Great experience. Returned phone calls (unlike two other places I called). Actually showed up exactly on time. Very polite and professional. Masked (which last year would have been terrifying, given the pandemic, this year was a plus!). Very reasonably priced. Fixed the problem quickly. Exceptional experience. I called for a repair on my washer & because Im not located in town they flat refuse to even come out to fix or look at my machine. Can someone explain customer service to people like this?

He readily shares his opinions and lets me know my options. I have full confidence in him and have always found him to be friendly, timely and reasonably priced. We were hoping our front-loading washer wasnt doomed... we felt very comfortable & confident in Terrys professional knowledge. Were thrilled he didnt leave a mess & his price was very fair.

We called because our refrigerator was just not getting cold and we were praying we did not have to replace it and I can happily report that it was fixed 100% and we were extremely happy with the service and would highly recommended this business to anyone !!!! DO NOT USE Four Seasons Appliance Repair! They ripped us off! They charged us $90 to spend 40 minutes here looking at our washer. Terry spent 90% of the time complaining about plastic parts of the washer and 10% of the time breaking our washer. He was an hour late to start off with, then he broke off a plastic piece on the bottom which left it to leak. His final suggestion was to unplug and plug it back in to reset it. Then he left! I have called to request resolution, however they are unwilling to work on an acceptable compromise. BAD BUSINESS!
