Same with us he showed up and gave an estimate though,said he would call Sunday night to give us a time for it to be done on Monday. No call on Sunday and when I called he said I must have the wrong number,so after I made sure I had the right number I called back and left a message and called again but no answer and no response to my message. They could have at least told us if they were not going to come. Very unprofessional

I made an appointment for an estimate. Instead, he came on a different day without notice. But we accommodated him nevertheless. He said he would get back to us with the estimate and get us on the schedule for the work to be completed. We never received any further contact. He never provided the estimate. Left us hanging. That has been several weeks ago. It is fine if you dont want to do the job, just say so. It is not professional, shows lack of customer care/service, and is a poor reflection on your company to say you are going to do something and then not follow through. This company is not recommended.

Reasonably priced and cleans up job site well when complete. We had three difficult to get to trees that his team were able to drop without any issues.
