He did a good job at a reasonable price.I went to his place and was completedall done in 15 minutes. A nice man.

Love this guy!! He came within a day, was going to take our clocks innards take them for 2 weeks, and charge is $400....but said that after looking at things, he would just work on everything at our house....and it only cost us $125!! Happy-happy!!!!

Mr. Miller was a nice man. He fixed a problem with my clock that turned out to be a very simple problem. In the process he broke the minute hand on my antique clock. He didn’t tell me that it was broken until I asked him about it. He then said “ I knew you would notice that eventually.” Now my clock chimes one minute before the hour. He made no offer to refund my money or to fix the problem he admitted to creating. I’m not a happy customer.

Dont use this guy. He charged me $253.25 to clean my clock and It was returned running fast. After Lou had it another month, I called for an update and he said it was still running fast and I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed, at considerable cost.

Two years after my antique Regulator clock was repaired and cleaned, it is still working perfectly.

The clock doc has revitalised two antique clocks for me --a grandmothers clock and a mantel clock with two movements. He is very highly qualified and I strongly recommend him.
