I just purchased a new John Deere tractor from Ag-Pro, Athens TN. Excellent customer service! Answered all of my questions. Made sure that I had everything I needed. Educated me on how to use it and all of my implements. Ross, made the process easy and non stressful. He listened to what my needs were and didn’t try to sell me something more than I needed. Went to purchase parts for my mower. The parts man I spoke with was very argumentative. So I left him with his smart attitude and parts. The next day I drove to Athens Tn. to another Ag-Pro dealership where I talked to by a very nice parts man and made my purchase. Later that day I told a friend about my experience. He had a similar situation at Ag-Pro and has never returned. Be your own judge.

Bought a brand new 5065E I had it for 4 months when the AC stop working. AgPro came out to fix it under warranty but charged me $327 for drive time and mileage. What a joke. That should have been covered under warranty as well in my opinion since it was clearly defective from the factory.

Had trouble locally in getting good advice regarding seed and fertilizer so we drove to Ag-Pro in Athens from Cleveland. Talked to Andy on the phone and again when I got to the store. He spent lots of time with me explaining the reasons and science behind his recommendations. Seed and fertilizer are probably the same most places. Friendly service and we’ll informed advice make all the difference. Definitely will shop there in the future.

I have purchased a skid steer and mower from Ag Pro of Athens and have had nothing but great experiences. The salesman and manager were both great and made the buying process enjoyable. Will be doing business with them again!

Spent 17k on a Can am and bought the $1400 36 month priority maintenance plan that they talked me into, then low and behold they quit selling them less than a month later and hadnt told me that they were in the process of doing that before my purchase. So I pretty much just had to eat that $1400 because I cant beg a second party to accept it.

I have a John Deere 4066 that had a recall. Josh went out of his way to help me get the mandatory service scheduled and Carl who serviced my tractor did a fantastic job and was great to meet. I will definitely be using Ag-Pro in the future for service and when looking for new equipment- appreciate the good work and help.

Looked at the tractors for a good twenty minutes before we decided to call because it became apparent that a sales rep wasn’t coming. So we called and after the phone rang and rang someone finally answered and we talked to probably one of the worst sales people i have ever spoken to. He definitely didnt put in any effort to make a sale, he sounded almost as if it was chore to answer our questions. Will be purchasing a tractor but it will not be from here.

Beware of this outfit as of today, 03/27/2020. I worked a deal with them today on a pre-owned trade and got a text agreement from the salesman who got approval to sell the unit from the manager. I sent them my Drivers License and agreed to take delivery tomorrow. The salesman said he would put a sold sign on the unit and looked forward to meeting me tomorrow. Got a text an hour later telling me they now had another interested party to the unit they had already committed to me. I’m a retired GA Car Dealer and had we treated customers like this, we would not have stayed in business. Beware dealing with these folks. Bad business practice!!!

We bought a Polaris from Ritchie Tractor and they got bought out by Ag Pro. Ag Pro is not standing good for Ritchie debts. We were a customer of both and will never buy anything again. We bought nerf bars for our side by side and paid to have them installed. When we finally found where they were (our sales man took them home when Ritchie closed doors) we had to have them put on somewhere else. I feel like someone should be responsible for money already paid and work not complete.

Went in two weeks ago purchased a Stihl weed eater for my grandmother it was a little to big than what she wanted she has done business with them for many years I called to see if I could return. I was going to buy a smaller one but Mike in sales says they have a all sales are final this thing has never even had gas in it. Suggested I put it on creglist I do not Recommend there company. Very hateful... Bad customer service.

Friendly service, in and out faster than I thought it would be. A little on the pricey side but I feel like they did do a great job and I was treated with respect.

Excellent customer service. We bought a zero turn tractor. Our salesman was Barrett Barnette. He treated us right and I would recommend him.

Mostly friendly. They do pretty good work, but hey, its John Deere so stuffs high. My pullies were shot with less than 400 hours on my LT160 and the hood broke in the wind. I hate to see my stuff sit out in the elements but I realize it would be costly to provide a roof for all the customer stuff

Had a bad experience with the Cleveland store a very unfriendly bunch at the service and parts counter,I went to Athens and the difference is night and day I was helped by Cody in parts he was very helpful and very proactive.I make the trip to Athens to get all my parts from now on.

Barrett did a great job helping me pick the right machine and getting it financed. I will absolutely be back to buy more in the future.
