Recently I got a watch link changed at this store. It took the kiosks clerk maybe 45 seconds to change out the link and used a total of two, maybe three tools to do so. The total cost for this was $10.70! I know and understand the cost of labor and capital, but $11 to get a watch link changed seems ridiculously steep. It literally took less than two minutes. I’d find a cheaper alternative if I were you.

Apparently I have to leave a review about waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to come and change my battery? Here’s to hoping someone comes…

Before coming here to have a watch battery changed, I read the other customer feedback regarding staffing issues. Or lack there of. This booth is located in the Asheville Mall. Unfortunately, it seems as though this is an ongoing issue. I have been here for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to come back with absolutely no luck--even though their computer screen clearly shows that somebody is clocked in...?Upon posting this, a gentleman did come back to the booth. He apologized and offer a 20% discount on the battery replacement for the wait. He was courteous, and so Im changing my review from a 1 to a 3... it was fast once he got back.I would just highly recommend the owners of this stand to discuss the importance of customer service.

I dont know what other people have experienced, but I had phenomenal service when I came in with my relic that needed a batteryThe sales associate was quite eager to assist me with my Inquiry. They helped me get a fresh battery for my watch and even pressure tested it to see if it was still water resistant!All in all, great experience and wonderful service10/10

I brought 10 of my watches in to have batteries replaced. Couldn’t believe how fast they got my watches repaired! I was even able to have all of them cleaned. Very happy with my service

Lady was rude when I asked her about service dog and she told me not to look at her dog, I did not it was against the law to look at a dog. I also looked at a watch and beside it said 65.00 and I asked if that was the price and she said no the price is 75.00 and the grey was 65.00 but 2 days before I bought the grey for 58.32 out the door. I will never buy a watch if this chick is working. 3/14/2020

Tried to change batteries from a watch I got from Kate Spade. They cracked open and couldnt put thing back together . They tried to fix it by sending back and forth to the headquarter somewhere to fix it but it hasnt work like it suppose to anymore. Very dispointed . If you have a good watch , take it where else.

Service was fine. Employee was rude. Had a dog behind the counter that was inquisitive about us, we greeted the animal and the employee snapped at us. Very unprofessional.

I stop by to pick up a watch battery. I had the battery, the battery number, and the name of the brand, Rayovac. The sales attendant was at the time working on her display. She seemed not a all interested in assisting me. She said she did not sale Rayovac batteries and could not provide me an equivalent. Nor could she advise me of another store in the Mall that sold watch batteries. All in all, a rather unpleasant experience with a rather unpleasant, disinterested sales attendant. Dont waste your time with this business, pun intended.

I took my watch here for a battery after going 10 other places. They defiantly knew what they were doing! I am never going anywhere else for my battery changes.

This place helped me find items through other retail options.. they went the extra mile and this was over the phone... !!

Bought a watch from this place got home and it was not working took it back to be fixed told me it would take 7 to 10 says every time I went to get it would be told next week after the 3 week I just asked for my money back it still was not fixed
