Should be a negative star rating!!I went to this place yesterday. As he was filling up the foot tub I saw across from me the health score of only 80. I should have gotten out then. The guy didn’t do a very good job on my feet at all. They are more rough than they were when I went in. I had the super deluxe pedicure. He brings a bag of pink liquid over for me to put my foot in. It was hot wax. I mean HOT wax. I told him it was burning. He just kept pushing the hot wax up onto the top of my foot with me yelling. He tucked the bag and I had no choice but to literally snatch it off my foot. He asked if I’d had that before, no I haven’t. Well don’t do it again. I WON’T. Not there at least. I’ve done wax at home and it didn’t scald my feet and hands. He poured nail polish remover or acetone into the polish bottle to thin it. Why is it so difficult to find a good nail salon!?Folks, don’t go here. I can’t recommend anywhere as I’ve been to very few in the Athens area.

Thomas is so kind and always does a good job and he is a very honest man. They have new girls in the shop they are people pleasers ! If you haven’t been in the past 6 months to a year you should definitely give them another try.

The man who did my nails, was on his phone playing a game for the first 15 or so minutes he kept saying you want square right and I kept saying no round, then he dug so deep into my cuticle that my thumb is still sore and hurt one other finger also.Then put polish on without cutting dead skin off around cuticle and also never applied cuticle oil. He kept saying oh yes you like and I kept saying NO. anyway i left there went to Fancy across from Dairy Queen the lady there was so nice she couldnt believe the job he did and didnt fix. My nails look extremely better now also she gave me an awesome pedicure. Go to Fancy Nails they are amazing!

I cannot even Express the amount of unhappiness I have with this place. The woman that did my pedicure wasnt even licensed, my nails that the owner did for me are already falling off and it is dip powder. I am extremely unsatisfied and i would not reckoned this place to anyone. I have to nkw go pay another 45 dollars to get them done elsewhere. But I will be going there Tuesday to get a refund

New workers that are learning a new skill set but did a great job fantastic pedicure and detailed nail job and they were super friendly I def will be going back highly recommend

I will never go back to this place ever, I just move to Athens and I’m new here but I chose this one first to try out for a pedi only. They was rude the moment I walked in I knew I should have left I just felt it. A lady done my pedi she seem nice but had no idea what she was doing never got my toe nails even nor scrub my feet she only cut and trimmed on one foot I told her she missed the other one she kept right on trucking because it was closing time. She didn’t scrub my feet my feet are still awful from wearing sandals. My paint on my toes looks as if my 10 year old done it. 🤦‍♀️ They over charge and rushed me out the door. NEVER WILL I RETURN..

Wife and daughter loved it. No kids chair but they went above and beyond for my wife and daughter. Great place

His attitude was terrible and I wanted a full set and my toes polish and he told me he did not have time to do my toes because she the only one working thats not how u treat a customer period I will never return there!did not take his time painting my nails either!!

Never never never again! I got my acrylic set done less then a week ago for mother’s day and the same day my tip broke off without me doing anything but the shop was closed so I just filed them Shorter and went on about my day. Yesterday I was reading a book and two of my tips broke completely off while turning a page. I called the shop and the manager was extremely rude and made it out like I was to blame and when I asked to get them fixed he hung up on me!!!!!! So not only did he over charge me ($65 for a set) but he didn’t do the work properly nor did he have good customer service!! I really don’t want to take them off but now I have no choice.....

DO NOT COME HERE!! Spent $293 there with my sister and nieces to be told how long, style, and color we should be getting. Service was friendly but the outcome of our nails was horrible. Rushing us out the door. That is a lot of money spent... and not worth it. Will never come here again.

If you have 3 hours, $200 to waste and you’re looking for a place to be filled in on the drama of the staffs’ lives while they talk on the phone, then this is the place for you. No good luck to be found here, even thought the staff is sure NOT to get rid of the cricket infestation.Horrible job on mine and my mom’s nails. There is only ONE certified nail tech here. The owner hires UNCERTIFIED and UNTRAINED people to do manicures and pedicures. My mom ended up not getting her toes painted because we had been sitting there so long even though were the only two customers in my the “salon”.The paint on my dipped nails is so lumpy, I couldn’t tell the difference between them and a smashed armadillo on the side of the road.Probably better luck getting your nails done at the dollar store across the street.Heading to a professional to get them fixed, then I’ll head straight back to show them what they should look like and demand a refund.

I’ve had a pedicure before one other time and it was a good experience so I decided to go with my girlfriend to get another one. They charge WAY TOO MUCH and give such poor service. Don’t recommend at all

I usually let things go but not this time. I have natural nails got them done Saturday polish started peeling Sunday came back today Monday and you want to charge me $8.00. What ever happened too customer service and pride in your work, itsi all about the money😕

I was in there today around 4:15 and Thomas charged my mom and me 100$ for her nails and me a pedicure.. That was way over priced when I called and they told me 25$ for each. We most definitely want be back!!!! And I think he owes us at least half of our money back

Will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone. My daughter and I went in for pedicures and nails. While my daughter received half decent pedicure, I did not. The lady who did mine was on her headset the entire time. . My pedicure looked like a 6 year old did it. Our Nails were horrible. The owner was more concerned about who was coming in the door then doing our nails.The lady who did my pedicure had her sister bring her lunch. The sister hung out. Several ppl were waiting for pedicures so this girl volunteered to help out and do pedicures. Who know if she had a license for ot. We were over charged. Sign on door said they took American Express. The man said oh we dont. False advertising. Was just and all around horrible experience! . I would not even give them a one star but its the only way to post a review.

Awful customer service, extremely rude employees...Plus, my nails came out looking worse than if I did them at home. What a disaster.
