I am rating this company one star only because I have to in order to post this review. My husband and I have had the worst experience with this company. First, they failed to file the extension like we were told, once they did file the IRS rejected our return because of an error on their part. They didnt bother to check to see if our 2016 return was accepted. Fast forward to 2017 return, IRS wouldnt accept our AGI bc they never received our 2016 taxes. After multiple phone calls and messages, my husband and I went to their office and they found the problem. Well, they didnt even put the right name on our amemded tax returns!!!!! Are you serious??? So, after we asked them to fix it, we sent in the amended return. We thought everything was handled until we received a bill in the mail today from the IRS with penalty fees. Once again, I tried calling and left a message and no return call. My husband and I want a refund for a service we were never provided ($280) and you all owe the penalty fees for your multiple mistakes!!!! If you are considering to use this accountant, please save your time and money!!!!
