I love the work they do normally don’t have a problem. But sitting here for 2 hours and still not waited on and everyone else walks in and sits down. Like hello. Tell me it will be an hour and here we are 2 hours later. I mean I understand you get busy but when you have 2 people that don’t come out of the office to help when your this backed up is not right or good for your customers

The worst nail salon I have ever been to!!!! My nails have humps in them. The tech sat at her husbands desk and talked on her phone the entire time. She literally got up twice during my service to chat with her buddy. Its like I was invisible. Now I know why this place was dead on a Friday. My nails were also done poorly. Its not cheap and its a shame.

When asked what I want done with my natural nails I asked for the gel to be removed and just a French tip look on my nails. My nail tech was rude and very insistent that I do gel or shellac because it will keep my nails strong, I proceeded to tell her I could no longer afford that service and in my irritated explanation she walked away. She also had another client she was doing a gel refill and I had to wait for her to finish her. Polish is already coming off...never again will I go there.

I have been to multiple nail salons before. Never have I had to pay extra for the length of my nails. I always get medium length nails with normal color nail polish. The woman doing my nails asked how much I was paying and when I responded 30$ (Which was the price for a full set) she proceeded to cut my nails SHORT. She stated to have medium length nails I would have to pay 38$. She was also so rough with my hands that she left two cuts on them. I paid 30$ for nails that look like my own. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Pedicure was perfect. The attendant was professional and polite. All equipment was clean and he took great care to get everything just right. Was super surprised as the rating is low, will definitely be back.

Had my nails done. Less than a week later they were peeling off. I went back and ask them to fix it. Waited over an hour and then the lady that was talking to me about doing my nails just got up and walked off!

Not the usual good service I usually get there this visit.

I stopped in this morning for a full set, young man took his time and they are amazing! I love my nails! Will be back for sure!

I’ve been to so many nail salons during my life and I have determined after many times of coming here..it is the best. No matter what nail tech I get, it is always excellent work. I’ve been here at least ten different times and have never been unhappy. I had a nail chip the next day after getting it done ONE time but they fixed it free of charge. This is the best place in Athens hands down.

They don’t do what you ask for. The guys CANT do nails.. and they say oh well when you tell them you have a problem. He didn’t put enough powder on them, he barely painted the whole nail...

The lady left in the middle of service, poor nail technician. I had gel on the skin around my nails, had bubbles in them just overall bad

Me, my mom and 2 sisters have been getting our nails done here for years. But after today they lost 4 customers. We all had our nails done on sat. It was a pleasant experience until I got ho me and actually looked closely at my nails. On both hands my last two fingers were only partly done. I paid 45 for the gel. On each side there was a huge gap. The first chance i had I went back in to have her fix the issue. It was no big deal I just wanted it fixed. When I got there I told her what the problem was, she began to argue that in a couple days the nails grow and that happens. I told her my nails do not grow sideways and they do not grow in a few hours time. She continued to argue with me about it. I told her I guess that just 4 of my nails grew and not the rest and that It was a miracle cause they grew outwards. She rolled her eyes and started to fix the nails. The whole time she kept telling me that I was lieing and she did not make the mistake. I finally told her to stop arguing with me and fix my nails then I wld leave and would not be back. She stopped talking to me after that. She was quit for a few minutes then started talking to the other employees in there language. She told them how I was a stupid white girl and didnt know anything and how she didnt need my business. The other employees did not respond to get cause they could see the look on my face and knew I understood every single word she was saying. When she finished she did not say a word she just picked up her phone and turned her back to me. I stood up and told her that if she was going to talk bad about someone at least make sure that the person did not understand the language she was speaking, I turned and left and will never return. People make mistakes. She should have apologized and fixed the issue. I would have came back. Instead she was rude and argued with me and talked bad about me. She acted like she could care less if she had any business. It took everything I had to stay seated and let her fix her mistake. What I wanted to do was slap her in the mouth. Me and my family have spent way to much money in that place to be treated with such disrespect. Karma will always come around and it will come around to her eventually. I do not recommend that anyone spend a penny at this place.

I would give 0 stars if possible. More than one terrible experience here and will never return. The customer service is a joke. Got a pedicure on one occasion and their towels to wrap your legs with were so hot i was burned. One tech in general is the rudest woman i have ever met. She becomes upset if you ask for anything she doesn’t feel like doing, and if you contradict what she suggests for you, hold on tight because she’ll continue on and be as rough as she can on your nails and cuticles and give you the worst nail set of your life. Also becomes upset with you if you decline her repetitive suggestive selling. If you ask for a cut down or reshape, they will argue your nails are lifting or chipping, want to charge you for a removal and then a brand new set. And don’t look around too much while your in there or you’ll see several unsanitary practices. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

THey do good with toes but when I got my nails done within two days two of my nails had came completely off

Every time I go my fingers will burn and I never had that happened before till I went their.

I would give a 0% if I could. I literally have gaps in my nails, cracks and chips in my toes. He messed up everything . It was in total 60$ . For that kind of money I expect service. They arent friendly at all, I regret ever going there. They are literally bad at everything that do. He cut my finger, and left my nails really sore. Never go there, too expensive and crappy service. They also dont even have there prices posted. So they probably decide the prices randomly. Its rediculous.

They get a zero in customer service. My nails turned brown and cracked. I wanted white gel polish on gel nails. They charged me $45 . The next day my nails started cracking and turning a brownish color. I went back in to see if she would just paint them a different color but she wanted to charge me again saying white does that. She did not tell me that the day I got them done. I will never go back there again. So rude.

Techs treated me rudely because I asked for something to be done differently than they wanted to do it. I am a licensed cosmologist so I do know what can and cant be done. Their way was the fast lazy way.

Ive actually only had positive experiences at DaVi. I get the dip powder and they look natural. Most people think theyre my real nails. I just wish they had more powder colors available. Lava nails was recomended and I tried them. My fingers are still sore two days later and they look like a bubble (dont really know how to describe them). Anyways will only go to DaVi from now on.

SCAM!!!!! My 1st visit I had no problems,showed them a picture of what I wanted and agreed on what it would cost and I was satisfied, but my 2nd visit, I showed them what I wanted, agreed on a price and when I went to check out they told me it would be $5 more??? I was told because it took them EXTRA TIME to perform the service?? So, I paid the extra $. This was my 3rd visit to Davi Nails and after speaking with Sandy, we agreed on a price for my nails & toes. They began with my toes and asked what color I wanted? I told them the colors in the picture of the design I showed you. They started to pic out the colors and when I wanted the shades lighter not darker then they started telling me I charge you more for more than 2 colors? I said, NO, we already agreed on a price, you saw the picture with all of the colors and you agreed to perform the service I wanted for a price and I will not pay more. They began yelling at me and told me to get out. They never finished ANY service on me, made me pay half of what I was quoted or they would call the police!!!!! They also banned me from returning to them.( well they dont need to worry about that!) I paid and left. I later found out that if you pay for a service with the Visa/Debit and the service was not performed, the bank will reverse the charges. I am posting this because Im sure this has happened to many others whom have had a service performed with them. It is ILLEGAL for them to quote one price and then change it when you pay, unless YOU changed what you wanted done. These type of nail places use the fact that there is a language barrier and try to tell us that we did not hear them correctly!! IF THIS EVER HAPPENS TO YOU, STOP AND REFUSE TO PAY THEM MORE!!!!

The worst manicure I have ever had. The man doing my manicure cut my toe and had a hard time getting the bleeding to stop. I will never go back there.

They are amazing I got acrylics and a Christmas paint but she did kinda just flick my fingers away and she used the cutical snips on a bottle of glue and then my hands but everything else was amazing
