This was the first time I have used this nail salon, but of course after reading all the great reviews, I decided to give this nail salon a try. Let me tell you, this nail salon is by far the most friendliest, and the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Their pedicure is out of this world, they use orange slices on your legs and an exfoliante of your choice, and the quality of the polish is fantastic. I was able to actually enjoy sitting there getting a pedicure and able to enjoy a daiquiri! Then I moved on to get my full set acrylics done, they are fast at getting them done but they look absolutely stunning. So for my first time at this nail salon, went so much better than I anticipated. I highly recommend this place, and I definitely will be back.

When I go my nails always are the way I like them to be. She is quick and knows her stuff. I sold this is where I go from here on out

Excellent pedicure!! They used real oranges in pedicure along with hot stones and paraffin wax, hot towels, etc.! They also offer drinks if you have interest. Very clean and friendly!

Please be aware that it does not matter if you make an appointment when they are busy. The people are very friendly and nice, but time management is key. This is the second time we’ve made an appointment and had to wait 2 hours to get our nails done. The first time was almost 3 hours and I tried dip for the first time, my nails were smooth but the top was horrible and no clean edge, they rushed and I was picking dip from underneath my actual nail for days after. I have seen some good outcomes, but after waiting 2 hours on the second chance I won’t be returning.

Took my mom here after asking where to go for the best pedicures in town and we were not disappointed. We were walk-ins on a Friday and they took us back right away. (They did tell us that they can get pretty busy, so an appointment would be a good idea if you want to be sure you can get in right away.) Very clean, friendly, gentle, and took their time. Nail tools in sterile packaging. Foot basin lined with plastic liner. I will definitely be back.

While they have a very pleasant atmosphere and friendly service, the actual work is a little sloppy and unfinished. Great for a training spot though. Keep up the good work ladies.

The salon was short staffed but the owners showed their appreciation for my patience and understanding. I had a dip powder manicure and was very impressed with her work. I did not get a pedicure on this particular visit but the facility was clean.

Had an amazing experience getting a pedicure this afternoon. She used a red orange to exfoliate my skin and it felt very refreshing. Then did so good with the massage. Very nice friendly staff! Everything is cleaned and sanitized. By far the best place in Athens for nails! I’ll definitely be back!

My first time going and getting my nails done. I got them dipped. It was one of the best experiences! Gentle. Fingers didnt hurt or anything during or after, and did an excellent job! Oh yeah, and many many many colors to pick from!! Excellent Customer Service. I got exactly what I wanted!! I will be going back!!

Was told the wait would be a few minutes and 45 minutes later the technician started only to go attend to another client on the middle of my services. I requested the dip powder nails. No filling of my nails were done. Tech put the powder on and finished with a gel coating. If I wanted gel, I would have requested gel. My nails are uneven, lumpy, and the power dried all over my skin. My cuticles were not addressed. The pedicure I received felt like it was done by a student. This place needs qualified technicians to do the job, not students.

To be honest. i’m picky, but if i am paying them, i should be able to be picky. my nail tech was a guy and said he had been doing nails for many many years. when i went to get a fill in, i had 3 broken nails and a cracked nail. the broken nails that he fixed were not bad, but the ones that he had filled in were lifting before the fill in because it had been 3+ weeks since i had one and he left it and put more acrylic over it. and same for the cracked nail. well on the cracked one, my acrylic and my real nail split down the middle causing it to gush blood. basically the overall message is that my nail tech that day seemed to be in a rush to get finished and missed the small details that matters pretty much the most. also, they have a side pocket for drill bits and they appear used, same as with the file. other than that, the actual place seems clean and the employees are nice.

I am SO happy this place is in Athens!! It is sparkling clean and had so many selections to choose from! Using fresh oranges as an exfoliant was amazing. My husband even had a pedicure and his feet look human again! I would recommend this place to anyone and I cant wait to go back. Hailey did an excellent job as well as Chrissy!

This was such a wonderful experience. The moment I walked in, I felt welcome and relaxed. Christy took her time on my pedicure and it turned out beautiful. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. I will be back!

I just left the nail salon with fresh nails and toes and they are exactly what I wanted and look great! Lily and Kevin were very friendly and so was the woman who did my feet (I forgot to ask her name). They greeted me by name, checked in regularly to make sure I got what I wanted and made my time pleasant. The salon is sooo clean and nice and while I did have to wait a little longer than expected, it was worth it and I will go back.

Headed to a different salon and saw L&S in Athens had newly opened, thought I’d give them a try. Wow, so glad I did. Beautiful furnishings, calming atmosphere to start. Kevin did a wonderful job with my toes, but the massage with fresh oranges was heavenly. Due to Parkinson’s, my feet and legs are always in pain. Kevin’s just so touch massaging my legs and feet, afforded me not only pretty toes, but relaxed legs and toes as well. In addition, they offer and serve a choice of H2O, soda, even a tangy margarita! Found my new go to for pretty nails and relaxation. Thank y’all

This place is the best place to have your nails done. They are so sweet and do a great job. Today I had a pedicure and it was the first time in my life and christy done them and she did an amazing job. I was so relaxed. I will be going here from now on. Fabulous place.

I made an appointment for 1:00 three days before my bridal portraits. I got there at 1:00 and wasn’t given a chair until 1:45. People were walking in asking a time to return and they were giving very random times in response. A lady next to me walked out angry in the middle of her manicure because she had been there for two hours and was just then getting her nails filed. The man doing her nails came directly to me, and did not do at all the very basic French acrylic I was asking him for. He didn’t pay attention at all to my cuticles, cut the shape into a totally different shape than I asked for, and by the time I could tell him, I had completely ran out of time because I had an appointment in Cleveland at 3:30. The lady that left called to complain and the worker that answered started talking badly about her to other customers saying she should know it takes time. I don’t leave negative reviews ever, but the purpose of an appointment is to set a time and the remainder of my day was rushed and my nails did not have time to be fixed for a very important event.

First time customer, I highly recommend Toni. She was so sweet and did an amazing job on my pedicure and manicure, the owners were super nice as well; however, some of the other ladies were a bit unfriendly. I will definitely be going to back and asking for Toni. Good customer service goes a long way. :-)

This salon is the cleanest I have ever stepped foot in. Their customer service is amazing. Their work is awesome they offer free drinks from sodas. Beer, margaritas and wine. Go now you wont be disappointed.

I must have went at an unusually busy time, but I didnt have the best of services. While I was a walk in, I waited about 30 minutes in a pedicure chair before someone turned on the water and another 60 minutes before I was serviced. Then, I requested the signature pedicure and basically got the regular instead, paying more than what I actually got. I almost felt like I was rushed through my pedicure rather than giving my feet the TLC they deserved. I cant say I had happy feet walking out.

My normal nail salon was booked up on New Year’s Eve so I came to L & S Nails Spa and so glad I did! Everyone was friendly and the salon is very nice and clean. I got a deluxe pedicure and deluxe manicure. Will be going here from now on! Thank you!
