I waited to pickup a uhaul until they opened saturday at 10am, but when I spoke to the lady on the phone, she didnt tell me they would be closed that day. I reserved the uhaul online, bit when I showed up at 10 the shop was locked up. I waited 10 minutes for the store to open and finally called and got their voicemail saying they were closed that day. The online process to authorize the uhaul pickup was lengthy and tedious. Overall it took an hour to get the uhaul and dug into my rental time, forcing me to stress even more over moving. Do not rent a uhaul from here.

They were efficient enough. It just took a little longer than expected once we were in the office. Everything worked out great though.

I guess this is what youd expect! Huge truck to tow a tiny home made car with, and they wont even talk about renting a trailer to me. No questions, no discussion, no waiving my rights, just a hard no if it isnt on the list.
