Jay came by during the agreed upon time, even after a last minute change of schedule to a different day in the same week. Within a few minutes of arrival, he had identified the issue with my oven. Overall, it took him less than an hour to repair my issue that had been plaguing us for 3 months. Very reasonable price in the end. Cannot recommend this guy enough and I should have called him years ago. Literally saved us 2000$. Thanks Jay!

This guy just charged me $229 to replace a $40 drain pump on my dishwasher that took 30 minutes total. His line item pricing was $75 for labor, $75 for the pump and $79 for the service call. When I called him out on the fact that he charged $159 plus profited $35 off of the part for a job that took 30 minutes he tried to justify it by saying his gas and drive time. I reminded him that his business was 10 miles round trip from his business to my house and back. Moral of the story.... Don’t use Jay’s, use Angie’s list or another company that won’t rip you off.

Wife had a bad day with dryer apparently while I was at work , went to Jays to check fuse , fuse was fine , Hunter came out apparently fuse was fine and Hunter took care of putting all back together and as of now it’s working just fine , if it stops agin will be a new set brought in .

They came out to look at my washer and nothing was wrong with it I am just a idiot. He didnt charge me anything and was very nice. I will use them from now on, its hard to find honest people. They were very honest and helpful.

Add this to the list of things that you dont want to happen... Your ice maker goes out in the middle of a pandemic and Alabama summer. I am thankful that Lowes warranty center sent Jay my way. He came out (on time) and diagnosed the machine. Turns out I needed a new one. He gave me and ETA on the arrival of the new ice maker. A week later I received a call and they came right out (again on time) and got me up and going. Thanks again Jay!!

Jay was AMAZING! He had to make 5-6 trips to my house to get to the root of the problem with my refrigerator and he did. Quality of work was great. He was always accommodating, professional and very good at his job! I would highly recommend him.

When we finally got my washer home after two months of back and forth talking we found that the washer was never even checked to see if it needed the part we were told it needed. We took the back off the washer and in plain site was a wire burned into. We were going to be charged for a part (that never came in) and also for service of checking it out. We fixed the washer ourselves and its working like a new one. My husband had the washer fixed in less then 10 mins. Not good business skills or customer skills. Weve had Kenmore appliances for 20 yrs. This is the only trouble Weve ever had and all the washer needed was a wire fixed. Not a 35.00 part and 75.00 service job. Not good, Jays appliance.

He came out after 3 days of calling. Was 3 to 4 hours late for appointment. Jay seemed very nice and professional. Took about 30 min to diagnose the problem and explained to me what needed to be done. This was a Friday afternoon so he would have to order parts. The next week on Thursday I havent heard anything at all so I called. I got a call back and basically I had been totally forgotten about but with an apology that he dropped the ball. Now I have mad wife

Horrible service! Had my washer over a month before it was even looked at and I had to call then. Called 4 times with NO results. Promised the part would be here in 3 days...that was over a week ago. I would not recommend this place to anyone if you are in a hurry for your appliance. Dont know how he has any business because this place is NOT reliable.

Diagnosed the problem with my fridge immediately, advised me how to get it repaired under warranty. Saved me a bundle and didnt charge me anything.

Had back surgery ask jay to help move drier back in place ,jay with his son wanted 90 dollars to move it,not a decent human being.

I was very disappointed in this business. I called for service and was told they would be there in two days never called or showed up called back a few days later to see what happened he said he was busy so I setup another appointment still no call no show.. called him and he said he was busy.....he could have at least called me to let me knw instead of me waiting on him on two different occasions.
