I waited for 15 mins for the owner to sit me at a table to do my nails. He started the soaking off process on my nails. And where things went really wrong was he proceeded to 3 other clients nails before mine. It was 3 pm at this point and I have had acetone on my nails for soaking off for 45 mins. He sat down to do a 4th clients nails and I walked out.Another random thing that bothered me was he had his prescription medication from East Side Pharmacy out for anyone to take or a child to accidentally get into. That needs to be addressed. (Station 9) the owners station.

I have gotten my nails done here about three times before, and they were just *okay* at best. Those times, however, instead of a french manicure I got tips and got them painted. I went to Daisys yesterday as Id heard good things, but couldnt get in, so my sister and I went here. Where to start...first of all, the manicure/pedicure took about an hour and a half at least. The techs use the same instruments on everyone, its never changed out, and the guy cut me on accident. They asked us to pick out a lotion for the pedicure without telling us this added on roughly $15 to the price. We got gel on our toes, and the guy did such a poor job that someone else came over and redid it without even saying anything. When I went to get my french manicure and theyre awful. It has been 24 hours since I got them done, and theyre coming off. The guy didnt ask what shape I wanted, just did them himself. The coating he gave me is bubbled up- so much so that my sister thought I got glitter. One of the white tips is broken under the fill layer, so its see through. To top it off, the guy stopped working for about 5 minutes to chit chat, and even face timed during the fill! He spent more time trying to get his phone at a good angle for face time than he did on my actual nails. And it cost me $100! Never ever ever again.

This place is FILTHY DIRTY! Not every technician that gives a manicure or pedicure is licensed so be careful, especially during busy times. There is a reason why they don’t display the State report card. I will never return here again. The only reason I gave them one star is to be able to post.

They have a great pink and white full set. I get the dark pink and it looks so good. Love this place!

I asked for acrylic which is $25 according to their price list. I selected nail polish that sits on shelves in front and sat it at the workstation. During the procedure I pointed to the polish I had chosen and he sat a basket of colored nails in front of me and instructed me to choose one of the colors because the polish dries quicker, and I did.At checkout my bill was $40 instead of $25. I asked why and he said I had gel acrylic which costs more.I paid $15 for the nail polish. What a ripoff. He never mentioned gel and nether did I. I will never go back.

This was my first time going here and I won’t be going back. My friend and I both got a pedicure here and they’re awful. It looks like I gave myself a pedicure in 2 minutes. They did not seem friendly either. We both felt very judged while being there and it was pretty obvious things were being said about us and the other guests in there. Also their “health” rating or whatever was a 100, which might be true but that seems nearly impossible no matter how clean a place is. And if they had their license up too I wouldn’t know due to decorations so conveniently placed right in front of it. This place doesn’t seem like it’s legit.

Horrible!! Young man was rough , made my feet bleed, did not talk to me the whole time, not even You do ok today? doesnt give you what you ask for!! And then expects to pay for the whole thing. I have had many pedicures.. by far one of the worst!!

They were so nice, fast, and my nails look amazing. I have only gotten my nails done three time and they have all been bad experiences but this has been the best. I love it.

Very rude. After going there twice and waiting over 45 minutes for my daughter to just get her nails painted we decided to leave. They started letting people go before us. My 2 year old just wanted to get her nails done

A very nice salon. The first time I went, I was charged $30 for a pedicure. A little pricey. Today, I was charged $40. I was annoyed but left without questioning it. I did not see a price list as is customary in most salons I have frequented. The pedicure was barely worth $30 and definitely not worth $40.

I like the location of this salon, but I will not be back. I get shellac so it will last and not chip. I paid 75.00 for mani pedi and shellac on nails and toes. In less than a week my nails were chipping. I go back up there to let them know and another girl fixed them. The guy that did my nails tried to argue with me telling me he wasnt the one who did my nails. Needless to so my nails look terrible and it hasnt been 2 weeks. There is 1 girl in there that actually takes her time and doesnt rush threw it. When she does my nails they last. I give 2 stars only bc of her. I work long hours and love to relax and take time to myself when I get the chance. I pay good money and to be rushed threw like that, nails chipping and not lasting, then being told he didnt do my nails. Im not happy

Absolutely awful experience here. My nails look awful. They look like I did them myself. Did my nails very very fast with no regard to how they looked. She charged me almost double what my normal salon costs for them to look terrible. Claimed that she gave me a manicure which consisted of no cuticals being trimmed at all and a literal 10 second hand massage. Do not waste your time or your money with this place!

Called this shop and ordered 2 gift certificates for manicures to be sent via picture to my phone. Pictures arrived with one name misspelled, which I had spelled twice over phone. The other had name scratched out and written above ( which I had given wrong at first. Both pictures had receipt attached to gift cards. Who would give gift cards like that? I texted back and said they were not acceptable and to redo or cancel order. They cancelled!!

Awful experience. No sanitation whatsoever! I have no clue how they pass state board! Nails are not even, and they are not pretty at all! Do not go here! They do not listen to you whatsoever and are very very rude.

I will never go to this place again. Worst nail job I have ever gotten! Crooked, already chipping and I was charged $25 just to change the gel polish on my toes!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I got a full set and they honestly look awful. I was almost in tears at how bad they are. When i first got in there they took me back after i picked out my color, i sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone. A lady came a filed my nails and then left and started doing someone elses nails. She came back after another 15 to 20 mins and glued the ends on and left again. I then waited an hour and some guy came and did half of them and then left. Some time later came back and finished them. My ring finger nail isnt even on all the way. Some of my actual nail is showing. There is paint on my actual fingers that he didnt clean up. And they arent the shape i wanted them and they do everything with such a hurry not caring what it looks like. Be careful going there. Worst job ever.

There is no state board of cosmetology rating posted anywhere. I had to demand sanitizer be put in the pedicure chair. All nail implements were very dirty. When the lady done my nails, I said no, did you use these implements on the last person? Suddenly she cant speak English. She then picked up a pre used file. A disposable one thats supposed to be thrown away after each client. I told her NO. She wasnt using dirty implements on me. She acted dumb. I then told her Im a licensed cosmetologist and licensed to do nails and pedicures. Told her I knew the cosmetology laws. She then got clean implements. I told her I dont want fungus. She proceeded to tell me fungus only comes from water getting under the nail. I told her true, but its also spread from person to person using dirty implements. I cant figure out how this place passes inspection. They even have the cheese graters used on rough heels in the pedicures. They have been banned by AL state Board of Cosmetology. I had to give one star to even post this, but they deserve to be shut down. Their implements were caked up and the guy went to get lotion in a bowl that had dried up lotion of different colors. My rating is thumbs down, unprofessional, not sanitary and just gross. If you want a good place, go to Fancy Nails. They take their implements out of the dry sanitizer for each client and their implements are also in barbacide.

I got dip powder. The powder started peeling 2 days later. I would rate them a zero if I could.

They are good for simple nails.
