This shop is unassuming. There service though…Just great! Fast, professional, no attitude, just good old fashioned work ethic-based quality service. I was totally surprised on my first trip yesterday. From now on though, they’ll be my first thought.

For tires, tire repair, this is the only place to go in Asheville! These guys are so efficient, kind, honest, and reasonable! Fixed my flat tire and I was back on my way in about less than 10 minutes. Really really appreciate you all!

JJ’s has always been fast, efficient and extremely reasonable on their pricing. I’ve always had a great experience with them and have been going to them for years. They’re always very nice and professional. I’m a mother of two, so I appreciate them being so quick to fix my automotive needs. I’ve never had a single issue with the service or their team. Bought a set a rims. They said they would be here Monday came Tuesday, normally not a big deal but the customer service was awful. I carried them out and the wheels were supposed to come with hub center rings. They didn’t. Had to wait another 2 days for those. I finally get all my rims out of the box and there is a huge chip on the side of one and all but maybe one are scratched to hell.0/5 if I could I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Awful

My wife has had issues with her lift she had done at jjs. My self being on deployment couldn’t look at it; had a friend look at it at his shop to find the issue and help her free of charge since I am away. Who ever called my wife back stated he would order her the part for a “discounted price” is $40 without installation but rough country sells the part directly for $13 but refused to give the part number because we would be using my friends shop because it would be free. Not hard to figure the part number but that’s not the point. My friends shop has called for 2 weeks without a call back trying to get the part number. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend.

Reasonable price, good service. I got a nail in the tire and they patched the tire for $15. They needs a larger space though.Current garage is a bit small for them. The front door opens directly to the street.When you check google reviews for a business. Dont just see all the positive reviews. Because they might do it by themselves. But a lack of negative reviews is a good sign. They need to go though google to remove the negative reviews only given that those are spam.After they put on the fixed tire, I asked them to put my spare back. A little bit hard to do in my vehicle but they handled well. Anyways, this is a good place to get your tire fixed.

In and out under 45 minutes and new tires that ride great. Was a little skeptical of a tire brand I never heard of but googled them DURRO Tire...Good reviews and rides just like any other tire we had. Moved from NITTOs that cost me over $175 a piece and these were much lower. I dont think I would ever go anywhere else.

Had tires delivered to them from another company,2 days later they said they never recieved the tires. After calling the delivery company, JJs fessed up to having misplaced the tires. Asked when I could bring the vehicle by to have the tires to be put on and they said whenever. Showed up at 5:05 and was told they couldnt do it till the next day, which then took 1.5 hrs. This company needs someone at the front desk who knows whats going on and a schedule of some sort.
