Very last minute work needed 1:00 in the afternoon and they somehow manage to squeeze me in.I pull up this place is nice clean and busy all bays are full and tow trucks bringing more to them as I wait.Customer service is excellent as they make certain we are comfortable while we wait as they try to repair all the many vehicles in the bays.No rush fee no surprise fees but extremely reasonable rates and friendly people, I will be back. Great service center! I bought a set of rims for my car and went there for new tires. The staff was friendly and Allen went out of his way, to help find the correct tires for the fit and look that I wanted for my vehicle. The price was right in line with the industry, so no complaints. The can-do attitude is what won me over. By far the worst experience in my life !! I took my 88 ford f150 there to have some stuff worked out of that claimed they Fixed after I paid 1300 for it and got ot home i had to fix everything I asked them to fix ! The only people there are liers who hides behind God and say they are Christians They are nonething more than a thief

By far the worst experience our family has ever gone through. Our Jeep wrangler 98 needed a new engine so our family used Auto logic years ago and thought it would be a good place. It wasnt. They held the jeep for a few days short of a month and each time we called they would bring up another problem and needed more $$ ended up costing $4,500 and change.After getting it home we realized our radio was not working (it worked perfectly before it went in ) and the battery wasnt hooked up correctly or even seated correctly. It moved around and actually melted a big part of the body on the jeep which could have caused a fire. Each time you shut it off it would not start up unless you tapped the top connector. We tightened and seated it ourselves. When asked Allen told me he had no clue because they didnt mess with it then later learned they had taken it apart. . Then not a week later this engine blew. When we took it back they told us and the warranty place it was our fault in some way. Thankfully they told A.L. to send them the engine and sent the new replacement one. Weeks after weeks go by with no call I told them we are coming to get our jeep today. they tell us it would be $480 because they had to put new spark plugs and a few other off the wall things. We go get it and after just two days the whole jeep is jerking bucking and dying going to work. The throttle body harness has exposed melted wires which should have been fixed. And this should have been done a month ago when it was first in the shop it was not something new that WE caused. So we took it to TDG in by charleston who fixed it in 3 days. They said whoever worked on it before had done a few things that made them wonder what the heck was going on there but they fixed it. I am not a hard customer and I am not a rudeperson. But they didnt even call to say when they found something or a problem they just did it and added to our bill. That is not how it works you are supposed to clear it with the owners first. And when I would call they told us it would be ready on a certain day then on that day I would call and thats when they said another issue came up and they were working on it so another week was added to our wait ... This happened at least 5 times if not more. i DO NOT RECOMMEND AUTO LOGIC TO ANYONE. If there were a way to put negative stars i would give it a -10 star rating.

This review is for towing. I had a car towed today from one mechanic shop to another. I called shortly after 4pm, and my car was picked up and delivered safely within 30 minutes.

I would never go anywhere else. When you find an honest place to work on your car, why risk it? You guys are great and I recommend you to everyone. You dont gripe when you have to work on my car after I haul a pig or emu or something in it and you understand when I say my car sounds like someone is beating a possum to death with a persimmon log. No one else understands me like that! Thanks for always doing a great job and not charging me an arm and a leg and piglet!1-4-14 Went back a year later, just a few weeks ago, No one will ever be able to find a more trustworthy, caring, fair, reasonably priced, genuine place to get your car repaired in this area or anywhere else. My little Accent was fixed perfectly, a good price and is now fit to haul chickens and sheep this Spring!

Charged me 45 dollars for a phone call basically.they stated it was diagnostics but they just called to see what a warranty would cover. This is after I already paid 71 dollars for an actual dignostics on our truck. And when I asked what the 45 dollars was for the guy basically said my time. I wont be going back there.

Took my car to them a few years ago for a slight misfire.They ordered the wrong wiring harness, butchered it and my old one to connect them together and then charged me $300 and my car had to be towed out of their shop where the misfire was now a no run condition. I fixed it myself after that for $35.

I called twice and was repectful mind you to simply get a estimate and they couldnt call me back like they said they would just over sum control arms to be replaced and fixed. I guess they dont supply sevice to everybody and they pick who they want to do business with. Pathetic! Save yourself some time and go where theyll do what they say theyre going to do.

After having the vehicle towed by AAA to this repair shop we were given an estimate for repairs of $540, only to have them come back wanting $100 plus dollars more. Really dont think the mechanic was qualified to work on imports. Went to pick it the vehicle up and the check engine light was on, that was not on when it was left There. Could not recommend them.

This is the kind of guy who will tow a vehicle off of my private property at the request of a crackhead and refuse to return it i could have pressed grand theft auto
