They sure could use a more professional receptionist. Very rude. I wanted to know how I could pay? Was told they collect when they are the, when they come. I explained its a rental and I wouldnt be there. Wasnt told I could put it on my card right then. Just Not helpful or friendly at all. Sorry I wont be calling again.

They were supposed to come out and help us to locate the septic line from our home to the tank so we could safely install a deck. They quoted us $180 plus the cost to service/pump the tank if it needed it. They told us after arriving they do not have the equipment to actually locate or flag the septic line and only flagged our tank. They also said they cannot service the tank because we have a wire fence (which could totally have been moved if needed as it is just attached to metal stakes in the ground. So we didnt get what we needed and they still charged us the same price as well as now having to have someone come back to tell us if the tank needs to be pumped/serviced. and I STILL CAN NOT put in my deck without risking damaging my septic line. Thanks for nothing

We have used them for 21 years to pump out our septic tank (every 7 years or so). They are always professional, friendly, and the service is great. Michael recently did our Service and he was extremely professional and friendly.

We have several properties in Woodfin and had previously used a different company. We were referred to Able by a friend that had used them and knew that we were not happy with our current service provider. We were very impressed with Able Septic. They are honest, reliable and have very fair pricing. They dont surprise you with extra charges like the other company always did. When they give you a quote it is an honest one. We will use them every time we need service in the future.

Able has been such a great experience! Especially for someone who doesnt really have a firm grasp on septic maintenance. Michael came out, on time (even a little early), was friendly, communicated with me through the entire process, and gave me some tips on determining how to monitor my well for leaks. HIGHLY recommend and MUCH appreciated!

I am new to septic and frankly, was not too eager to see what was lurking in there. Able (Daphne?) answered several questions for me before I even purchased the home as Able provided service for the previous owner. She was incredibly helpful. When it came time to arrange service I was asked a few questions that I assume most septic owners know the answer to, the gal who set the appointment was very patient and explained pricing. I was given a 2 hour window and told that I would receive a call with a more precise time the day of the appointment. They called to say the driver would be there earlier if that was okay with me, which it was.Michael showed up, and can I say, he was AMAZING! He was friendly and polite. He remembered the property (it had been 5 years) and since his last visit a new tank and system had been installed. We (and when I say we, I mean my boyfriend) had dug up the access lids (curious and to save a few bucks) and Michael suggested options for risers so we could access them easier for clean out and to rinse out the filter (I didnt even know there was a filter). Michael was enthusiastic as he explained how the septic system works, it is so nice to see someone who cares about his work.Honestly, a task I had regretted turned into an incredibly pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Able and Michael to anyone who needs their septic attended to!

The man that came to our home today was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he answered all of my questions and took the time to fully explain to me what was going on with my system and potential solutions. They made the appointment quickly and came early. I see some negative reviews on here and those could not be further from my experience. I greatly appreciate the work that was done and will absolutely use this company again as well as recommend them!

Made an appointment for Wednesday, that was easy. Mike called, let me know he was on the way. Backed up to the tank and went to work, in the rain. Had the tank drained and finished. Mike friendly, really nice guy. Talked a little, showed him my bees and gave him a jar of honey. Service was recommended by my neighbor. Will use the service again. Terrible and I reported them to BBB. Said he couldnt find the tank but said he would locate it and map it out for their competitor. Read that again. Then tried to charge me 150.00. Take your money somewhere else. Side note the place he was trying to map out was the wrong place. Your Fired

Possibly the worst septic company. The report was incomplete. Then they only pumped half the tank. I found out 3 months later the tank has two lids. They also did not clean the little blue filter. Customer service on phone was super bad!

Seriously the most disappointing experience of my life. I understand it is very difficult to find things underground sometimes, but the way I was treated over the phone was ridiculous.The guys who came out were nice. Thats about the extent of it. We had problems finding the septic tank. One of the guys said it was too deep for them to dig. He marked off the area that he thought it was. We had to have a separate company come out with a backhoe to dig it up. It was not in the correct spot.The second guy came out, flush the bill, located part of the tank and was about to leave. I asked him to probe the area the homeowner said it was originally. He found something that was only a foot deep but was running late for other appointment so he said he did not have time to dig it up and see what it was or he would be late for his other appointments.So, I was going to have to call a third person to come out there and dig up the septic tank to inspect it. By this point, I have paid over $600 to have this tank located and Dug.I call for 3 weeks trying to get a call back from someone who would be able to help me and maybe adjust the price. I finally call and talk to someone who would not give me his name. He said he apologized although I did not hear sorry one time. When I told him I did not feel like I should be charged for some of those Services, he said he was not willing to work with me and hung up on me.Let me also mention that I am not an Irate person. I do not get mad easily. I have never been hung up on before. He was way out of line. When I asked for his name, he would not give it to me and hung up on me. What a disappointing experience.Also to note AAA septic came out, dug it up, inspected it was no problem. I wish I would have called them much earlier. Lesson learned. I hope you all are able to learn from my mistake using able septic as well.

Michael and Henry were very professional they helped with our septic tank in an older home and gave some very needed advice regarding our drain fields and some back up in the home they are and assets to this business. Than you.

I had some questions dealing with trouble shooting my septic issues and mentioned that I really didnt have the money to pay them to come out. The owner went out of his way to give me about 30 minutes of advice over the phone free of charge.
