Quick Oil Change! Very friendly staff! Responsibly ran (as you can see stuff was closed for Covid safety)! Would recommend to friends & family.

Fast enough but $65 for a basic oil change is outrageous. I usually get it done at the dealer for 39.99 but didnt have time this month. Dealers have certified people changing your oil for $40 and fast lube has a guy that last week worked at McDonalds for double the price

Guys were very friendly. Immediately noticed that the bands on my tires were showing and reccomended a tire shop to me. Was on a long road trip so probably saved me some major trouble. They were very fast and even gave my car a spray down, which was very nice and it was covered in dirt. Highly recommended

Little Old Lady got taken today at Fast Lube. When asked if I wanted reg. oil or synthetic, I didnt know. First time Ive been asked that question. My car is 2016 Honda. Tech said if you lift the hood I can tell you so I did, and he informed me I took synthetic. OK I said. When I went to pay my bill it was $90. What a shock (it did include a $6 car wash)...After the fact I checked my car manual and reg. oil is just fine. They saw me coming, white hair and all. Shame on YOU Guys.

Staff were very friendly and service was quick. Unlike a lot of oil change places there was no pressure to sell extras or upgrades, just what was necessary to answer my needs. Amazing big waiting area and they were happy to turn the television off for me so it would be quiet. Definitely going back when the time comes.

For a lube shop its good. Nice waiting area with a free classic multi arcade game. Just a bit pricey on the synthetic oil service. $65 for service pro brand synthetic oil & filter with only 5000 mile change interval. For the same price I can get AmsOil synthetic with 15000 mile change interval and a garuntee that covers anything that may happen due to only the AmsOil & filter.

Great and proactive service. No appointments, so waits can be long. All in all a great place for fluids and basic maintenance on vehicles!

Adeena (Adina?) got me in immediately, they were so informative and explained everything. A woman was actually the one who helped me, she was so kind, she was the one working on my car, so detailed and informative. Honestly Im really happy to have a woman in the work place and Adeena told me all the things this business offers, for free in between oil changes. Which I wasnt aware of, but Im happy to continue service, Im glad I got Adeenas name because I went there today, Tuesday Sept 24tn at 3pm and she just deserves the acknowledgement for getting me in so quickly and giving great service while going above and beyond. It may have seemed little and insignificant, but its important for me to take care of my little car and have it last.

Very friendly staff. ONLY purchase an oil change and oil filter change. They charge $39.99 for a cabin air filter that sells for $9.99 from Amazon (free shipping w/ Prime). It is easy to do change cabin filters yourself. Ditto for air filters. As you can see from other reviews, the staff are encouraged by the owner to recommend unnecessary differential oil changes. They suggested one for my truck and I had it changed just three months prior. They charge $49.99 for a differential oil change that is done for less elsewhere. Oil changes only!!!

My mechanic told me I needed my radiator flushed. I had heard these guys did a good job. When I got there they were nice enough and asked what I needed... just a radiator flush please, no oil change today. Unfortunately they then said they could not do a flush for liability reasons unless I had my thermostat checked out first and they could send me to a mechanic for that. What!? MY mechanic does not believe its the thermostat, only the sludge in the radiator. No, they would not do it. I drove away. I will have it done somewhere else. Funny thing is the exact same thing happened to another female friend of mine previously which I did not know until I shared my experience. Hmmm

Always a quick and great job, they show you when there is an issue instead of just saying you need something done and you have to trust them. Prices are pretty good and like I said, really fast. Even when Im told I have over an hour wait time I dont think Ive ever been there over 45 minutes. They have coffee and drink and a arcade game and free wifi. T.v. and seating area and are in very short walking distance of dutch bros coffee and a taco truck. Dog friendly.

The best place to bring your vehicle. the customer service is the best i have ever seen. they are fast and have a very nice waiting room. i brought my brand new Mazda here and they let me watch its first oil change.

The only completely HONEST oil changing service I would ever send friends to. When I dont need s change, they give me a soda and send me on my way until I do. ONLY business Ive ever seen do that. This is how s business should work.

Had an upsetting experience. Thought i trusted the work. Had an oil change and three days later , because the transmission was making a whine,i had them check the fluids again, and again they said it was fine. So i took it the mechanics and the transmission fluid was 1 and half quarts low. I believe the negligence could have cost me my transmission.

I decided to go visit this place today because I was having battery trouble, and saw a sign last month that says they do free battery testing here. I pulled in, and was greeted with about a half hour wait, which seemed appropriate. It was a great surprise when I walked into the waiting area. They have everything you can think of for comfort, including free Wi-Fi, TV, arcade game, pop, tables and chairs...The first person (guy with the bushy beard) I met when I pulled in started immediately giving me the riot act telling me that bringing my own air filters (extremely hard to find) was like going to Outback steakhouse and bringing your own steak. I was about to leave until someone else said its not a problem since its just an air filter. Im sure glad I stayed. Im not sure how thoroughly they checked my car, but the price and wait seemed quite reasonable, given its almost fun to sit there and relax. The older man is quite nice.

These guys are conmen! My wife and I were here on vacation. A technician tried to tell us differential oil is supposed to be clear and wanted $75 to fix it or my axle could lock up and it would be a $2000 dollar repair. We also overheard them conning another guy who they convinced his dipstick showed signs of gumming and needed cleaning! They are stealing with a smile. Very shocked at the nerve of these guys.

This place has a wonderful waiting area with free coffee, soda, internet with computer, and an old Pac man game. The waiting room is full of places to sit along with a tv connected to satellite and well kept bathroom. The prices here arent bad and the mechanics are fairly quick at giving you a real idea of where the inside of your vehicle stands. They also are able to fix almost all problems with the engine on site the very same day (they also do oil changes upon drop-in so need to make an appointment). The people here are realistic and easy to talk too. With good amenities, good pricing and a competent staff, Fast Lube and Oil is your go to local mechanic.
