The staff there are all kind and helpful. Casey stood out to me because she was the one taking care of me. She is very professional, such a great employee.

Showed up 1.5 hrs before they closed. One vehicle they were finishing up ahead of me. I told them very clearly what I wanted done- including rotate my tires. They put off the impression they were sure if they’d have enough time to get it done. 45 minutes later I’m still sitting there and they hadn’t even moved my truck inside so I got my keys back and left. Mind you the vehicle before me had been long gone by this point. Ridiculously slow and lazy staff….they should be embarrassed.

In and out fast as could be. Helpful and courteous team that move with efficient grace. One gripe, the company won’t let them vacuum floor boards as a COVID precaution— and no deep tissue massages available at this location, bummer. The service it great, the facility is clean with good amenities while you wait.

Been going here for the past two years. I would be in and out in no time. My car would be worked on in an efficient manner. But since they lost one of the hardest workers I saw there, the wait time has increased and some more than others seem to not know what their job is. Only one worker seems to know their stuff but thats not enough for me to continue going here. Jiffy Lube needs to train their employees and focus on employee retention. The assistant manager would preform the whole task at times, too bad he isnt there anymore supporting the Jiffy Lube team like I saw him do constantly.

Had to smog an out of state vehicle purchase, and everyone was pleasant and professional.

I needed an oil change but theres a particular type of oil that I like to use in my older, high mileage car. So I bought some, along with an air filter & pwr steering fluid, & headed over. They were very friendly and had no problem using the oil I brought. They quoted me a price for service only. In the end, they topped off my power steering fluid, changed my air filter for me, did my oil change ALL FOR THE ORIGINAL PRICE I WAS QUOTED. They really wanted my business and I will definitely go back!

I needed the automatic transmission fluid in our 2013 Ford Edge changed. They couldn’t do it; “did not know the procedure”. I was baffled & left.

Super nice folks. Wanted to give 5 stars but they told me my windshield wipers were good. When I know they were trash. And they said my taillights were good when I know my back left light was broken and missing the clear plastic cover. So it made me question everything about the inspection. But I did tell them the discrepancies.

Stopped at Jiffy Lube because Ive been worried that I didnt have the correct levels of fluid in my car and Im on a road trip. The person I spoke to was very clear in his explanation of the services available. We spoke at length about the process. I try to take good care if my car and was able to ask questions. It drives better, and I now know I will be needing one new tire soon. It was totally valuable for peace of mind and car maintenance.

I have used this location for Jiffy Lube several times when its time for maintenance on my vehicles or tire issues. The and the staff are alwayscourteous & professional. Very happy with their service.

I came in for an oil change, and they were very fast about it. They checked all of my other oils and cleaned by windows. They allowed us to stay in the car which I didn’t know was an option. They were overall really great!

Jiffy Lube in Atascadero, CA, has the best and hardest working crew

I went for an oil change like I usually do at this place, but never again. I was not welcomed and the rep tried to upcharge me on services. I ended up leaving to go get my oil change at another place down the street (Lube n Go) and had a much better experience with lower oil change prices.

Everything was fine until next morning when I drove to slo and my warning light stating low tire pressure. They told me they aired all my tires

I caught it at the best time, when it was slow. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, & that was after getting the oil changed, front differential and rear differential both serviced. The guys working there are great and really make you feel right at home. They are very knowledgable and go the extra mile to make your experience at this particular Jiffy Lube an enjoyable one. Best staff ever. We had a truck problem and blew our radiator while we were out of town on vacation. It was a Sunday and every auto mechanic was closed. They were our Angels. The mechanic was very professional and knowledgable. He went out of his way to get us a radiator on a Sunday. We had a horse trailer full of stock. They let us park the trailer and were very understanding about our situation. They made us feel like guests staying at our home. Definitely recommend this great place and great group of people.

I normally do all my own maintenance and repairs on my vehicles and would normally never go to a jiffy lube or quick lube type of place. I have had poor experiences at the dealerships where they want an exorbiant amount of money for sub par work. I originally called to ask about pricing and to try to assess whether I should try this location. I was very apprehensive and rather upset that I didnt have anywhere do perform the service myself. I spoke with Tawny on the phone who was sweet, and knowledgeable with great customer service skills. If it wasnt for her I would not have tried jiffy lube in the first place. I arrive to be greeted by Tawny and notice that she is working the counter inside as well as the computer outside and helping the boys in the shop. Levi who performed the work under the hood on my car did an excellent job and didnt spill A drop of oil which is tough to do considering the oil filter is on top of the engine in my car. Mike was in the pit I believe by himself taking care of the underside of the vehicles in both bays by himself. The three made an awesome efficient team and I was thoroughly impressed. I thought the work they did was Superior to what I have seen at many shops and dealerships. It is so refreshing to find young adults like Levi and Tawny that put forth great effort to have good customer service while having a strong work ethic and actually producing good quality work. I am happy that I chose to give them my business and if Im ever around needing a service in the future I wouldnt hesitate to see them again and I wouldnt feel like I needed to watch them work like I did this first time it was no wonder that I saw several newer BMWs and a Range Rover there for service while I was there. Thanks again and I know with the performance I saw from you guys you are going to do well.

People are nice enough and I was in and out in a reasonable time, however, I smelled burning oil after leaving, and thought maybe they had dribbled some...no big deal...but the smell persisted so I opened the hood and found that they failed to put the engine oil cap back on. Thank goodness it was still sitting there and hadnt fallen out while I was driving.

PREVIOUS experience unfavorable. Lots of playing around, employees using foul language, loud sometimes day & night. Screaching in/out of prkg lot in their own cars. One time, they didnt put new oil in my car during an oil change. However...LATELY, things around there seem to be run much more professionally!! BOTH in the front of the business - and in the back.If the management changed and they cleaned house, my thanks to them. Keep this up and I just may bring my oil change business back!

I will never do business with again .I went in and got oil change and lub in the price they do all the necessary checks also in the price you get inside window clean and vacuum they charge for it but you dont get it ,they dont do it also on the lub they dont do upper ball joints which should be a must then when you confront the Manger no big deal.
