These guys do great work, but more importantly, they are trustworthy. In the past, Ive been sold faulty (read: POS) wiper blades, and told to get all kinds of services my car didnt need by other oil change companies. Well thats all behind me now.Im decidedly a forever customer of Lube N Go. Because customer service matters as much to me as the quality of the service to my car.These guys are simply the best.

The team at this location is awesome. They are always so nice and professional. I always feel safe dropping my vehicle and knowing they will do what is needed, give recommendations but never “push” what I don’t need done to my vehicle like other service centers. I had moved around between a few places over the years and then found this place and haven’t been elsewhere since my first visit a couple years back. Every time I leave I think I need to leave a review (which I rarely do for anything) but this crew deserves the acknowledgement.Kevin is especially awesome. The last two times I’ve come back to pick up my car with groceries in hand he has greeted me and helped load in the car. Kindness and customer service wins people! I Pulled in, got my car smogged and the oil changed for a Hundred bucks. even played the Ms Pacman video game they have in their clean and tidy lobby while I was there, which helped the time fly by. . Starbucks next door if you need a coffee.. just perfect in & out with super small town friendly professional service.. cant ask for more highly recommended.

I took my vehicle to receive its oil change and filter change all was well and I was told the work has been done so I paid for the service. I usually change it myself since I’m a mechanic also but didn’t have time so I decided to check when I got home my oil was changed but my filter was untouched and still had dust on it and all around since it was never changed. I confronted them about it only for them to own up and tell me that they did not change the filter. These people are crooks take your vehicle elsewhere they will charge you for services they did not perform.

I have been coming here ever since they opened. All of the guys there are awesome! They treat me very good every visit! I drive a lot for my job so I am here every other month. The car wash is the best in town, about the only one that actually puts soap on your car! I had some gunk on my fender and the guys helped me get it off. They are honest about what services you need. The lobby is always clean and comfortable to wait in. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles here!

Been going here for many years, multiple vehicles. They remember me. They treat everyone with respect and honesty. No heavy up-selling, just accurate and professional suggestions. Full service is truly full service with them doing lots of little extras like cleaning windows, filling wiper fluid, greasing door hinges, checking air filter, refilling tire pressure, etc. The crew works very well together, it is almost like watching an orchestrated show.

My family only goes to lube n go and have been for almost two years. If we cant be seen there because they dont have the equipment than well go wherever they recommend. Their honest, quick, friendly not only to myself but my kids. I highly recommend them. James is our go-to Every. Single. Time. Hes awesome!!!

Went in for an oil change only and the guy tried to upsell me. Due to gas prices being so high I watch my mileage. Roughly 60-80miles left in my tank. My low fuel light wasn’t even on yet but I left there with 3 miles left till Empty. Kinda shady if you ask me. My girlfriend was also there getting here oil changed with me, they tried to sell her on an intake manifold flush?! With special intake spray that only “they” can get?!All in all, I’ll gladly pay more for jiffy lube than to have gas stolen from me and deal with shady sales tactics.“CUSTOMERS BEWARE”

Kevin helped me and I got the high mileage service for $60 for my 02 Honda Civic its never run better in the 14 years Ive had the car Im always going to go here thanks to Kevin

Didnt drain fill and flush my fluids as they said they would, I watched them drain and fill and that was all. They also left my hood unlatched and I had to pull off the side of the highway to close it. Dissatisfaction

Fast and they new exactly what my truck needed

These guys are really helpful. They flushed my transmission and over-filled it but when I came back due to the shifting they redid it instead of just draining some out. That really impressed me. Thank you Lube and Go.

I went to Lube n Go for the first time because I had a $10 off coupon for a conventional oil change. I was not impressed with the customer service at all! It was a very awkward vibe; the gentlemen did not greet me. They told me my vehicle required synthetic oil ($79.99)when it requires conventional (39.99, $29.99 with my coupon) a $50 difference in price. I went to Jiffy Lube right after and they told me I do indeed only need conventional. Im glad I saved my money and went somewhere else that was much more friendly and honest! Would not go here ever again.

Used to go here for 3+ years.. new kid tries to upsell and acts like im stupid for not accepting or addressing him i comfront him about it and talks back and acts like i am trying to skip out on my bill... totally unprofessional and will never go back with my vehicles or recommend them again as i had for many years..

Very nice and friendly. They explained everything to me beforehand without being condescending.

Bring a rag so you can wipe off what their greasy hands left on the steering wheel and door handles. Also, if you dont want streaks all over your windshield, request that they dont clean that. They appeared to change the oil though!

I just use the carwash here. Its so much cheaper and quicker than the handwash, and really, I dont notice any difference.

What a huge waste of $50! I thought it would have been a good deal with a complete car wash (they did advertise cleaning it inside and out) but what I got was a sloppy oil change, complete with greasy leftover residue, and the equivalent of an overhead hose wash on my car. There is still a dirt film on the car now, which I pointed out to the owner when I requested the car was portion refunded. He told me I should just not come back. Maybe someone should tell him about the economy and the power of voting with ones pocketbook!! Bye Bye Lube N Go....I will go no more!

My oil leaked out from the oil filter after an oil change they did on my probe...would not even pay for the oil I had to put in it... I reported them to the bar...they lied ...DONT lube n go....

They took advantage of my son telling him he needed work done on his car which was not needed (I sent him gor an oil change) I left 2 massages for the owner to rectify but never got a return call. I have advised the rest of our family to stay away.Too bad...I was sure that we could have worked it out. If you go just say no to all they want you to do beyond what you came in for!
