They dont pick up all the garbage leave a mess to be cleaned up on Shannon Rd.

I have been using this service for years, because Limestone County does not pick up even grass clippings. The people have always been very polite and helpful.

Terrible service guys so lazy they see a little bit of water in garbage can they don’t lift it at all they said the bag was to heavy LOL best thing to do is to is throw out less trash as possible my 5 yr old stronger then those grown men

It would be nice if the person at intake or the shack would answer the phone . Then you can wouldn’t have someone mad when they drove from east limestone to the dump when you taking a very early lunch break at 11 . Communication is a huge benefit for everyone.

Showed up at 7 am to dispose a trailer load and was told the internet was down and they couldnt do anything and wasnt allowing anyone to dump. I came back at 3:15 and was told it is still down and they are not taking anyone today. They have no back up system in place and if the internet goes down your SOL.

Dont much to say about this place, if you need to get rid of some stuff take it here

Its a garbage dump! I have never had any problems with the people at the transfer station. Service / check-out was friendly and quick. Although I do caution people if they attend the free dump day to get there early. The line does get very long and some people have a lot to dump and are not efficient at off loading.

Will not answer there phone . Been calling them all day

Missed my garbage pick up and I needed to get rid of the garbage. When I arrived at the waste station, everyone was very nice.

Drove 30 minutes to empty a trailer. When I arrived, the gate was half opened. Since it was 22 minutes before they closed, I walked in to ask them if I could empty my trailer. The guy who was working said their internet was down so they couldn’t process checks, and/or debit/cards. I completely understood that, then I asked the guy if they took cash and he said no. Getting more aggravated, I kindly asked him if he could open the gate so I could turn my trailer around. (keep in mind this is at least 20 minutes BEFORE they are scheduled to close). He refused to do so and said “you should be able to make a u turn.” I told him I wasn’t very good at backing a trailer up, and he still refused to open it. Not only was it a narrow road but there were two semi trucks blocking me in. Long story short I had to make a u turn with a 10 foot trailer pulled in my long wheel base truck and drive through the ditch to make it out. Customer service was almost as sh***y as what was on my trailer.

Went to the landfill Saturday morning at 8am when it opened. No workers were there so we in line until 9am hoping someone would show up.
