Absolute worst company I have ever used. After canceling service due to poor quality i recieved multiple bills. On 3 occasions I contacted them and squared the bills away. On the last straw they told me to put out my container out so they could pick it up. Then proceeded to charge me 50 dollars for container pick-up. This was never mentioned to me so now I owe them money again. Avoid this company like the plague. Use anyone besides them. Update: now apparently I have a credit with them due to being over charged. The saga continues.

WARNING!! Do not use this company, they are thieves! I set up auto-pay on my home and when I sold it and canceled the account they refused to give me a cancellation number. They continued to charge my bank account automatically for two years. I constantly called and they said that they would handle it, but never did. I still have not got a refund of the money. They just give you the runaround, and say they will call you back just to get you off the phone.

They have not picked up my trash in over 2 weeks ! Poor service . I asked about getting another trash bin added and never got an answer back as well .

Constant fight with service, I would never contract with ever again..... They can never remember where trash can should be replaced, rather they leave it so it blocks my driveway.........

They take advantage of being the only trash company in my area. They are way overpriced and costumer service is non existent! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

Started receiving service right after I moved in told them I needed one can but that the first month would have extra things by the road they assured me that wasnt a problem so the first two weeks went great third week they moved stuff out of way to empty just their can when I called in and complained about it they said they would schedule pick up Monday here it is Thursday and still not picked up I called again today and they basically blew me off

Unreliable corporate giant that does not care about their customers. Pretty much increase their price each year. Sometimes they pick up and sometimes they dont. No options for picking up old furniture. If a neighbor sets out trash next to your cans without setting up service with them they stop picking up and call you to complain. I figured it was a business opportunity for them to call the neighbor and try to get their business. Apparently Republic is too busy to do that but they have time to call me to harass me over the extra cans. Some of their many customer service representatives are polite but most are rude. Caution, even though we had no contract with them, when we stopped service they made us pay over $70 per trash can for them to pick them up. I offered to take the can to them but they claimed that was not an option even though they have offices in the next county south as well as the next county east. I see the charge as a service termination penalty.

Never had so many problems with a trash company in my life. Total clown show at Republic. No point in calling them and trying to get help. There is a reason all of their reviews are negative.

Overpriced for service, missed pickups & now that I have cancelled service with them, they are trying to bill me $54 for picking up THEIR containers; I am NOT paying them for picking up something that velongs to THEM!!!!!! Would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE!!!

Great reviews Republic. Seems like no one likes your service and your lack of interest in keeping your customers happy is a top priority. Your business needs an overhaul. Fire everyone and start over

Horrible customer service and they charge you a ridiculous amount for service. The base is $19/month for one regular trash bin and one recycle bin. By the time they tax you and charge fuel charges its $33+ per month. They also charge $45 just to deliver your trash bins. Horrible horrible horrible company

Worst ran business ever!!!!  I originally called and set up account on 4/18, supposed to have a trash can delivered by 4/28. They no showed. I called on 5/8 they said we would have our trash can by 5/15 they no showed again. I called on 5/16 @ 7:30am they said trash can was in route, I called again 3pm said trash can would by here by 6pm @ 6:30 still No trash can so called again they said  it would be here by 5/18. They finally showed at 5pm. First actual trash pick up was supposed to be 5/25 which was a no show (I even called twice to make sure I wouldnt be forgotten about again). So I called they said they would definitely pick up on 5/26 (on 5/26 I called to make sure I wouldnt get missed again) and again they was no show. I called they said they would be here 5/30 and I wouldnt get billed and they was sorry  blah blah and once again no show! Now Ill call tomorrow and they can come get their trash can!

Terrible customer service and the sales reps are totally incompetent. I have called customer service about my bill 5 times and they still havent resolved the problem.

Worst Trash Service Ever.. we were with G man services for 10 years then 2 years ago they were bought out by republic and the problems started.. i called in waiting in Q for 40+ mins one day, then the next for about 20 mins and then once i got to talk to someone about the missed trash pick up, she said oh no worries, we will send someone right out, ok, i said, if im going to be charged extra i can just wait until next week.. she said there is no extra charge.. im like ok cool, then we started talking about my bill being 26.03 and how everyone else is paying 19 dollars a month, she said oh i can get you down to 23 a month, i said great ok, well a week later and i get a bill for 48.34 almost double what we were paying.. so i call in again, waiting days to finally get someone, i said something about the wait time, she said oh there is 600+ people in Q right now.. wow i said over 600 people calling in about their trash problems with this company, ok moving on, so i told her about my problem and well after fixing everything now our bill is more than it used to be, its 26.40 like .37 cent more lol.. i canceled my service and called Hannas Rural Sanitation now i only pay 21 a month no hidden fees to trick you into paying extra money.. and you get a free trash container delivered no charge .. no hassle... be careful with republic services.. so they dont over charge you and trick you into paying more than you should.. we had well over 10 years with G man trash then a little over a year after republic takes over its been nothing but trouble missed pick ups and extra money.. Republic Services gets a :( THUMBS DOWN :( BIG TIME :(

Ive been a customer for over a year. Without telling me they raised my rates, and now are charging me separately for that bill. When I called to ask why I am told, that is how it is and nothing can be done about it.Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE

This trash service is the worst they haven’t picked up the trash in 19 days every time I report miss trash by phone or email they still won’t pick it up.....they put you on hold for hours. Supervisor won’t call you back......but they send you a bill for a full months service ok you haven’t pick the trash up in 19 days

HORRIBLE! Had service for 6 weeks and only picked up ONCE and that was because I called them. I called every week for missed service and was promised it would be picked up the next day. They never came. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!
