Nice People. I called to get my septic tank pumped and the gentleman on the phone said they were booked up. He told me that he would try to squeeze me in their schedule and would call back. Sure enough, he called me back as promised. We set up an appointment for that day.The gentleman that showed up was friendly. He said that everything looked good except that the white plastic filter wasnt clean, and that it likely wasnt cleaned properly from the last time it was serviced. He told me that he took care of it and cleaned it really well. Before he left he said that he appreciated my business. Well, I appreciate that you guys were so nice to deal with.

Patrick and his team did a great job with my septic pump. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and hard working. I also appreciate the extra effort they made to keep us updated throughout the job and gave us valuable information on the state of our septic tank. Its apparently very old and will need to be replaced eventually. I know who Ill be calling for the job!

Patrick came out to do an estimate to repair my drain field on my septic said no problem can take care of its so I payed him a $3000 deposit to get started not only did they push the start day almost 3 times and never told me I always had to reach out to them they never reached out to me but when they did finally showed they informed me that they couldnt do it and the brush needed to be cut and that they couldnt do it them self I dont know what septic company isnt able clear brush I dont know why he couldnt figure that out three months ago when he came and did the estimate? and its being left on me to of get it all figured out and clear it either my self or hire someone how do you not do that in house ? Or at least have some one on call to do it? they arent only unprofessional but they dont communicate in a professional manner at all! I am very upset with this company they wasted my time and money I do not recommend! If they come and do a estimate and look at the property you would think there wouldnt be any issues at the last minute after they pushed the start date 3 times you would think after that they would make sure there werent any other issues come time to start !

Patrick and his crew where spot on. Kept me up to date with txt messages letting me know the ETA of his crew to pump out my septic tank. My yard looks like nothing was done. Such professionalism. I will use these guys again. Price was great as well!!!

After a couple of weather delays they were on top of it and did a nice job. Our old tank was full and they pumped it out at no extra charge since they were delayed beginning the project. Very nice guys.

No other septic company in the area was able to pump our septic tank within three weeks. I called Viking and they were able to fit us in quickly. The service technician notified us when he was leaving the previous job and let us know when he would be arriving. The service technician explained everything they inspected on our system as they pumped it. Highly recommended!!!
